We enjoyed our stay, it was convenient for the event we were there for, within walking distance. Loved the patio lights in the evening.

Room had very thin blankets and no extra blanket or pillows. Pillows were very firm. Towels and wash cloths were stained

On first glance looked clean and fairly modern. But I found 3 long black hairs across the pillows, hoping with every breath that it was the cleaners as they made the bed but man it’s off putting. Then there was the faint smell of urine. The towels were all a beige colour, from not being commercially washed properly. I see a lot of good ratings so I’m sure I was just unlucky with the hairs but unfortunately for me it made me check everything with more scrutiny than if I hadn’t seen them.

I stayed here by myself. I felt safe and secure at this property. The room was clean and quiet. Parking was easy. I was able to easily walk to the Pier and numerous restaurants. I would stay here again.

It is a clean spot located near food and drink and the pier. The rooms are very small, too small to have 2 queens. No room with 2 beds for a desk or chair. I can not image having 4 people staying in that room! The Wi-Fi could have been better.

Good place to stay near pismo beach pier. Like most inns,motels, needs more counterspace by the sink as well as bathroom area. Parking spaces very small for large vehicles. Had to park on street. But, overall good place for the money.

Clean rooms & pets can stay too! Very good location within walking distance of several restaurants, cafe, donut shop & liquor store. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was assigned by your room and I thought that made our trip easier and less stressful not worrying about parking on the street. Would recommend for a weekend stay in Pismo beach!

Not so good, toilet got clogged up and the guy at the desk had attitude when my fiance went to ask fir a plunger. No sports channels had to go to the bar to watch the basketball game instead of relaxing in the room

I rented three rooms. One had cockroaches, the other smelt disgusting like the refrigerator broke, and the other's door you had to push on to make sure it closed.Enough said.

The weather was amazing, everything we needed was in walking distance, there was a pool and a balcony for anyone to go out and relax on. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening, definitely coming back.
