Hotel located much further away from tourist attraction then was stated in details. No taxis around poor public transportation so couldn’t go see the sites. It was self check in only with a few hours of in person host. First room was disgusting. Horrible smell of cigarette smoke. Couldn’t change rooms until guest service came in . Second room no heat. . Third room adequate for one night. It’s a place you check for bed bugs.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is a very cheap hotel in a quiet suburb. Staff are brilliant

It was very hot in room no windows

Instructions for free WiFi were very poor and we never managed to get on - only tried after receptionist had left. Room was basic but fine. Lady on reception (Mary) was very friendly and helpful

Stayed for an extra day as very relaxing and a short walk to the bus stop for quick access to the centre of Rouen. Free bus on Saturday. Staff very helpful.

Crazy noisy with the balcony door directly on the street. Smell from the bathroom sewer was very ugly. All in all we could not relax. Breakfast was very poor, just bread, butter and jam, nothing else. We would not recommend it.

The hotel was difficult to find in the dark with very little signage. Breakfasts were fine and the bedrooms were of a good size with a full bathroom. Drinks and vending machines were out of order on both our visits over a week apart. Heating in the rooms was set low and couldn’t be adjusted.Easy parking in a quiet area. Good value.

Quiet, clean, basic!

Nobody in reception. First impressions - guest toilet and coffee machine out of order. Everything in desperate need of refurbishment

Clean, conveniently sited for the motorways and restaurants, ground floor rooms have doors to the outside which is useful.

All the furnitures was extremely dusty... and the bedspread was very stained some dust and smelled of tobacco It was not soundproof at all and felt unsafe.

Needs to be better sign posted around the business centre so it’s easier to find at night, after a long journey.

The hotel was in a poor state. The smell was a mixture of stale air and heavy cigarette smoke. It was so bad that we had to leave after 2 mins as my daughter was coughing to much.

Have stayed here a few times. Cheap stopover option and room is spacious with aircon and a good bed.Unfortunately no hot water in shower this time.... left at 6am so no chance to complain to anybody

So much better than the earlier stay at PC in Dunkirk. This is a PC I could easily stay in for a week.

The location is convenient for the A28. The hotel is clean and in a quiet area and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast, however, is very poor - meagre amounts of bread and coffee. We have stayed here before and the breakfast was the same on that occassion too. We would stay here again but we won't bother with the breakfast next time.

Automated check in failed to work as they had misspelled by name on their system. Fortunately only had to wait 30 mins before found somebody to help. They apologised and were friendly

good stayover for the price, many good eating places within walking distance

It's a budget hotel so you get what you pay for, 24 hour check in via a touch screen was helpful as I was late arriving. Room was spacious enough but beds were small and hard, very basic rooms but had own facilities and everything worked.

The staff's service and breakfast were very good. I didn't like the door lock being inoperable. Overall, it was very nice and I would return again.

Hotel was OK if the normal budget prices applied. However, due to the Armada, we paid 3 star price for 1 star accommodation!

Very noisy. Get what you pay for no frills. Just bad luck as loud neighbours

Hard to find. Check-in didn't recognise my unique Expedia reference number & with no staff at hand, it wasn't easy.

Unless you are deaf, this is not the place to stay. The stud walls are thin, all the doors are squeaky and bang loudly. The bathroom, although basic, could be much cleaner. We preferred to miss breakfast. The only positive was that it was cheap, but you get what you pay for. We won't be staying in Premiere Classe again.

Easy to find near the main route and only a 2 minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket. Room spacious with a good shower, but dated. Reception not overly friendly though, the corridor smelled heavily of smoke and the breakfast was very poor. Get in early to get a parking space as they seem to be used by local office workers and there aren't many of them.

Room was large and comfortable. Did have a funny smell which was unfortunate, but it was clean and had all we needed for a quick stop. Very few hotels could cater for a child and baby and this hotel had the triple room plus a baby cot, which was set up for our arrival - brilliant!
3.0
The service was friendly and breakfast adequate. The location was difficult to find with the post-code. I had to ask several times. It was certainly convenient to stay there on the way to the Dieppe ferry to catch the 12.30 boat.

Good value , no frills hotel , clean and comfortable.

Loved the refurbished? rooms particularly the separate little bath or shower room. All very clean.
