Everything was mostly very goods They were experiencing a difficulty with something that didn’t allow them to have breakfast available. But, that’s a very small glitch in an otherwise very nice , comfortable stay.

Hotel shares driveway with Loves truck stop, so trucks had drive almost completely blocked. Hotel has one person working window 24 hours a day. Front doors are locked 24/7 so all business is handled through glass window with a teller slot at the bottom. Rooms were outdated but ok. The stench of cigarettes and Marijuana over took the entire building and rooms. Our rooms AC were turned completely off and we had to air them out for a hour before being able to sleep in them. The rooms were cheap so we got what we paid for. One of our rooms did have a bag of frozen veggies in the freezer while the other had cigarette butts in the bedding.

We have stayed here several times on our trips to visit family. The rooms have always been clean and nice. The hotel is always a good price and way better than other hotels that cost way more.

Worse and terrible place that i ever been ! Customer service rude they asked for extra money "you didn't booked with us u need to pay extra 20$ " they left me outside to wait on 115f , they don't have a lobby they dont have breakfast they dont have nothing ! Super unsafe unconformable place ! Stay away!!!! Warning

i do not recommend this hotel to stay in the women at the counter was very rude to me and my friends because we were younger. it didn’t say anything about an extra $50 deposit for each hotel room, the people did not tell us anything about why they were asking for so much of our information as far as asking us what vehicles we drive, asked everyone for an ID even though they weren’t paying for the room.

It was ok. We went for our honeymoon and didn't want to break the bank and the prices are very reasonable. It says there is free breakfast, but that consisted of a couple pieces of bread, bagels, yogurt and cereal. It was nothing that looked very good so we ended up eating breakfast at a restaurant. The front desk was friendly. There were a couple stains on the bed sheets and blanket, there were stains on the walls and the bathroom wasn't amazing but it's also wasn't the worst. If you are staying for a quick stay and aren't very picky this place is fine.

Honestly, the desk attendants were smug and on the verge of hateful. I have an issue with being treated like a second-class citizen when I am paying someone my money to stay at their location. In addition to how we were treated, they could not even provide coffee in the lobby, even though the coffee maker in the room did not work. Pretty sad!

Had to get a room overnight pulling a car on a trailer. They came out to show me where to park it so it was visible from my room. Check in was easy. Pet friendly. Subway, McDonald's, and Loves right beside the hotel. Quick on and off the highway. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Not far from local restaurants in the area.

We needed a last minute place to stay the night while traveling. I studied some reviews of a couple places that were affordable, & a common theme with this place was that it was clean. We took a chance & I was very pleased. Nothing fancy but just exactly what was promised, a comfortable clean place to shower & sleep. Spotless bathroom, commode and shower Bright white linens and comfy bed Nice smelling room Clean microwave & mini fridge Pleasant hosts Great price

So for a one night stop this place is great. It was very clean, had everything needed in the room, was pet friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is there were limited eating options nearby and the area just felt alittle sketchy. Thankfully I was traveling with my young adult son, but would not have stayed there if I had been alone as a woman.

This was a pretty clean motel. There were a few little things here and there, but overall, it was good. The air vent air conditioner was a little musty, but that’s pretty much anywhere these days..They did not have a notice about not being breakfast because there was renovations happening and they aren’t done yet so I didn’t know until after I paid.

The room was supposed to be non smoking, but immediately upon walking in the door of the room, I detected a bad smell. Later i smelled cigarette (or something) smoke. The sheets also were rumpled, so I was afraid they had not been changed.

We requested a 1st floor room since my husband and I have difficulty climbing stairs. The manager refused to even check the 1st floor rooms for availability. We noted several rooms were empty on the 1st floor when we checked out early the next morning. We traveled on this vacation for over 3 weeks. This is the only hotel to refuse our request. The bed was so uncomfortable both my husband and I were unable to sleep more than a few hours. Checking in was very strange. A small window was the only way to communicate with the front desk. The wi fi had an extremely weak unsecure signal. It was directly next to a truck stop so getting in and out was challenging. Driveway was full of ruts and potholes. I do not recommend this hotel.

We were traveling through Tupelo on our way back home. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. It was a basic, no-frills hotel with a wonderfully comfy bed. Check-in was simple, and the woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel should not have been listed with the current pictures. We were greeted by a receptionist who was behind a “secured teller window”!!! Made me really uncomfortable about the place and the area. There was no beautiful reception like in the picture, no breakfast room at all either. I read in other previews that they were renovating. Didn’t see any construction work going on. It looked more like the place was falling appart, and that they went the “cheap” way. Big disappointment. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. Mattress was good.
