The only 2 things that were positive were the maid(s) and the birthday wishes with the cake but unfortunately that isn't enough for us to even consider coming back to this hotel ever again. Negatives are so many. The safe in the room they put us in didn't work properly due to low battery. We told them this 3 times. I asked the girls who do the morning shift to put it in the system and ask the technical staff to come and fix it later after we have come back from the city. Upon our return the guys (afternoon staff) had no idea what I was talking about. We asked them to send someone but no one came. We called multiple times and eventually no one came again which made us unnecessarily lose time. Finally, at a very late hour when our baby was already asleep they sent a guy who didn't come to fix or replace the battery but instead brought an extra safe. The noise from the hallway, other rooms and traffic is incredibly loud. Soundproofing didn't exit. If the room below you uses the air conditioner it will be heard on your pillow as a constant drum n base sound. We stayed for one week and in the midst of our stay they called us before 9 am and woke us up via phone. Said we needed to move rooms because of maintenance. My wife went down and asked to confirm if it's a 2 pm, they said yes. After packing for an hour, a lot of stuff because of the baby, I went down and was informed we don't have to move. No more space for negatives. Just very unprofessional and no compensation:/

Nice property with spacious room. Close to Halim airport and has its own Musalla. Nice breakfast buffet hosted by hostess with good English skills.

Needed somewhere to stay near Kalibata. Fast check in, room was clean and comfortable. Room lighting was bit complicated, some switches not intuitive. Lots of parking space. Located next to Duren Kalibata Train station, but the noise was minimal.

I used the hotel laundry services since i have deposited at FO. However my laundry was not sent to my room since the employee said that i need to pay cash for the laundry. I refused to pay since i have deposited an acceptable amount for the laundry service. Bad system communication in between department that needs a lot of improvement.

If you'd like to enjoy a quite environment this hotel definitely is not of your choice (too noisy neighborhood); pool is fine, however, the ladder was very loose - every time when I was going in I was afraid that it'll break; no idea why WiFi speed was bad in evenings, breakfast is not included - you have to pay additional IDR150,000; drinks are complimentary which is good, however they are added everyday (except water). Good points: friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean, availability of gym and pool.

The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was about 30 minutes. I negotiated a price of $15.00(196,500 Rupiah) to get me there. Be prepared for them to quote you double that. So anyway, the hotel is fantastic.The room was clean, the water hot and the wifi was reliable and fast. The only weird thing was the TV which turns on when you enter the room. Even when I tried to turn it off there was a floating message on the screen that we could not figure out, so we pulled the power cord from the wall. The neighborhood was in the area from the railway system which was blaring at street level from outside the hotel, but could not be heard at all from my 12th floor room. Nor from the second floor restaurant in the morning. The breakfast was perfect, my girlfriend and I looked forward to it actually everyday. We only wished they stopped serving at 10am, rather than 9am. Even a vegan would be happy there, I think. They had fruit and juices, salad, noodles, potatoes, steamed bok choy... we always left satisfied. Also, across the street are two malls. You can find a decent grocery store in one of them, a sugarcane stall and plenty of durian stalls on Jalan No.22!!!!! Also, laundry service outside the mall in the parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Jakarta.The staff was always friendly and professional and I even extended my stay there 3 nights because they offered 2 nights get 3rd night free to us.

Great hotel value for money. Shopping is just opp but the only set back is the railway is just beside it. The announcement made by the train station is simply too close for comfort.
