We have rented the cabins twice now since our daughter has been at Edinboro University. They are perfect! Clean, spacious, convenient location, pet friendly and on beautiful grounds. We will definitely rent again.

Took the family here for a quick weekend getaway on the lake. Our cabin was spotlessly clean and comfortable, had a great time grilling on the deck.
We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant which seems to be very new. Great food and service, and beautiful view of the lake while you eat. Unfortunately we were not there on an evening with live music, but they have a great stage setup and it must be quite a venue.
Communication was outstanding, received text messages when the cabin was ready for check-in. Had a little trouble finding a parking spot, so I sent a text to the number provided and received an immediate response with directions on where to park (I was only a few feet from where I should park but wanted to be sure it was permitted. Busy night at the restaurant so spaces were at a premium).
Life jackets, kayaks and canoes available for guests at no extra cost, so we got to spend some time on the lake.
Will definitely be back.

I was disappointed in the sleeping accomodations - the twin bunk bed were right in the hallway next to the bathroom. While a coffee pot was provided there were no filters to use with the coffee I brought. Typically I do not have to take out the trash for any place except when camping. Being listed on a hotel site this was not the usual. FOr the price it was not the best choice.

Grounds workers were very responsive and friendly. Relaxing place, I would revisit again (this time I would take advantage of free kayaks). Place was cozy and quiet. My only notes would be, the cooking/heating unit was right up against the wall of bedroom and made the room "buzz" and vibrate loudly. We had to turn it completely off in order to sleep. The comforters could use washed (not a big deal but I did notice that) and a fly swatter available would be helpful, as the place had a fly or two inside upon arrival and with it being next to a lake.. Flying bugs inside probably is a common occurrence.

Great getaway! Clean cabins, free use of kayaks, and beautiful sunsets!

Amazing find! Will return for a longer stay. Absolutely loved this place and views!

Our 2-bedroom cabin was, in a word, fine. It had a queen bed, and a set of bunk beds. There were enough pillows and extra blankets available and lots to do for kids and adults alike. The canoes and kayaks were a great addition. But this property has clearly not seen any routine maintenance in a long time; the deadbolt would not close, the dishwasher filter had never been cleaned and was disgusting, the bathroom vanity drawers were falling apart, and the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. When it comes to available supplies within the cabin, we booked it as a group of 5 and yet we were only provided with 5 forks, knives, and spoons and had to either wash dishes every meal or buy our own. We stayed for 4 nights and had to bring our own towels for showers because they only provided a small number and would have charged us for extras. The water availability was seriously questionable. I understand being patient with hot water in a cabin setting, but there were many times when the water simply shut off in the middle of a shower or there was not enough to flush the toilet. When I asked the office, they mentioned that we were on a well and had to just wait for the water to come back on. So, was it fine? Yes. Would we stay there again? Maybe? But not likely.

We enjoyed are stay at the cabins
Our only complaint is the Sunset Grill next door
We checked on line before going about pets and the website stated that pets were allowed
We went and did sit on the patio outside but was soon asked to leave because pets were not welcomed
I would think that if you are that close to a resort that allows pets your business should cater to that also
But please change your website because that is a double whammy for guests. Very disappointed with the Sunset Grill

Staff was so nice

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Edinboro lake resort cabin for a few days, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
What truly set this cabin apart was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The people at the cabin went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and memorable.
One of the things I appreciated the most was the sense of safety and tranquility that enveloped the entire property. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay, allowing me to truly relax and unwind.
Another highlight of my stay was the availability of boat rentals on-site. Being able to explore the beautiful surroundings on the water was a delightful experience. It added an extra layer of adventure and excitement to my time at the cabin.
Overall, I cannot recommend this Edinboro cabin enough. The combination of friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, and convenient amenities like boat rentals make it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. I am already looking forward to my next visit and creating more wonderful memories at this incredible cabin.

Such a cute little hideaway with adorable cabins directly on the lake. The Sunset Grille was delicious. Perfect for a few days of complete R & R.

Love this location , clean pet friendly

Cabin was literally right on the lake, perfect for a fishing getaway weekend with the guys!

The cabin was well equipped with all necessities, just get some groceries and you can stay there the whole time. Great place to get away from busy city life and wind down for a weekend or week. Bring an Xbox or PS4/5 for rainy days, easy connection. We were there for a college graduation, but would love to come back and just kick back.

Very well maintained. Spotless cabin.

My partner and I rented a cabin for the solar eclipse. Overall, we loved the property and the lakeside view but we did have some minor critiques that would bring our 4 stars up to a 5. We feel that adding basic kitchen necessities would go a long way (ie coffee and tea, tissues, and or paper towels, salt and pepper). There was a lack of privacy due to the near transparency of the blinds in the main bedroom - a curtain would prevent this. We felt the sheets weren’t the best quality (felt a bit rough) and there was no additional blankets in the main bedroom. Further, there wasn’t really a place to hang jackets (save for the hooks on the bathroom door and the rod in the main bedroom). I found that the wifi was far too slow and I’m not sure why that was. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable and we would recommend this property.

Connecting cabin was extremely noisy, doors were slammed we could here stomping and unable to sleep all night. There was orange peels and other trash on the ground scattered throughout the parking lot. ( not exactly welcoming) Overall the cabin wasn't bad in cleanliness as we were there for small getaway. Wasn't to impressed by the noise. Limited parking for the amount of cabins as well. I was impressed that there was charging station for tesla though.
Perhaps might be a better experience during summer months, unsure.

It was absolutely beautiful view! The cabin was clean and definitely big. My husband and myself had a quick getaway but will return with our children during season. Thank you it was beautiful!

The cabins are cute, with updated kitchens and clean. We have a nice view of the lake. Since we are here in March, we would like to come back when the weather is nicer to take advantage of the nice porch.

We'd go here again. It was comfortable and clean. Convenient to dining and shops. Had a heavy snow when we arrived so parking lot was tricky even with our truck. WiFi didn't work but had good cell service.

Upon arrival there was no one at the office, but a cleaning lady got in touch with management for us and got us all situated! Beautiful place but not much to do at this time of year. The bathroom was not too clean i had brought cleaning wipes and cleaned the toilet. I wished there were light posts in the evening as it was really dark going down the path to our cabine.

Exactly what the pictures showed!

Really loved everything about it except for the fact that we couldn’t get the tv to work. Didn’t really want to bother the host with it as we arrived late both nights.
Had trouble finding it/bigger signs maybe??
Overall, felt right at home and truly enjoyed it!

Edinboro is a nice little college town and if your child goes there, this is a nice pet friendly place to stay.

Everything about this day was better than expected the view of the lake was phenomenal The walking paths were easy and all items we needed were on hand. The communication before this day was also excellent. I want to come back many times here!

Loved the little cabin. Very private. The property is lovely with benches, chairs and swing overlooking the water. There are fir pits, kayaks rentals and a fabulous outdoor restaurant right beside. Would definitely stay here again

Awesome place to stay.

Our stay was awesome. Very nice and clean cabin. The manager was extra special. We couldn't get our TV working so she made a special trip to come over and show us how to work it.

Nice clean cabin. Beautiful view

We were in communication with the office by text (they only text) during the day, and they told us which cabin we would be in. After driving all day we arrived at about 10pm and someone was inside our assigned cabin. The office has no phone number to call. We texted but the office but nobody responded. We had to drive to a hotel 30 minutes away. The office still has not responded to us about what happened. Terrible communication. Would never try to stay here again.
