I don't like anything, we have to cleaning the bathrooms and the towel by ourself.
3.3
Asked to smell the room because he seen us vaping outside
3.3
Our room was disgusting, hard dried menstrual blood stains in sheets, boot prints in our shower, trash all over carpet, cat hair all over room. 1/10 recommendation
3.3
Okay, cheap
3.3
Opt to spend more money for at least 3 stars.
3.3
There was roaches in the room..
3.3
It was nasty. I got locked in my room. I had to call office to get me out.
3.3
It's a good and inexpensive overnight stay as long as you're not a clean freak.
3.3
The room smelled like paint and cigarettes. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and the floor as well. The rooms don't get serviced daily so don't expect fresh towels unless you ask. The room was cheap and available in a pinch, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Was good for the price

Great reception

It's just okay for a day sleep

Older but clean with enough space and friendly staff. St. Robert has a lot of friendly people...but if you are online people find you and can be nasty...and they get a lot worse once you are 300 miles away...hungry gordon was a 1 star

Great price. No bugs, clean, comfortable bed and hot shower.

The bed was clean and comfortable - but only one thin blanket during the colder spring evening, so it wasn't warm enough to relax and rest. The metal bars of the bed frame were protruding far enough that if I tried to get out of the bed for anything I hit my shins on the sharp edges. Even with the heating (?) system turned up to 74 the room did not warm up. The people next door were up until after 0300 hrs, their conversation and occasional yelling going right through the uninsulated walls. I made the mistake of taking my shoes off once inside and my feet stuck to the flooring. The mirrors were smeared, water all over the floor of the bathroom when we walked in and only one partial roll of TP? No spares and no tissues? Take a look at the roof and you see a significant portion of the shingles peeling off. I've been halfway around the world and back again, and having had to hang my hat in some rather compromising conditions. But when I pay for my Wife to be with me, who is a patient and versatile woman, I expect that at least the basics of a clean room, a clean rest room and a warm berth be available. With caulking and grime, noise and a cold berth, we slept better on the road in our truck. Thanks, but no thanks.

Kipi the Hotel owner is Amazing. He went over & beyond customer service. He's what made our experience in Missouri worth the stay.

My review takes into account the extremely affordable room rate ($50). However, the room's carpet was not vacuumed well, one of the bedside lamp bulbs was burnt out and the refrigerator did not work. Furthermore, there was a HUGE drafty gap in the door frame that would have easily permitted forced entry with just a screwdriver if not for the deadbolt.
3.3
The man checking me in at the desk was rude and angry. Sheets were dirty. The whole place was dirty.
3.3
clean everything worked well
tv channels hard to use
3.3
Air cap between the door and frame

Room was not the cleanest, there was only 2 pluggins in the room, one by the sink, and one behind the fridge that had a multi plug plugged into it, which had the tv, microwave and fridge plugged into it. Lobby appeared that it was lived in by the owner and family. My card was charged twice which took 4 days for thw one to be cancel and money freed back up. Hotels.com gave this place a good rating......

TLDR: You get what you pay for. Close to the army base but not comfortable or clean.
As a financially challenged couple, this hotel was good price wise. And we don’t get to be picky because of it, so it worked and you get what you pay for.
We were given a room on the lower level and it smelt horrible. Like urine and mold to the point where we asked for another room. The second room smelt fine but we were told not to use the bathtub as it would cause drainage issues and that’s probably why the lower level room was moldy and rancid.
We both were kind of afraid to shower just by the general cleanliness. There were hairs in obvious spots and toenail clippings and crumbs. The sink also wouldn’t drain.
The bed was very clean but when you move the nightstand to plug in your charger, the floors are gross and the outlets are packed with cords.
The room has a bar of hand soap and a little packet of shampoo, you have to ask for another roll of toilet paper as they only have what’s on the roll. They give you one bath towel, one hand towel, and two washcloths. Only three pillows for a king bed.
The windows don’t have screens and only open a little, but the AC works. Even with the window closed, cigarette smoke would get in the room from people smoking outside.
All in all, you get what you pay for. It was fine for the few nights we stayed but don’t recommend.

Everything was good

Could have been a cleaner room. But overall was good.
3.3
The property was out dated and the room wasn’t the cleanest location isn’t ideal as it’s behind another hotel. The area seem unsafe and the other tenants where questionable
3.3
I like the air conditioner and a comfortable place to stay in for the night while paying an affordable price.
3.3
The room needed serious cleaning.
3.3
The place was honestly, dirty. Cigarette burns on the blankets. Dirt and hair around the toilet. The bathtub had scum that made it slimy and the tub didn't drain well. There were random people wandering around all night. It was a cheap room, but this is by far the scuzziest I've ever seen.
3.3
What did I like about this place? It did have a fridge. It was a clear reminder that I need to stop scrimping on hotel accommodations. Dim, drab, dark, cement block walls, with a pathetic small table and one cheap chair. Tired bath towels that had seen a better day. This place had the ambiance of a boiler room that Freddy Krugger used to work in. Except Freddy wised up and left for greener pastures. The location of the property was on what appeared to this reviewer as a deserted road, hidden behind another unoccupied building in front of it. A road that leads to basically nowhere. I don't need to stay at the Hilton, but this place drove it home that I've got to spend a little bit more on hotel accommodations. I found this place to be unsettling. I'm sure the proprietors.try to make this a good stop, but this is an uphill battle.

We came in late after hours and the front desk clerk was very nice.
The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom needs a lot of help. The cold faucet knob to the sink was broken off, we had to use hot. The shower was good could use a better cleaning and the toilet either needs to be cleaned or it is stained so it needs to be replaced. Better towels would be nice also.

nothing

The front office was like a lived in living room. The hot water did not work in our room the first night. They tried to double charge me for our room and had terrible customer service, I had to call Travelocity myself to get it fixed. The room was dirty when we got there. They did not want to give us extra towels when asked. There was spilled stuff in the drawers in the room that had been there a while when we tried to put our stuff away. There was cigarette butts everywhere outside our room door. They did not once offer to get our trash the 3 days that we were there.
3.3
The hotel is not as it appears in Expedía.

motel room door had a one inch gap under the door, bathroom had rust stains because there wasnt a exhaust fan in bathroom.air conditioner really noisy.would not recommend

Not recommend this place

My stay was quite disappointing! The first room I was given wasn’t cleaned and the second room didn’t have lighting over the sink. On the third day of my stay, I opened a drawer and found belongings left from a previous customer stay. I never received housekeeping for the four days I was there. I asked for clean towels and was brought 2 large towels only. I was told the wash cloths was in the washing machine, they must be still washing cause I never received them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The price was ok for my budget, it wasn’t what I saw online pictures. Beware of the saying “You get what you pay for” Lesson learned!
