They only gave a flavour of their parking after I asked them to book it and they warned "same cancellation policy", meaning I'd have to pay it even if I realised I was parking my car in hell.
They gave a copy of a payment ticket dated a few months old with questionable validity and no reference to me or my car. They asked to pay in cash. This means no evidence of my car ever being there, if there were any problem.
And hell it was. It starts by having to maneuver the car on the sidewalk in order to drive it into an elevator. It takes it to their tiny basement cramped with other cars with almost no space for maneuvering. Then they ask to put it in their disabled parking space for 1 car but they insist to leave space for another car to fit in.
That wasn't the worst. Driving the car inside the elevator to get out was the most challenging manouver ever. We're talking about very narrow margins in all directions I looked. There was no margin for error and a larger car would 100% get damaged. Someone needs to be outside assisting as it's impossible to do it alone either. They protect the elevator entrace with shields and pillars with anti-collision foam and there's signs of damage everywhere. It was clear many cars get damaged and not even due to their driver's skills. That basement was a place of torture for cars (and overwhelming stress for drivers).
They asked for my credit card details for incidents and wrote down the details (as opposed to safely store it in a system).

Its an ok place to sleep in Cordoba. Location is good, but checkin is complicated cause its in another hotel close by, which for me turned into a nightmare cause I had heavy luggage that had to drag around the cobbled streets, and got to the actual place just to find that I had been given a room on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. None of this was mentioned when making the reservation.

We enjoyed staying at Casa de Los Faroles even if our stay was very short. It is clean and well maintained and has an elevator. The location is in the historic and restricted area.We had an issue with the parking, the car was too big for the sort of elevator to lift the car down to the parking in the basement, we had to turn around a long time before we found a public parking on the street about 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Stay was pleasant.
Parking a Mercedes Vitto was nightmarish getting in and out of the hotel’s parking.
Thankfully there was an expert female receptionist who supervised n made this possible.

The balcony was great and the narrow cobbled lanes were adorable BUT, they should indicate that you will have to carry luggage quite a ways, as taxis cannot get close to the hotel. Also, this establishments main office, WHERE YOU MUST CHECK IN, is another walk; quite long if youre still hauling luggage, AND WAS NOT INDICATED IN HOTEL CHECK-IN instructions. In person patio is much tackier than photo, plants are fake, plexi-glass safety enclosure around rails.

Everything was perfect, except for our arrival. You must call before you arrive, because the check-in place is not the same address as the room.
That said, the staff was nice, and the room perfectly clean and quiet, in a nice neighborhood at a walking distance from the historic area, but not in a 100% touristic zone.

We arrived at the destination to find a closed door and no way to access anything. Thankfully someone was leaving and they took us on a 10 min walk to the hotel. Shame on the hotel and Expedia for not letting travelers know that you have to go to the hotel, the address of which does not appear on your reservation, to get access to the Casa. The hotel is nice enough and the windows are very well insulated because its on a noisy less than pretty street. It is also not as close to the historic center as I had deduced from the map. The bathroom is large, very clean, but the bedroom we were in, for 4, felt very cramped. The hotel staff was LOVELY, kind thoughtful spoke several languages and really aimed to help. So high notes for effort of the staff, but the initial confusion regarding key pickup was a pain, especially since Im a mum traveling alone with 3 small children.

Very helpful staff, but the room was quite small and bare. Good rating for cleanliness.
Main problem for us was noise. There are no staff on site, and doors banging, people coming in and out even after midnight was disturbing.
We expected this to be a quiet casa, but it was not really. Very affordable, and if you don't mind a lot of noise, we would recommend it. If you want somewhere quiet late at night, try somewhere else.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, within a 10-15 minute walk of all of Cordoba's attractions.
We were travelling in a mini-bus which was too large for the hotel's car park. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in helping us find a parking spot at an adjacent hotel. They also provided us with their recommendation for dinner at a nearby restaurant which turned out to be spot on.
The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you would want for a hotel of this class. The hotel is extremely good value and I would highly recommend for a stay in Cordoba.

I stayed here for a night. The stay is ok for one night for 50 euros.
You will walk along smaller streets to reach here which gave me a good feel.
"You have to check in at Hotel De Los Faroles on the main road"(if you have a car, this is where you have to park - note that the street is so narrow and you have to park your car into an elevator which will take you downstairs).
My room was on third floor and was little cramped. Bathroom was nice. Internet is good for browsing and streaming.

The room was very basic but clean. The recepcion is in different hotel 10 minutes walk which is not very convenient. The same with the breakfast. You have to go there in the morning, we were not lucky because was raining so I thought this is ridiculous.
