Cityinn is very close to an MRT station, very comfortable, and has great amenities. The rooms have a good AC Unit, comfortable beds, and modern, clean bathrooms. We particularly love their lounge where you can get free beverages, occasional snacks, and breakfast cereals. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and also speak English. I 100% recommend staying at Cityinn!

Great service from housekeeping to front desk. I have two issues. One is the bed is not that comfortable. Felt the springs from the mattress. Second, even though the room descriptions had the same square footage, many of the rooms on one side of the building have a small balcony. The rooms on the other side of the building have no balcony. So the rooms with balcony have noticably smaller usable space.

This is really a nice hotel. The rooms, while not huge, are well laid out and quite comfortable. The entire second floor of the hotel it's open space for hotel guests, including very comfortable chairs and sofas, free laundry, and tables, microwaves, plates and utensils, etc. for eating. It’s hard to overstate how handy this is. The hotel is quite new. I was there when the big earthquake struck Hualien, and because the hotel is new and built to modern standards, it handled the quake easily, with no issues. Again, hard to overstate how good that was. The neighborhood is very walkable has tons of restaurants and groceries. And, as others have mentioned, a really convenient transit station.

Great place to stay in Taipei. Amazing location surrounded by restaurants, public transit, and close to the airport. The front desk were extremely nice and helpful. This'll definitely be my go to hotel when I visit Taipei.

Conveniently located near Songshan airport, MRT station is also just a few minutes walk. Staff are very friendly. I particularly like the common area on the 2nd follow with free coffee and other drinks.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Family Quad Room is quite small for family with big kids but the facilities are really good, they have laundries machine free for use and areas for relaxing that have water, coffees, hot chocolates machine free for use. Price is also reasonable compared with other hotels in Taipei. MRT station is just 5 mins walk Overall, I am happy to stay at this hotel and definitely will return if I will go back to Taipei

-rooms very small, nowhere to put luggage -breakfast not included, no gym, no pool -location is slightly off for tourist -was given lecture and scolded by staff for asking maid to change stained towel, 1/4roll toilet paper, and wipe table with alcohol (apparently they don't even have alcohol and maid 'was stressed' by my request)

Good location just next to MRT, various food stalls and restaurants aroundGood location, next to MRT and various food stalls and restaurants around hotel. It novel coronas virus outbreak during my stay, most of the time we stayed in the hotel, so no worry nothings to eat. Staffs are friendly. Stayed here for eight nights while exploring Taipei and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent overall, it is in great condition and the service is excellent. It does not have a restaurant, but there are many cafe's and restaurants close by, serving a variety of foods, and there is a convenience store downstairs. The hotel is very conveniently located, with the MRT station close by, and a You Bike station close by too. The room was slightly on the small size, but very comfortable and very well maintained.It has a well-appointed Rest Area with a Laundry Room, and basic kitchen with utensils, coffee and tea machines, etc. Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent service as always. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel rooms and facilities are also very clean and well-kept. Hotel is close to the Zhongshan Middle School MRT Station and Jingzhou Street for easy access to food and restaurants.

Very convenience location, 5 mins walk to metro. Staffs are super helpful, welcoming and professional. Like the 2nd floor facilities, lounge chairs, dining table with microwave, oven, tea and coffee to hangout if you check in too early. Free laundry is a big plus. Highly recommend to anyone who is going to visit Taipei. I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again for my next trip to Taipei.
