Really quaint and unique. Food was exceptional. Breakfast spot next door was great. Not the one that comes free with the room.
1.5
The room was spacious and nice.
The breakfast was disappointing; not too many choices and cheap items; does not match at all with the hotel category and price.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay, we were in the old original part of the hotel and had such a nice time, looking at all of the historical aspects of the inn. The only negative thing we have to say is that the bed was so stiff. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Everything else was fantastic.
2.5
Nice room. Nothing fancy but clean and convenient to everything. Would come agsin

Hotel is spread out across a few different facilities, can be a bit confusing to find your particular room but the staff is very helpful in this regard. Great restaurant and lots of other nearby options in walking distance. Don’t miss the Rhinebeck Aerodrome just a couple miles away.

The antique market is very unique but overly expensive compared to others in the area. Room is beautiful and dining excellent. Staff wasn’t too friendly or helpful with directions to our room. They seemed busy so it felt little like we were bothering them upon check in.

Historical hotel located right in the beautiful village of Rhinebeck. Someone was always available at the desk. We were on the third floor so lots of steps to climb. A little walk also to the breakfast area. Dinner there was excellent.
Enjoyed our stay.

Quaint little town

Relaxing atmosphere during meals. Quiet sitting areas for communication with family. Staff was very helpful and extremely courteous. Wonderful time.

Needs a remodel, central air, an elevator and windows that will open... not painted shut.

Interesting place. Historical building in an old historical town. Don’t expect luxury or the most modern amenities but ambience is great. Lots of flies in our room. Explanation from the front desk is that this is common this time of the year. Suggestion for the staff to spray the rooms.

We were disappointed to find our bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned, with a ball of hair in the corner and behind the toilet seat. The bedroom contained a dehumidifier which needed to be emptied 3 times per day (or night) and I discovered there was black mold inside the bucket. Bathroom vent made plenty of noise but did not remove any moisture. Most staff were kind but there was much confusion regarding our bill at the end of our stay. This was a very disappointing vacation for us.

Our stay was wonderful and the front desk staff was attentive. Thank you!

Just nice being close to everything in town! Awesome walkable town. This historic hotel was nice! The bar and restaurant were a great place to get some info on the history of the inn. If your in Rhinebeck this is a great place to stay.

A beautiful historic hotel within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and quiet with a comfortable bed and lovely decor. The staff were always very helpful and accommodating. There are many nooks inside and out for sitting and relaxing. There is a wonderful antique shop directly behind the building. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property is a joke. The "historic" room we stayed in had water stains in the ceiling, unfinished tape and spackle and not a single artwork or pictures on any walls. The room was at best a Holiday Inn, minus the cheap artwork. I was assured more than once that we would be staying in the actual Beekman Arms, but upon arrival I was told there was an electrical power issue that forced our change of rooms. I spoke later to a pub employee who told me, no, that was a temporary outage that was fixed with twenty minutes time. I was shocked at the absolute absence of any notion of guests or maintenance at the property. I have traveled the world in the last 30 years, and I have never seen such a blatant rip off at a hotel property. We went there with great expectations NOT ONE of which was provided. Disgraceful.

Old world charm at its best. Nice continental breakfast.

Perfect two nights.

My first room was so musty and the portible dehumidifer in the corner was full and beeping. i asking to move rooms and the new room had dirty carpet and a portable A/C that was so loud it kept me up all night. the front desk folks were very sweet and the history of the hotel is very cool.

No AC, extremely hot and windows didn’t open. I asked for a fan and the one they brought was broken. I like the charm of the place, but if the windows are painted shut they need to come up with some way to move the air around in the heat. The front desk didn’t seem to care much.

Lovely stay in Rhinebeck Village at the Beekman Arms in the Townsend House. Built more recently than the historic inn but still very charming. Room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Nice light breakfast included, but about a 5 minute walk from inn on the Delmater property.

Usually all good but don't care 4 RM 43, too lopsided? Also, bottom edges of bedframe, I 🤔, shouldn't be! Both of us r bruised from bumping during night, going to bathroom!

Had to wait a long time to check in bc there was a long line. Eventually another gal came to help check people in. Room was large and nice. Carpeting is older and right outside of bathroom by bathroom sinks which is a little gross. Mattress was soft but pretty comfortable. Room was very clean. Ate at restaurant, very good food and great service. Also had drink at bar at night. Nice bartender. Continental breakfast is very good for a continental. They gave more than what I was expecting. Rhinebeck is just LOVELY! The history of the hotel is AMAZING! Ask for a write-up on its history.

Loved the history of the inn!! Stayed in the Townsend House directly behind the inn. Rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. The only problem with the room was the small size of the TV. Located in the middle of town so very walkable to shops, restaurants, and taverns. Recommend waiting until May to visit Rhinebeck as more area attractions are open.

Lovely property in particular the bar and restaurant. Food was excellent. Breakfast very average continental and disappointing use of a lot of single use plastics.

Beautiful, historic, room was lovely, beds comfortable, unfortunately the WiFi and TV were not functioning. A lovely staff person tried to help but to no avail. Breakfast was good. Easy access to shops and dining.

It's historic museum like quality. Preserved. Ease in which exploration of many historical items available for viewing. Cozy guest house, warm safe n quiet. A great night's sleep x 3. Meals in dinning room presented exquisite and a little pricey but very enjoyable. Everything within walking distance. Didn't like weather, it rained most of stay, but would come back again!

While the room was lovely and the staff was attentive, the WiFi was poor to nonexistent, and the shower needed to be turned to C for cold in order to get hot water.

The heat was out in the main In. and was moved several blooms to another property which was ok but not the Inn
