Clerk was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming when I checked in.
Bed was very clean and comfortable. Microwave didn’t work and looked like it had been tossed over a cliff.
Nice solo stay. Good enough for me and free safe parking.

Check in was fast & easy, room was clean but very average room
2.5
It was exactly what we needed, close enough to the city for easy access but far enough away we didn’t get the noise of the city
2.5
For the price, it is all what I need. Friendly staff. 15 minutes from cruise port.

I took public transportation to the property and found there were no places to eat nearby. If you come by car no problem as parking is included and restaurants are not that far distant by vehicle.
The hostess who checked me in and out was most accommodating to my request to upgrade to a room with an extra bed due to visiting family. Her friendliness was most appreciated as well.
5.0
The property is older but very well cared for. The staff was very helpful. A great affordable option!

The woman at the desk was so friendly and helpful. We were very please
After a long drive we arrived way early- let us into one room and put a rush in another. Also needed a shower chair and she was most accommodating

Property was decent especially for the cowt.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, although a bit outdated. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: on a noisy road; an unidentified, consistent sound that could be heard; and a bright light coming in through the bathroom window.
2.5
The room was clean. I felt very safe. They asked if I wanted room service during my 4 night stay.
2.0
The staff was very nice, but the room was dark and musty.
It old building.

Great customer service. The location was super, on a direct bus line into town and very easy to get back from after a concert. Felt quite safe. It's on a bit of a busy road but not noisy enough to impact sleep at all. The room was dated, but clean. Perfect for a stopover in Seattle.
3.0
It is just beside route 99, so quite noisy. There is also limited dining with walking distance, so when we arrived around 9pm, the only option is to use Uber eats.

The place was OK. The person who checked us in was very nice. There was enough parking and it was close to the venue we were attending. The small fridge in the room had a freezer above it and was great. They were very responsive to texts regarding a first floor room because I have trouble climbing stairs sometimes.
Problems were: it was a hot weekend and there was small a/c unit in the wall that barely blew any cool air. It is next to a busy thoroughfare so if we opened the windows, there would've been a lot of road noise. The place was clean but the tile around the shower drain was crumbling and we had to be careful not to step on it.
Beware of the additional charges! It showed $182 per night but by the time all the fees (state tax, city tax, convention tax, etc) were added on it was over $260. So the final total was over $600 for 2 nights.

In great area of city. Easy to plan out your day and just use public transportation. Nice staff and semi quiet for Being on main road.

Staff was great. Rooms outdated.

Good place for the price. Very nice staff. They texted me to confirm my arrival time and made sure they were still there when i arrived late due to a flight delays.

The property is quite old and when I tried to place my phone and other electric items into the wall outlets they fell out because they were sold old and used. Property was not really close to any eating establishments.

It is an older motel but was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond for us. Definitely would stay again.

This is an older motel with charm. Nice and clean. I had a beautiful view of the City Lights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. I would stay there again!

Groovy old roadside motel, felt like a relic of a bygone era. Despite the old outdoor stairways, the room itself was comfy and modern.

Good place to stay for events near Woodland Park. Good staff and decent rooms.

Convenient location, easy to get around, friendly service, best price around, but nothing fancy.

All the staff are so friendly here. I love this motel and the area. Its within walk distance to restaurants and bars. The bus to downtown Seattle is just a few minutes away. Its not a new motel but the furniture are new.

The staff is very friendly. I didn't know about the Cobain thing until a week after I checked out. Was only there for 1 day. TV channels are extremely limited and have static. The double room is very spacious, but has limited electrical outlets. Room was clean. Good for a night or two IMO.

Wonderful hosts with so much help! The property has some really cool historic facts and the space was clean and quiet. Very close to all the happenings downtown in Seattle. We absolutely loved it and will be back. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun.

Poor condition.

Great staff. The 2 employees I interacted with were absolutely 10/10.
The location is great! I felt safe, even at night. Walking distance from dozens of restaurants, the bridge troll and the zoo. Park at the hotel and just walk to everything! Other than traffic, the nights were quiet.
The hotel itself is a little old but it is not dilapidated, the tub and tile were vintage, but not in a gross way.
They had a welcoming lobby with coffee in the morning as well as pamphlets for tourists, landscaping was some colorful wildflowers and there’s plenty of well lit parking spots!

I noticed that the electrical outlets whenever I tried to plug something in to charge the plugs would fall out, many of them need to be replaced.

Very friendly staff. Facilities definitely dated and room had an old smoke smell.
