Friendly courteous staff. Nice gym & pool. Airport transport not reliable, 30 minutes late. Included breakfast buffet need some improvement ( cooked foods not warm & selection limited). Bath towels are very old & worn out, almost rags. Shower in bathroom has poor design ( prone to flooding bathroom floor since shower door don’t fully shut & shower floor has no barrier with bathroom floor).

The breakfast wasnt bad at all. There werent many people staying at the hotel so it was quiet, but the rooms left much to be desired. Dont be fooled by the pictures, my room looked like a college dorm room.

The property its nice and clean, it has all amenities, gym and nice pool area. There's a Spa right next to the hotel as well as some restaurants/bars.

Hotel reception staff are not overly helpful and would say they do the minimum to help and come across quite abrupt/rude - this is definitely not extended to all staff as the porters and staff in the restaurant were great! Air con in our room was leaking down the wall at 1am in the morning, contacted reception who fixed this by placing towels on the floor- probably not the safest resolution. Shower wasn’t very powerful and I had to ring reception twice to request a safety deposit box for the room which was advised as a standard facility but was not in the room upon arrival. WiFi isn’t the best also. In comparison to other hotels I saw at Puerto Princesa this hotel is of a higher standard and if I was to return I would more than likely stay there for that reason only. Hotel also charged us 750 pesos for transport to El Nido when the standard price is 500 pesos.

When we arrived to Puerto Princesa the hotel offered a free transfer van from the airport to the hotel. They were all very nice and helpful and they helped us to book a van to go to El Nido.

We stayed one night before we went to spend almost one week in EL Nido. Our first night was great however our second stay was not as good as the first one. We got a room with no wifi as there is a part of the hotel which has not wifi. Furthermore it’s incredibly noisy at night as it’s the room closer to the reception and the party place outside. We asked to the lady to change our room but are request was fully ignored.

After a pleasant initial impression, you quickly realize that this place is really tired. Moldy ceilings and deteriorated swimming pool (see pics) are obvious signs of neglect, but things like a poor and skimpy breakfast also speak to the lack of proper care and attention. The adjoining spa and bars were nice, but the hotel itself was much worse than expected.

Love the pool and the gym.. two things that i complained about was the slow wifi connection.. and they should put some fridge in the standard rooms but overall my experience was great.. will definitely go back.

The staff was friendly as well and helped us book nice day tours to the most wonderful beaches weve ever been to. The breakfast included pancakes and eggs of your choice upon order so i personally liked that. Hotel was clean and nice. If we return to Palawan again, we will definitely return to One Manalo Place.
