It was a good experience. had a late check in and they were able to accommodate that. The front desk people were very nice, professional and friendly. The room was pretty clean and spacious. Got the job done.

Breakfast was a little lacking. Most of the hot foods were empty when we were down there. The pancake machine was not working. The room above us was fairly noisy and there was a banging noise in our room that we could not figure out.

My stay was fine at the Holiday Inn. My problem was with the app Hotels .com. I mistakenly entered the incorrect date. Even though i was one day and a half ahead Hotels . Com would not allow me to correct the reservation. They claimed HI was at fault. The manager there was willing to refund the Saturday date, Hotels .com would not do it. I tried calling to explain. They would not answer. I am being charged two nights for a one nights stay even though there was plenty of time to cancel. Hotels . Com would not refund my money.

My stay was wonderful but , the employee service at the desk was completely unacceptable. totally disregarded what I want to do and charge my credit card when I had already paid for it with another card, he charged the card that I very carefully explained them told him not to do! got there at one time in the a.m. miss lead about room prices very disappointed not at my stay but the treatment from the employee

Only had 3 towels for a room for 6 people. Bathroom floor was dirty. Had to ask for sheets and blanket for pull out couch then had to go get them ourself.

Was clean other than the air conditioner had a leak with water saturating the carpet. Room smelled horrible. Tried air freshner and it did not help at all.

When checking in you could smell the weed. The staff member kept getting my room key number wrong and I had to keep going back to the front desk for a new one. The room had no bedding for the pull out couch and we had to go down two times more to get it because they kept giving me sheet sets that didn’t work. They closed the breakfast early so when we arrived there was no food for my group except cereal. They said they were not bringing anymore out because they were shutting down. Disappointed after paying over $250 for one night.

When we checked in I have kids and the pool was closed that was a big deal. The front desk worked it out & made it happen.

Literally will never return to this hotel. We spent the weekend here and had a little get together for the kids birthday, we went to go check out and they didn’t want to give me back my security deposit (which was $200) because the room “needed vacuumed and trash needed to be took out” and the front desk employee said “I’m not making my house keepers clean this room, u can’t get your security deposit back.” The night before I asked for bigger garbage bags to put my garbage in and I got small Kroger bags to use for trash, remind you we were there all weekend eating and drinking! Of course we had garbage to throw away with only TWO small garbage cans to use for 3 days!! I had all the dirty blankets contained in one spot, all the garbage contained in one spot, and all our dirty towels contained in one spot. We left the room as spotless as possible beside a dirty floor with crumbs on it from children, and a pile of garbage. Last time I checked it was the housekeepers duty to vacuum and take out garbage! I had to do both in order to get my security deposit back! I also have pictures of what the room looked like as we left, and what they made ME clean! So as a customer I did the house keepers work for them!!! So not happy!!!! 0 stars!!! Will never return!!!

Just because they ripped me off $200 for a smoking charge because I had cigarette butts in the trash can. The manager I called, I believe her name is Valerie, said it smelled like heavy smoke, which is a lie and she was very rude on the phone. Because of this unfortunate fraudulent situation, I will never stay at a holiday inn express again! I travel quite frequently around the country and have left cigarette butts in those trash cans and was never charged. Very upset…😔

Very easy check in process. Our king sized room was spacious. The only issue we had is that the down pillows seemed like someone had washed them and they smelled like mildew. The bed was big and comfy, but we had nowhere to put our head for the night. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and really tasty. Next time if we stop here we will bring our own pillows.
