When I went in to register there was a large dog tied up by the door. Although he was friendly he just about knocked me over looking for attention. There was step to enter that was about 8 inches deep that was hard to get in as there was nothing to hang onto. The room was very clean. The TV wasn’t working and someone had to come in to fix it. There as a cord that wasn’t plugged in at back of it. The bed was so high because of the mattress and I couldn’t get in it. I needed a chair to climb on to get in. All in all we wouldn’t stay there again.

I was very happy with the motel. Booked online based on reviews and it didn't disappoint. Receptionist was pleasant and check in easy. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Nice to have the fridge and coffee machine. Very nice added touch of glass wine glasses. Would definitely recommend

Affordable and clean hotel. The owner was very friendly and it was a quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable with a big TV with cable. Air conditioner worked well as it was a very hot day. The owner has a big and very friendly dog that barks when people arrive, so I felt very safe at night that no one would be messing around with my car. Excellent place would definitely stay here again.

This property is definitely dated with many coats of paint. The bathroom door did not close all the way (just my husband and I so not a big deal but some people might not be as comfortable). There are some interesting paint colour choices. The gentleman front office was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean

An over 50 years motel renovated with clean and decent room. Spacious inside with lots of parking space outside and a noisy bar nearby. Close to main road and could be noisy at time but not noisier as the a/c inside room. Good choice for sleep-&-run travellers.

The operator of the property was excellent. He was attentive and if he sawus.walking around the grounds, he always asked if there was anything we needed. Beds were newer and comfortable. Bathrooms were updated. I will definitely stay there again.

For a vintage motel, this place offers a lot. Good value, very clean rooms and grounds, (incl the many beautiful flowers), outside chairs, friendly service, great parking & right on Hwy 17. This is my 3rd time staying here since 2021 and it'll be my go to place next time I'm in the area. There's a great Roadhouse restaurant two doors over with a varied menu and delicious food. Timmy's is at the next corner, although there's a coffee pot in the room. I highly recommend this motel.

small, a bit dated but very clean, and great accessible property around it. very friendly owner, we arrived on one of the many very hot days and was greeted with a smile, most info we needed for the area but mostly an ice cold bottle of water for each of us. Sooo appreciated.
