AMAZING. a must go if you are in Carcasonne !!!! Simply perfect hotel, from the decoration to the space in the bedrooms, to the professional and welcoming staff, always there to help and assist you during your stay.
The breakfast can be in your room and there is so much choice, all delicious. Make sure to book a wine tasting with the Sommeliere, and also for dinner at the restaurant for a unique moment around food and wine.

The hotel is lovely and the restaurant is fabulous.

A really nice and welcoming place. I liked staying there.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Restaurant Le Parc. We could walk to both old and new Carcassonne. Restaurant was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful. It was quiet and we would stay again.

Beautiful room and patio. Dining options were great!

A very lovely stay but not quite a 5 star. Missing items such as an ice bucket in the room, adding new wine glasses during nightly turndown, and someone at the desk 24hrs per day. Still a great stay overall and highly recommended but unable to give a 5 star as small items just weren’t there.

Very nice hotel with well designed, but small rooms. Excellent food, including good room service breakfast.

Amazing rooms and very chic

This is a restaurant with rooms, but it’s definitely one at the very top. The two Michelin starred restaurant offers original, exquisite high concept dishes and flawless service while the rooms are ultra modern, comfortable in any way with furnished balconies to peacefully enjoy a glass of wine after a walk in the old city.

Close to the citadel. Ate at the restaurant which was nice. Room and staff were very good.

A gem of a design hotel with attention to detail and decor. Knowledgeable and professional staff, beautifully appointed rooms and public areas, including breakfast room and restaurant. We were sorry to miss dining at the Michelin star restaurant, especiallu as the dishes and desserts we spied during check in looked delicious!

Excellent stay at this hotel, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and well decorated. We loved the shutters in the window, we slept very well. However, the WiFi was not working and no continental breakfast should cost 25 EUR per person.

Absolutely first-class in every way. We would have stayed longer if we could have and will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants the best experience in a hotel.

Close to the medieval city of Carcassonne. Excellent two star Michelin Restaurant in the Hotel.

We stayed in this cosy hotel overnight. From the beginning the service we received was extremely polite and informative. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The ladies who run the hotel prepared for us a copious breakfast in the morning. We would recommend this hotel for anybody who is interested in Southern France.

Very helpful and attentive staff, the restaurant is superb, as one one expect from a Michelin starred place; breakfast is a bit pricey but alternatives are available a short walk away in the town. Parking is not a problem.

The room was stunning. In addition to the location being a short 10-15 minute walk to an entrance of the medieval city, you are foot steps from a 2-michelin star restaurant. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the continental breakfast.

The hotel room was beautifully furnished and looked very impressive. The room had good amenities such as free refreshments in the mini bar, complimentary toiletries and a generous balcony. However, there were certain flaws which let the room down, The balcony door did not lock, this was broken, however, there was an electric shutter that prevented anyone from the exterior entering, which was satisfactory and blocked the light out wonderfully in the morning. The shower is incredibly poorly designed. For some reason the shower head is mounted on the length of the bath which made it nearly impossible to shower without water going all over the floor, the shower guard also did not prevent water from leaking out around the bath. There was no sink in the toilet, only in the shower room, which was fine but not very hygienic to have to touch curtains and doors to access the sink to wash your hands after use. Our room was not cleaned. We left our room early afternoon and when we returned our room had not been cleaned, which was very disappointing. We did ask the receptionist why it had not been done, she didn't have an answer and said she would find out, but never got back to us, even though we saw her again on checking out. There was a fantastic coffee machine in the room, however no milk! I do not mind having to ring down for fresh milk, but I would expect UHT milk to be provided with the teas-maid. The hotel staff were very friendly, they rescued an otherwise average stay.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated like special guests. Staff grabbed our bags, guided us through no-hassle check in and took us to our room. Provided and orientation of room features and important information and then left us to enjoy the oversized modern hotel room. Extremely spacious for a hotel room in France! We loved the balcolny where you could have breakfast in the morning. The hotel restaurant is absolutely magnificent - I suggest dining out on the patio for the beautiful garden views. Service was top-notch and the food magnificent! We had a dinner that I will remember for years to come! The manager/owner helped guide us to the medieval city by foot (only a 10-15 minute walk) and there is a sister hotel right at the entrance to the medieval city that has a swimming pool that hotel guests can use. We liked not staying in the medieval city as those hotels are older and it is difficult to get through the cobblestone narrow roads. We liked having a hotel just outside the city.Everything was warm and friendly and every question was answered with a smile. There was not one thing that I could point to that was not ideal about our stay!. Notes - nice clean rooms. A/C works great. Breakfast was good and included (upcharge for eggs.) I would stay there again and again! In my opinion this hotel is 5-STAR!Recommend booking a junior suite - the additional money is worth it!

The room was nicely decorated, well appointed, with many great accessories. We loved the private patio along the creek. By far we appreciated being on site after our astounding 4 hour dinner at their restaurant. A longer journey wouldve been difficult after that mind blowing meal. Highly recommend the dinner & room combination.

Beautiful location within walking distance to the old city. The room was nicely appointed and very romantic. A bottle of your favorite beverage and an evening in the hot tub is pretty perfect. No real privacy for the restroom if that is an issue for some. For us, it was not an issue.

Beautiful hotel & room! Only let down was 25 euros for continental breakfast, paid 8 euros for a could of small sausages on top

Surprised at fact hotel only has a few trims. More focus on the restaurant. Room was very modern and comfortable.... Super amenities! Loved the stay

Reception staff were very helpful, beautifully appointed room, private balcony...wish we could stay longer
4.0
Although the overall score was pleasing, this is a fine dining restaurant with a few hotel rooms above rather than a great hotel with fine dining. Other than some well appointed rooms and a breakfast area, the hotel has no common areas or lounges to enhance a holiday stay. Suitable for an overnight stay after enjoying a long meal, rather than a longer vacation stay.
