Large beautiful room. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is brought into your room and set up. Location is great, not too touristy but great restaurants around and everything you need. Bed was comfortable.

Wonderful hidden gem with large, comfortable rooms and incredible staff.

It was just ok. The lift was broken... but the reception helped us with the luggage upstairs.
the room was large and clean, steam shower and sauna were a nice touch
breakfast is in the room, the staff for breakfast is very kind and efficient.
we asked for arrangement of water taxi to airport, and was told will send a confirmaiton to us, but never got it. had to check again couple hours later to get it. asked if we can pay credit card for the water taxi, was told yes first, then was told they will tell the driver. but no, we had to pay cash.
overall, it's ok.

Everything was great except the room with the canal view is very noisy: that is where the garbage is collected from the entire area so it start at 7 am going on till 11 am DAILY the garbage vaporetto is right under the bedroom window. The room is not worth the money.

Decent hotel but definitely overpriced.
If you arrive late (after 2300), you must check in at a different hotel about 1-2min away. Not bad but not fun while lugging suitcases and tired. However, they did assist with lugging it back, which was extremely appreciated.
Location is good, you can walk basically anywhere in Venice and it’s centrally located.
Food- breakfast is free, so can’t complain. If you’re curious, it’s very basic. Bread, cheese, yogurt, fruit. Fill out a card the night before. You can eat in your room or on the patio outside. Room service is apparently pizza only-we didn’t order but did ask.
Minibar had no prices listed anywhere.
Room- quite large, especially for Venice. Walls are NOT soundproof as their website notes. We could hear everything in their little kitchen. And the trash boat stops by every morning between 7-8. Very simple, nothing impressive.
They do offer assistance via WhatsApps if you happen to have any questions or concerns.

As soon as we walked into the property the courtyard entrance is charming the Jasmine flower aroma was so inviting and it really set the tone for our holiday.
Moreover Oliva and team was exceptional from the very start to the end of our stay, being a local he knew all the tips and tricks about Venice there were great food recommendations and was so attentive and helpful at any request we had and was able to accommodate with excellent communication and superb hospitality.
We were delighted to check in early as we arrived early and they could accommodate us, I did let them know in advance the estimated time we would be arriving.
Castello is a great location away from the touristy area, more local, quiet and felt like an authentic Venice experience but not too far from the main attractions like the Grand Canal and St Marks square, also the ferry service is not too far at all.
We were sad to leave as our suite and stay was exceptional I would highly recommend staying here as the staff are so warm, friendly, welcoming and look after you like their family.

We had a great stay here. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was huge. It is a small hotel located in the fabric of a neighborhood.

My stay at Hotel Laisisdi was phenomenal due to the staff - Jonny and Oliver handled my every need effortlessly and I cannot say enough positive things about these two - they truly made my stay easy and enjoyable.

The staff at this property is amazing. The two hotel attendants, Oliver and Joseph, were wonderful and so helpful. Joseph walked all the way from the hotel, .25 miles, to our water taxi to take our luggage to the room. Oliver called a water taxi to the train station for us, then came to the water taxi,.25 miles from property just to put our luggage on the boat for us.
They use WhatsApp for instant messaging communication. Oliver is very responsive and replied almost immediately to assist us. He helped us with so much, dining options, transportation, delivered breakfast right to our room.
I would highly recommend this property. We had a great time.

The property is literally in an alley that is almost impossible to find. The rooms, although large by Italian standards were dark and lack warmth. The shower leaked on the floor. When we finally found the hotel after wandering around for 45 minutes the entrance had a couple of lumps of dog droppings. Even when we pointed it out no one did anything to remove it. The was pleasant and the morning breakfast was great. I would rate this hotel as an average strong 3-star hotel.

The service is great! Oliver and Guilio are super helpful! The room is so big by the cannel, bigger than any US hotel rooms even! Very clean and modern. Breakfast was fantastic too, delivered to our room :). My son is 7 year old and he was sleeping with us in the big king size bed, even there is a extra sofa bed. A for this hotel!

This a nice boutique hotel near San Marco Square in Castello. Location 15 min walk from the San Marco square. The staff was quite friendly. Some nice restaurants nearby. The Turkish bath is a nice touch. They serve a nice continental breakfast included to your room. They offer daily room cleaning. The room was spacious and modern. Minor issues was water would seep out of the shower doors and the king bed is really 2 twin beds combined. They have 2 TVs in the room but one remote would sometimes turn on the other tv This wasn’t a dealbreaker. I would stay here again if I come back to Venice. We otherwise enjoyed our stay here!

We had a wonderful time at Liassidi Wellness Suites during our short trip to Venice.
From the stylish yet functional design, which not often is the case, of the room to the perfect and very affable service of Marco, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
The location is superb for sightseeing, with plenty of excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
We'll definitely be back if we get the chance.

Aside from check in (see below), the suite was excellent. The shower had a steaming function which was brilliant and the breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was wonderful - fresh cappuccinos, orange juice, yoghurt, pastries, and spreads. The walls are a bit thin because you can hear people in the hallway when they talk loudly and also people on the canal/street outside the room. But it's in a fairly quieter part of Venice so this wasn't a huge issue for us. For check-in we arrived quite early so we went to the Suites to drop off our bags. There isn't really a reception, it's just a small entry inside a building. We were told by a staff member who was in the entry way that we could check in at 1pm so we went to go have lunch. Our bags were left in the open entryway area because it didn't seem like there was a bag storage area. When we came back the entry door was locked and we tried knocking and buzzing the buzzer on the outside of the building but there was no answer. So we went off again and kept coming back every hour or so. Still couldn't get in and eventually at about 3:30 we were finally able to get let in again. I know check in is actually at 3pm but it was very frustrating to not be able to access our bags or have any idea when someone would be back. Apparently the buzzer was supposed to go through to someone's phone but it wasn't working properly. I would suggest that the hotel provide a Whatsapp contact number to guests prior to check in.

Our stay at the Liassidi Wellness Suites was wonderful. Situated outside of the ultra-touristy spots of the city, it was the perfect location to walk to and from everything in Venice without being surrounded by crowds. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating – they were attentive and offered the best recommendations of places to visit and eat. The room was beautiful (this coming from someone that has annoying high expectations at hotels). The bathroom was beautiful and sparkling clean. I used the steam shower a few times, which was nice. The room was stylishly decorated, with crisp clean white linens and a very comfortable bed – a perfect place to rest your feet and mind after a long day of walking and looking at all the beauty in Venice. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our stay – the staff made us feel so welcome, and we wish we didn't have to leave!

First off, my husband and I loved the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance (5-10 minutes) to all the major sites but far enough away that you’re not around all the crowd. There were great restaurants located within seconds of the hotel which was so convenient. The rooms here are very sizable and well kept. The hotel staff was AMAZING! Marco went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. On the day we were scheduled to check out, we had decided to stay an additional day in Venice but all the rooms here were booked. Marco walked to the sister hotel and spoke with their staff on our behalf to see if they had availability while we were out sightseeing. When we got back, he took us there himself, showed us the room, and made sure it was copacetic. He came back the next day to check on us. We have never in all of our travels had someone go above and beyond to this extent and we have travelled extensively. I cannot speak highly enough about Marco and our experience at this property. We definitely plan to visit Venice again and when we do, this will most definitely be our hotel of choice!!! Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic hotel, loveliest service in Venice. Stay here if you can.

Great room, very spacious and modern with excellent bathroom and shower.
Bed and pillows were best we enjoyed in Italy. Service was very good.
Although breakfast was late one morning, the actual breakfast was very good and overall could not do enough to ensure stay was pleasurable.

Air con wasn’t working due to built-in setting constraint. We had to open the window for ventilation but there were lots of mosquitoes outside due to recent rainy weather, the hotel windows didn’t have mosquitoes net. We got bitten up whole night and couldn’t sleep until 6am in the morning. Staff was helpful to get a ventilation fan for the second night. But the first night was just a nightmare for us and the second morning was completely ruined.

Wonderful experience with great staff especially the young lady who was especially attentive and helpful, Icaria! Great cleaning staff also, Nicola!
