We needed some kind of air flow. A fan was much needed. Windows would not open.

A clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment in new town Edinburgh. Walkable to all the city has to offer.
Only downside was no parking in the area.

We had a brilliant stay at the apartment. Clean, modern, close to everything.

Amazingly beautiful accommodation. Great location close to everything.

Even though the apartment was clean and very nicely laid out, the clothes dryer did not work, and I was left with soaking wet clothes as I was leaving. The management company only said that I must have overloaded the dryer, but this is absolutely not true, as it was only a few items and they were very wet. I used the dryer properly and it does not work, just be warned when you stay there that this is an issue.

The property was amazing, and in a great location. I would stay there again in a heart beat

Excellent accommodation, only issue was parking which was very expensive.

Apartment nice but now looking a bit dated, tile in bathroom loose

The apartment was very minimalist and didn’t seem to have the cosy feel depicted in the photos. The place was very clean and tidy but pretty sparse. Apart from the lack of homeliness, what you see is what you get, nothing more. I would have expected, for the price, to maybe have a small milk in the fridge or a little something ‘extra’. Being on the ground floor was also very noisy. We could hear people coming in and out of the building throughout the night and it sounded like they were not only in the apartment but in the bedroom.
If you’re looking for a base to just sleep in this is perfect, if you’re looking for more of a home from home, then I don’t feel this is quite that.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and modern. We were able to store our luggage at the managing property, which was convenient. The beds were comfortable, which is always a bonus.

Fantastic location and apartments was huge. Very happy with our choice of apartment.

The stay was lovely. The space is exactly as advertised with a friendly staff to help if any questions arise.

We rented the two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious especially considering its location. Never having been in Edinburgh before we were unsure on whether to stay in old or new town and in the end this was the perfect choice. It was located on a quiet street but very walkable to everything. It was also helpful that the property management office is just down the street and we were able to leave our bags there before checking in as our arrival to the city was well before check in. The staff were very helpful and were very quick to respond to any questions. Overall great apartment and would definitely stay there again.

very rude and abrupt at check out (11am). First we had the cleaner knocking at 1058, I told her my husband was on his way with a rental car to pick us up. She was quite nice. 11:15 a very abrupt lady knocking angrily insisting that we get out as they need to clean, I told her that I had just spoke to my husband and he would be back at noon to pick us up. She was very stressed by this like it was just unbelievable!! she said she would need to speak to the office and maybe they were going to charge us for a late check out, which I am completely fine with!, I explained to her we have a ton of luggage and we can’t possible leave before he gets back with the car or we would. 1145 another angry lady about to knock on the door as we begin to hual our luggage out….she just turned and stomped away….The point is they could have relayed all the same information in a much nicer manner, I don’t need angry women insisting that we get out!!! Not very nice start to the day!! And given they were unable to accommodate any kind of early checkin after our 17hr travel, even with our noon check out 3hrs I think should be plenty to clean a small apartment, assuming there are other guests checking in the same day. We will be back to Edinburgh at least 5 times this year, and if it wasn’t for the check out we would have likely stayed here again in the future, now we will not. In the end we were charged $50 for late check out, would have loved to just nicely been told that.

The residence was not ready for living in when we arrived at 3pm on the day of our check in-Thursday 22nd of June, 2023. There were completely exposed staircase from the front door leading up to the apartment on the 2nd floor. Nails, loud banging, uneven surface and dangerous to enter and exit the building/flat.
We wanted to sleep as very tired from travel but it was impossible.
I called the management team and the only option was to stay under those unacceptable conditions, or have a full refund. A full refund and finding another accommodation was impossible due to the time of day and no vacancies anywhere else due to heavy demand of festivals/peak season etc.
Both the staff member and manager were rude and lacking empathy. The Manager told me it was legal to work for a few hours between 9-5 and that it would be fixed. I told her it would be until at least end of day friday of which it was, but they did a very poor job, left tools and nails and carpets up in that timeframe as well as uneven surface. I have been in touch with Expedia, and I am going to be posting a review shortly on their website.

Fantastic large apartment with sofa bed.
Loads of room would stay again
Only issues were lack of blackout blinds (the sun seeped through the edges of the ones used) and the windows were old so lots of street noise filtered through.

A very nice place with all that we need for a nice stay.

We stayed at this location for three nights in May and we loved it. Space was clean, large and the communication leading up to our stay was also fantastic. We would certainly stay again.
Location was very good too. Very close was the tram to the airport and walking to old town was about 10 mins. We felt safe and there were several restaurants nearby that we liked.
We did have apartment #7 which was on the top floor, so if you can't carry luggage up several flights, I would be certain to get a lower floor. Also, the doors swing themselves closed in the apartment, but that was not an issue for us at all.
Great overall stay.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, would use it at any time unfortunately whilst we were staying there appeared to be Road works nearby which made it quite disruptive.

Second time staying here. This trip was just as flawless as the first.

This apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. It was the most fuss free check in I’ve experienced. There’s no need to fumble with keys or cards, just check in, enter and check out with PIN access.
Extremely spacious with a huge living/dining area, makes the price very worth the stay. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. Bathroom had a huge shower area with good working heater.
There are no lifts in the apartment but thank goodness we were given the ground floor apartment.
Only downsides to this place is (1) the main door slamming to ensure that it closes, but it’s REALLY loud, (2) the location and getting to this place. We had a few luggage and a baby with us. It was quite a walk from the train station, and the terrain of cobbled streets and up-slopes were so hard on us physically. Our luggage was even damaged that 2 wheels came off.
But nevertheless will recommend this place to friends who will be visiting.

It was like a home away from home - easy to find, great communication from the vendor, check in was effortless, and everything was clean. Being able to do laundry after traveling for more than 2 weeks was the icing on the cake. Excellent value for money - I would stay here again.

Simple walk to all tourist areas in Edinburgh or if necessary to do so catch a bus.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, easy access with your own PIN number. No lift, but only two flights of stairs and most everywhere is not going to have a lift, so did not bother at all. No blow dryer either, however we were only there the one night so did not enquire about getting one. Their office is just down the street and willing to help. Loud karaoke bar or something nearby that was pretty loud, late, but added to the charm, lol. Would definitely stay again.

Great deal for the price and conveniently located in the New Town. Everything is within 15 minute walking distance. The place was huge and the washer and dryer were a plus.

Apartment was in a great location. Apartment was nice on the whole. Not enough pans to cook a meal for four people as the apartment accommodated. Sofa is incredibly uncomfortable. Apartment is very noisy with doors slamming alot and constant noise from neighbours above. Could really do with some attempt to dampen the sound. Woke us up constantly.

We stayed in the classic apartment which was fantastic, beautiful apartment, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and surprisingly very quiet. Would definitely recommend however I would suggest replacing carpets in bedrooms and stairs as smell quit musky, would benefit a lick of paint in areas however overall a great great stay and would recommend to families, was great for us with our baby and toddler (stairs are shallow and easy to navigate)

Great apartment in a perfect location. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. A few tired looking spots eg grout that need some minor attention however it doesn't detract at all from the overall experience. I will certainly return
