The first room they gave us smelled like marijuana smoke.
They changed our room and in the new room one of the beds was in bad condition, its pillows smelled dirty, the safe was broken, the bedside reading lamps are useless.
It was reported and they did not repair the safe and they did not change the pillows, which were old and uncomfortable.
The air conditioning smells strange, I took a photo and the filters are extremely dirty (photo attached)
The room maintenance is very poor.

My room card didn’t work for parking even though I kept notifying staff and they claimed they fixed it. So i had to pay for parking separately every day. They also charged my personal credit card even though I paid for everything beforehand with my work card.

A water line burst, and I only found this out after I could not shower or even have enough water to brush my teeth. I tried calling multiple times to front desk, but no one would answer. When I went to the front desk and asked if they would make any accommodations or comp a meal, I never got an answer. Rooms were very large and comfortable though and gym is great.

RUN!!! I booked a room several days in advance for my wedding anniversary! My husband and I arrive at 6:30pm and our room wasn't ready yet. In fact, no rooms were ready yet. They wanted to take my name and number and let me know when it would be available. They kept apologizing. Our dinner reservations were for 7pm. The staff offered their lobby restroom. I said I need an iron and everything. They finally "unlocked" some rooms and gave me a key to an upgrade. They said since we were there for only 1 night, we had to checkout at 8am. I said fine cause I really wanted to make my dinner reservation. We get to the room and ITS FLITHY! In fact, it seemed as if the person left out in a rush and could come back. We were livid! We demanded our room be cleaned while we were out. They tried to have housekeeping clean while we were getting ready... What the HELL?! We ended up calling the restaurant and letting them know our experience and that we would be late. The restaurant made it a fabulous night! have never had this type of service at any star hotel. It was beyond disgusting. From used towels in shower, robe, bed in disarray, snot kleenex, and urine in the toilet! DISGUSTING! The staff kept blaming housekeeping, however I blame management. There is no way you all were behind that badly and no notification given prior to us checking in. This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

I was never able to stay here this night because when I got there the front desk employees said that I hadn’t payed yet even though I had already payed via Expedia. What should I do to be compensated?

We called down to the front desk twice and sent a message regarding getting bedding for pull out bed. We didn’t want to bother them excessively so we fugured they would eventually bring it. Waited 2 hours. Finally slept without. Never called to let us know sorry they couldn't bring any. Just totally disregarded both calls amd messages

The hotel room was pretty filthy when we arrived. The bedding smelled like the previous guest. We found an EYELASH strip stuck to the remote. The coffee mugs were filthy with coffee spots. I wouldn’t stay here again based on the condition of the room. I’m glad I brought my own blanket and Lysol.

Horrible place to stay. Charged $786 extra for the same room I booked online. Only offered free breakfast or dinner which tasted like toilet mess. No one told me about these charges until I was out to dinner with family and the waiter kept Saying my card was declining. I will
Never stay at this hotel anymore.

The hotel was great but I don’t like the fact that I was double charged for the room.

The bathroom shower wet up the floor every time someone used it and it was impossible to stop it from happening. The furniture in the downstairs lobby was very very dirty and the carpet in the room was dirty and sticky. I walked without shoes on and ended up getting a sunflower seed stuck to my foot. That means the floor could not have been vacuumed or cleaned recently.

Good: Food/clean hotel
Bad: Charged an additional night beyond our reservation after we checked out with no explanation. Called the day after we checked out and they acknowledged the error and they would fix it. Several calls and emails later with documentation and received no response for two weeks until I contacted corporate Marriott Bonvoy directly complaining. Still haven't been refunded been have been "assured" it's in process.
Reservation made with two adults and three children including ages. Our room on the 31st floor was directly below the ballroom, which we didn't know until we were getting our kids to bed and heard very loud music. At 9pm, it was so loud no one could sleep, called the front desk who said they weren't aware of an event on the 32nd floor and would send security to investigate, and if the noise didn't stop within 30 minutes to call back. The music didn't stop so we called back and the front desk let us know that a wedding reception had just started and would be going on for next few hours. They offered to relocate us, which was a better alternative but we still had to pack up all of our things at 10pm and relocate. We were in our room sometime around 10:30pm and it took us awhile to get our children to sleep after that, but the room several floors down was much quieter. Asked to extend checkout from noon to 1pm the next morning but was denied because they "were waiting on our room" and then they erroneously charged us for that NEXT night.

My room was clean and in great shape but the common areas looked a little beat up including the restaurant. The staff was great.

No one came to clean the room. There are no amenities in the room, door knobs were loose, light wasn't good. Very dark.
I’ve stayed in much nicer Bonvoy Hotels
