The hotel should not be on the market for travellers. the hotel is being used for red cross and housing crisis centre. Fine but then they need to take off the market for tourists or at least reduce the nightly amount. $160 per night was off the scale price compared to the other hotels in region.

The bed & pillows were comfortable. The entry door was so tight I had to shoulder barge it to get in. It was clean but the bathroom smelled like a urinal & the carpet beside the QS bed had a stale cigarette odour. The freezer didn’t work so I couldn’t refreeze my icebricks for the esky. It was quite noisy on Saturday night until late but the next 3 nights were quieter. Parking was great, undercover. I’d stay again but request a different room.

Blinds Broken Fridge broken (doesnt stay cold & leaks) No smart Tv Toilet has issues flushing Outdated aircon that barely pump's cold air. Normally isnt to bad of a hotel however most rooms are not updated.

Room was adequate and clean. Area just outside our room was depressing, but other parts of the motel might have been nicer. Food at the hotel was excellent. One night there were some very noisy clients of either the hotel or motel, the other night it was very quiet indeed. The motel is set back from the road, which is very quiet on weekends, even though it is a major road.

Convenience and accessible. The tavern wasn't noisy nor was the road. Reception was not efficient and the queue was very slow moving to book in and everyone in the queue was impatient.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice comfortable bed and room. Perfect for a one night stay and handy to Tavern for a delicious meal which was also optional as take away. Would recommend The Morayfield Tavern if travelling in that area.

It was a comfortable stay the only thing id say was alittle bit of a issue for me personally was the shower head in the shower it felt like it was outdated n made it a challenge to relax when it is unable to b adjusted so im not getting hit in the face with water but other then that it was great all up definitely would stay there again 😊

my room was broken into and my wallet and car keys were sten and have been stucj up here 7 hours trying to get a replacement key Its been such a stressful day!

The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Smoke from people smoking outside rooms adjacent drawn through large gap under doors (15mm) making the room near unbearable. Needed to put towels on floor to seal the door and stop smoke. Only serviced every 2nd day.

Probably abt the best imo of the cheaper options in morayfield , can get a bit boisterous later at night in carpark as pub patrons leave - Altho we where informed if they cause issues pub security will move them on if staff are advised . Recommend as a short stay option Pub grub is pretty good , rooms where reasonably clean and reasonably well maintained Al in all would definitely stay again Just a hint the second floor rooms are better if you can get one as it helps keep you away from any pub patrons leaving and being silly

The accommodation was for 3 people. There was 1 wash flannel. There were no teaspoons, bedside lights. The kettle cord was extremely sticky. The table was wobbly/unstable. The bathroom sink was in an awkward place

I've always booked here when I have an event at sandstone point. Never had an issue with early check in but this time there was just an all round no, not happening. When I came back that night I couldn't even park in my spot because someone else had already taken it. Had lunch at the tavern and my meal was very average. Chicken supreme was dry as hell. Don't think I'll be back.

Rooms was not clean, only 1 pillow per person and too soft, outdoor chairs and table were dirty. The mattress and sheets were both not cleaned properly and had stains.

First room was dirty. I spoke to the night manager who apologised and offered another room. Later that night after tea I found that the new room's bed was either broken or had missing wheels in the middle as it sagged. On top of that the shower turned right up barely trickled out. By this time it was too late to say anything plus I had an early checkout.
