I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. Overall, I had a good experience. The check in process was superfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the in room dining service. I found coir rope in my tabouleh which I believe is used to tie the parsley leaves. It was clear that the food was not prepared according to the hygiene standards. This made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygiene standards of the hotel. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were quick to apologize and offered to replace the food. However, I had lost my appetite by then and decided not to eat anything else from the in room dining menu. In conclusion, while my overall stay was good, the in room dining service was a disappointment. I hope the hotel takes note of these issues and makes improvements in their food quality and cleanliness standards. I would still recommend this hotel for its other positive aspects, but I would advise future guests to avoid the in room dining service.

Excellent location. Excellent room service. Iconic building. Fitness centre fantastic. Muhammed in fitness centre was very nice and well spoken in English. Manager Daryl was very helpful. Help us with early check in in minutes. Requested higher floor. Changed in minutes. Definitely will be back.

nice hotel but do not go for a room on 24th floor - especially 2416 where you can hear the bass from the 25th floor restaurant/disco as well as a cooking smell. otherwize club lounge is good - nothing special but good. Hotel is good value for money otherwize.

The worst hotel ever that you could think to deal with. They have canceled my reservation without prior notice and they which rune my trip to Bahrain. I will never deal with this hotel again. The reservation excutive was so rude when i talked to her.

Einfach gut, von hier ist alles erreichbar und wie der Name sagt, down town. Zimmer und Einrichtung , Bad und Einrichtung alles 100% sehr gut. Everything Just fine, from here everything is reachable and as the name says, down town. Room facility bathroom facility all 100% very good.

Great hotel with a great idea of service to the client. At first there was a little hiccup, nothing major. The manager Mohammed immediately solved the problem and went above and beyond to make for a great stay. The pool is great. Restaurants are very nice. The lounge is also great, with nice food and a great view. The hotel is very conveniently located. Near Avenues mall, near the souq and not far from restaurants and amenities. Overall I had a great stay. Ill be coming back to this hotel.

They are charging you more than what you book. On hotels.com (also on my recept from Hotels.com) i have a Price around 160 BHD, but the hotel charged me for around 174 BHD. I have tried to write Them an e-mail but they are not answering

“Perfect example of how a good hotel should be!!” Most friendly and helpful staff ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing everything near by.I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Everything went well exept 2 things: 1st; I asked for a driver to reach some meetings, I got a driver who doesn’t know the destinations which involved cancellation of the first meeting because of the delay caused. 2nd; while checking out, the front office desk employee refused to give me an invoice, stating that I have to get it from hotel.com; thoigh the previous hotel (Le Meridien) gave me their invoice.
