The staff was outstanding before I even arrived! My original accommodations didn't work out and I am so glad this is where we landed. We'd had a long trip with a lot of driving and I couldn't have asked for a better place to end the trip. I was traveling with my 17 month old daughter, my mom and her service dog. The staff was so accommodating, welcoming and supportive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The room looked nice when we entered. But, after looking around. The desk chair was very dirty, dried food on it. The ironing board cover Disscusting we has to use towel on it. And, that phone in the room must have Never been Cleaned. We only stayed one night thankfully. The front desk people were very nice.

From check to check out the service was good and the people were helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. My suggestion is to have some tour/activities info in the room. Overall we had a great stay.

Came into town for a sorority event. Property was around 10 minutes away from the convention center. Check in was relatively easy and the room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed there August 25-27, 2024. The hotel is as good as any five star hotel! Clean hotel lobby, comfortable and clean large room, friendly staff, great breakfast, and convenient location. I will be staying there again on every future visits to the area. Well done!

I was told at the front desk that the hotel no longer provides blow dryers. This would have been more of an issue if I had an early morning flight. Not sure if this is specific to all Hampton Inns or just this one in particular. Very disappointing for a hotel like Hampton Inns to not have this amenity as small as it may be.

Stayed one night as I was flying out of GSP very early in the morning! Very nice place! My room was great, and a comfy bed! Front desk gal was awesome! Super friendly and helpful! I wish I could remember her name, to give her a shout out!! Would definitely stay there again!

The Front Desk was very helpful when I arrived. The check in was quick and simple as was the checkout process. The breakfast offered was adequate. The food matched the hotel’s price point and was decent. Having a separate bar of soap for handwashing and the shower could have been included in the bathroom. Overall a good hotel 4.7/5.0

We had a room with a sofa bd, which we needed to use, however there was no bedding provided beyond a sheet. Called down for a blanket and pillow and was told not a problem. After 30 minutes ( with a sleepy child waiting) I called again and was told that I needed to come down to front desk and get it. Would have liked being told that from the beginning, and when I went to pick it up, desk clerk came from behind a partition and he had a mouth full of food !! Not good.

Overall good stay. Staff was super nice and welcoming. Opportunities were that breakfast options not great. Hallways were super hot and it was very humid. Room was the same way until we got it cooled down. Summer in the south is brutal!

I have loved Hampton Inn and Suites, and thus one was no exception. From my first interaction when I called for a shuttle from the airport, to the delicious breakfast, to the helpful and friendly staff, to the sitting area out back, to how comfortable the pillows were, to the room itself, every single bit was wonderful.

There was a very helpful staff. The breakfast was great. The room was very clean and attractive My only concern was that they would not accept cash. I wanted something from the little shop and they would not accept cash. My credit card was hacked while I was there and I had to spend a Lot of time straightening this out while there.
