The room was clean, there was a washcloth left from previous guest hanging on shower rod. The breakfast wasn’t good, ran out of eggs and sausage. Staff too busy playing around with each other and in the way of guests getting food. On Sunday one of the staff members had their child at work. Too much playing around of staff.

Definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very cleaned. Beds were comfortable. The staffs were so friendly and helpful especially the two ladies up in the front during our stay. Really pet friendly!

Economy airport hotel, but with extremely helpful staff

The Microtel was super clean, had a very pleasant smell, and had a friendly staff. My room was well put together. There were small signs of information placed around the room which was very helpful. The hotel was quiet and subtle. Parking was super easy since the parking lot was very spacious. I really enjoyed my stay at the Microtel. I'll be booking again soon.

Leticia at the front desk was awesome. I needed a quiet room and she knew exactly where to put me. I was tired after a long day and she was funny and friendly and simply made the check in process a delight. I work across the bridge in NJ often and will definitely book this hotel again. Most of it was good front desk employee was wonderful. However, the employee that worked the breakfast area was very rude. He was talking loudly enough to be heard complaining about the guests eating so much food. Also, while I was waiting for a delivery in the afternoon he was talking again loudly complaining about how much bacon I had taken in the morning. This made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Not good, stayed three nights, internet did not work two days. Noisy with road noise and don't get a room near the elevator if you are a light sleeper. Good price but not as advertised.

Greeted very friendly upon checkin. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast attendant could replenish the breakfast items in a timely manner. So if you get there at 8:45!, you are out of luck.

Only stayed for a few hours asleep to catch next morning flight. Airport shuttle was great/prompt.

My stay at this Microtel was wonderful until I asked a male housekeeper for some fresh towels to be left in my room. I was on my way out for the day, and when I returned later that evening after spending the day in a hospital with a very sick friend, I saw that somebody had urinated in my toilet, left the seat up, for me to come back to see this disgusting violation in my bathroom, where all of my toiletries were was nauseating. I literally felt sick to my stomach. I was apprehensive about saying anything that night to management because I’m traveling alone, and I am female. I didn’t want any kind of retaliation. Upon check out, I informed the woman at the counter. She said the manager was not on duty for the weekend, but I will be calling first thing in the morning and demanding I’ll be compensated for my stay. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever encountered , absolutely unacceptable. I am greatly disappointed.

The stay was confident for what I needed and priced appropriately. However I was unhappy with the cleanliness of the bathroom as well as the floor. I had my toddler daughter with me and there was lots of small trash on the floor that I was going around having to pick up before I could put her down. I felt like they hadn’t vacuumed between each person. The parking lot is super well lit which is great when you’re out at night, but horrible if your room faces it. Even with the curtains closed it was only as dark as dusk in my room. Very hard to sleep in.

One of the worst check in experiences here. Arrived around 11 PM and our rooms ( we had booked 2 suites) were not ready. The lady at the front desk asked us to wait. Which we did for a while. She let us know their suites were no longer available but she was going to get us regular rooms. Even regular rooms were going to be cleaned first, they weren't ready. When asked how our rooms were given away, she kept saying she only just started her shift and she didn't know. This went on for a while. We finally checked in around 1230 AM after more than an hour of waiting. At 6 AM cleaning service knocked at my friend's door. This happened 4 times, believe it or not. The lady said her records showed that the room needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was slim pickings and the main guy manning it was rude and abrasive. We got to talk to the manager at 1130 the next day ( he is only available after 11) and he issued a $50 credit to our room charge for 1 night. At least he had the decency to apologize and admit they made a mistake. Lady at the front desk made it sound like we made a mistake by showing up. Next day's breakfast was burnt omelettes, white bread, some milk in the fridge. There is a waffle maker. All in all, frustrating and disappointing stay. Not coming back.

Pretty clean and quiet with a friendly staff and a quality breakfast.

We made a reservation over a week prior to our stay and received a confirmation code. We completed the pre-check in process and only needed our key upon checking in. After waiting in a long line of people at the front desk, our reservation was found in the system, but we were told that our room (as well as many other reserved rooms) was given away to a group booked by a third party agency. What is the point of making reservations if at the last minute a different booking agency can take your room? A man and women were at the desk and both were very apologetic to the people ahead of us from the third party group. However when we questioned why our room was given away, they became very curt and rude. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle because no other hotels in the area had rooms available. I made the reservation because I knew rooms would be difficult to find last minute due to the proximity to the Philadelphia Airport. It was a terrible experience and I will not consider staying at this Microtel in Ridley Park in the future.

Would of given the hotel staff a 5 star rating but I had to wait for 15 minutes to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The property is fine for the price you pay. The tv remote would not work properly and the channels were very limited. Didnt matter i was only here for one night. Water pressure in the shower was weak and the footing in the tub felt like you were tilted towards the drain. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10.

The AC unit blower motor was running noisy, the carpet felt like so damp. I ordered a food for delivery at 11:10 p.m. we waited over an hr then we decided to go to bed, then at 1:35 a.m the front desk kept calling about the delivery guy is at the lobby, I told the lady that she is working I don't need it any more. then they let the driver to call again.

Very minimal. Not even a plastic bag for dirty clothes.

The hotel itself was nice and they accommodated my early check in request. I got back to my room around 10:30 and we to sleep. A little before midnight, hotel staff and police were pounding on my hotel door and ended up getting the door open. This woke me up out of a sound sleep and scared me half to death. They said someone had reported marijuana smell coming from my room. I spoke to them briefly and said it must have been a different room. They apologized and left, but this really made my stay difficult and I had a really hard time falling back asleep after. Probably my worst experience ever at a hotel.

This was a nice property however the location offered few options as it relates to retail amenities in the area. It was clean and pet friendly which gives peace of mind. The pet fees were reasonable. I would choose this option again.
