Room was freezing when I arrived. Remote control was not available when I arrived. Someone came to show me where the manual controls were, but they were so high that I had to stand on a chair to reach the controls. Also, not hot water the whole time I was there.

The walls were not insulated for sound and I could hear people having sex through the wall. Also, no hot water...would never stay here again!

We checked in and was given room no. 2. We just wanted a place to relax for a few hours and continue our work in Walpole. The room was terrible and with the sheets on the bed looking like you are in the 1960's. The furniture in the room looks like something that has been collected from the dumpster. The stunch was unbearable, so we ended up sitting outside. I believe they are engaged in false advertising, since the appearance of the room is nowhere close to the pictures on the website. We checked out in less than two hours and spend the rest of our time in our car. it looks like a place that has not had any renovation over 50 years. I was soo disappointed.

The room was SMALL, there is rat feces in the drawers, we didnt dare sleep in the bed, the shower had soap scum, the freezer had frozen brown stuff in it, the blinds were disgusting. I will not be coming back this is disgusting. Also every time you moved the bed made a loud ting sound. The mirror is held together by tape. This place sucks. I dont know whats on the side of the bed and i dont want to know.

A cozy spot if you want a fair price and privacy. Super close to Gillette. Friendly owners. Would stay again!

Being it was an inexpensive room for the area, we kind of expected what we got, not entirely dissatisfied but not overly impressed. Awesome location for the Pats game though, favorite tip of our stay, “ let it run for 3 to 5 minutes it will get hot”. My wife and I had fun with it so if your not a bushie person it’s a room in an awesome area.

I was going to add a day they were going to charge me a lot for the extra day. Just went to another hotel. Not really friendly

Very nice and clean. Definitely good if ur boujie! Great breakfast in the morning! Unfortunately the night gentleman shift employee was very unhelpful and very rude when trying have an important question answered. He made me feel very uncomfortable and doubtful. So just for that reason I won’t be returning and do not recommend anyone go to this location at night.

Pretty low class for that price. IN that region which is low density, there are other better quality motels . My mistake in not searching more.
But a pretty bad deal actually.

It was clean and super easy to get to and from Gillette Stadium for a concert, could even walk if you wanted to. Staff was friendly and worked with us so we could check in a little early to get our tailgating started.

Not clean , stains on towels, no hot water, tv did not work in a neighbors room . Stickers all over headboard. No ice . Couldn’t not see ac/ heat to adjust . Flat pillows . Just horrible . Will never go back again .

The room was dirty, the bedding had cigarette burns on it and multiple stains. The shower didn’t shut off, so you had to listen to water spraying all night long.,:, and it was full of mold. The bathroom window didn’t shut or lock…had to leave all valuables locked on car..:. Towel were stained…..

Solid little family owned motel, exactly what it should be. Rooms have been refurbished well, from what was once definitely in a worse state. Would stay again.

It was an average motel. Sleep and go. Bed was comfortable. No problems, just what you’d expect. Communication with motel was good.

Good for a one night pit stop.

The room rather lack luster but all it was needed for was the bed and bathroom as we went to a concert at xfinity center..I wouldn't say 100$ a deal by any means. Maybe 50-60$. The front desk clerk was nice...overall it served its purpose..

The towels and pillows are probably original to the building. Old and although laundered, not clean. Quiet and fine otherwise.

Cable service was not working, and the internet was slow, weak and spotty. I lost connection several times. The toilet was loose, and the showerhead dripped constantly, leaving a pool of water on the floor of the shower, and a puddle on the bathroom floor.

Eco-friendly? Guy was walking around with weed-killer backback… it was gross, though room smelled like bleach. Shower took forever to get hot, loud AC turned on/off all nigh- WiFi 0069 & overall grunge vibe. I usually like to support small motels- but this was rough. Upside, squeaky bed did seem to have clean sheets… not worth $130 a night, at ALL!!

This property was close to a he venue we were attending however it was very shabby, dirty and run down. The office puts you in a box basically with no ac and speaks to you through a glass window and speaker. It’s very hard to hear.

Most disgusting motel I’ve ever stayed in

Cheap motel is cheap. Pluses: clean enough upon arrival, good air conditioning, acceptable bed, tiny fridge in room. Minuses: no housekeeping or cleaning during 4 days there; odor, odd noises; insufficient furnishing (no table or desk, no dresser, not even hangers in the tiny closet).

The room we stayed in smelled like the dumped gallons of bleach to make it smell clean. It was by far clean the walls in the two bedrooms had black mold on the walls and floor. I went to put the food in the fridge and that was unplugged and had mold all over it too. The only positive thing was the beds were comfy. I have lots of concerts coming up this summer and i will not stay here again

We stayed here because we were going to a concert in Mansfield and it was the cheapest available option in the area. The location is decent especially if you are going to an event at Gillette Stadium. Overall, it was pretty bad, I did know this going into the experience based on what I read in reviews from other people so I was prepared for this. There was indeed black mold on the walls, window, in the mini fridge, on some of furniture, probably other areas we didn’t look. We brought our own pillows and blankets and slept on top of the covers. It worked fine for our need which was basically a place to sleep but I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than a night.

The room was fine for the one night day that I needed it for. It is pretty basic with the overpowering smell of bleach. Front desk was helpful and courteous. Check-in was easy as well as check out. If you’re staying a week, you might want to check into someplace more lavish, but this will do in a pinch.
