Good property at an affordable price.

Around pool and yard needed cleaning. Floors needed mopping. Beds were uncomfortable. Bed linen had hair on it. Needed an outside sink to wash clothes. Was told that we were getting 3 queen size beds but got 3 full size beds instead.

Stay was excellent, very quiet and peaceful
Pool was relaxing
Bed was comfortable
Water pressure was excellent
Fridge however wasn’t working properly (the seal around door wasn’t closing it properly)
Parking was a bit hard with other guests staying as well

The location itself is very good. 5 mins to the airport, walkable to storebay beach and a very short taxi away from pigeon point. Lots of food options within walking distance. The property however was just ok. The flooring was peeling in our room which made me a little anxious travelling with a one year old that puts everything in her mouth. The toaster oven stopped working by the 4th day. The door to laundry sticks… I had to try multiple times to try and lock it and the communication with Emmanuel was often delayed. I’d reach out for information and sometimes it would take hours for a response. A Toilet paper request made in the afternoon wasn’t received until the afternoon the very next day.

Lovely property was clean and comfortably. The property is near all food and beach areas which is great, however parking on the property is limited but easy to work around. Overall great stay, would be back again.

Property is close to the lively area but we couldn't hear any noise at all. It was peacefull and quiet and people very friendly. Swimming pool was the big deal for us. Kids spent there every day. The lovely beach 10 min walk.
Just had to make sure all food was sealed in the kitchen, as it attracted tiny ants... We defined will be back ☺️

My sincere thanks to the team for the comfortable accommodation and excellent hospitality provided. The amenities were more than adequate. My son and I really enjoyed our stay. 👍

The room did not look like the picture. The bathroom smelled and was not clean. The bathroom was separated by a thin divider. You could smell everything. I checked in very late and they wouldn't let me check out early. No one came to clean the room. I would not stay there again. You are changing American prices the stay should be up to par. Very disappointed

The place was a small size compared to the pictures online. The swimming pool was small. We were in room 4.
good air conditioning, ice in the fridge, bath robes, beach towels, condiments eg tea, water and snacks. Fridge works amazing. A 5 min walk to eating places and bus stop. (you need to find a place that sells bus tickets if you want to ride the bus) Answered my emails walking distance from the airport to the apartment.
-The TV didn't work. I would have liked to be compensated for this. No place to put your towel for having a shower. When walking be careful passing the bed you tend to bump your leg/foot can be painful. Room can seem dark. Toilet paper very thin. It would be helpful and useful for some information for tourist to highlight. Eg places where the mall is, beaches and mention there is a cost to pigeon point. You need to have bus tickets for tourist to ride the bus, list places and destinations. Places recommended where to eat for vegetarians/vegan/seafood lovers Traditional habits on the island. List of tours available or unique tours. (rent a driver to take you all around the island) typical local food where to find it. You don't go on holiday to just eat pizza and chips you need to go for a real experience bake and shark or curried crab

This was a family trip that was perfect from beginning to end. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and bars....definitely check out Jade Monkey!!!. The apt was clean and comfortable with the pool and laundry facilities as an added bonus. I highly recommend booking your stay at this property because I'm already book for my next stay, that's how much i love this location!!! I didn't remember to take any pics and wish i had to share in this post but next visit ill be sure to have pics to show in my review

The property was very nice and included a pool. All the amenities were available. A nice strip mall in walking distance. More towels should have been provided considering we were 6 and only has 4 towels. Apart from that a very quiet neighborhood walking distance to the main road.

Restorations Tobago is a pretty decent hotel. It is located in a middle-class residential area in Bon Accord in close proximity to the airport, beaches, night life, supermarkets and a gas station and not that far away from the capital, Scarborough, an other beaches and night spots that are not located in the Bon Accord/Crown Point area. The unit was very nicely decorated and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with small appliances, a stove and refrigerator in excellent condition, as well as good quality pots, chinaware and cutlery. The bedrooms were the only rooms that were air conditioned and the beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and full length mirrors were provided in one of the bedrooms. The Property Manager, Emmanuel, was very responsive and did his best to address any issues that arose that were under his control.
Main Issues:
1. Loud music emanated, day and night, from the neighbouring property.
2. The area for parking at the facility was a narrow driveway. Only 3/4 vehicles could fit, one behind the other.
3. A consistent connection could not be maintained on Digicel/BMobile data and the 3 Wi-Fi connections were all very poor.
4. The 2 chairs at the kitchen table were very high and one was missing the back rest. They were virtually impossible to use by short persons.
5. Water issues on day 1.
6. No instructions were provided for the cable TV service.
7. Unit 1's porch needed cleaning.

I had a wonderful time on the island of Tobago the resort is just as advertised, walk to the beaches , night life and food and if not near was taxis a block away heading to the city of Scarborough, my only issue was having wifi .

Very lovely place, however thorough cleaning should be done after guests leave because no cleaning is done while guests are there in occupancy.

Property is big, spacious and has lots of plants the rooms were great bedding were great i love it here and will definitely be staying again.

The property was clean, the area felt safe and the property has a wide arrangement of utensils . Areas for improvement initial communication was poor however communication improved thereafter. The door for the toilet (RM#2) was unable to lock and the bbq grill was not on the facility.

This guest house is located in a quiet built up area, within walking distance of beaches, bank, restaurants, route taxis and other activities.
The garden was well kept and the pool was clean. Although our apartment had no sitting room, I would still recommend it for a small family.

I was displeased because I didn't get the room I reserved, the studio area was too small. The wifi only worked if u stood by the front door, and the bed was PRETTY uncomfortable. The stove works only on the left side and while lighting it, it blows up into a big flame. However I still tried to make the best out of my stay. The lady seemed nice but this place needs a lot of improvement
