The room was in pretty good shape for the area. As this was a handicap room, there was plenty of room in the bathroom and at the foot of the bed. There was NO HOT WATER! Two nights and no hot water for the shower on the second night. 6 coworkers stayed also and only one had hot water the entire trip. Management said all rooms had hot water even after telling them we had no hot water.

Clerk was great. Toilet seat loose and wobbly. Floor was filthy! TV choices were minimal... no major streaming services. Parking lot was miserable with potholes and ruts. Beds were adequate (metal frames). Rate was excellent. Bedding was fine. Heater worked but was noisy going on and off. No clue why this property is now called a "suite". Seriously marketing team?

This was an adequate accommodation for a guy just looking for an affordable stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower wouldn’t get as hot as I like but at least it wasn’t only warm. I stayed 2 night and it was nice enough for a guy traveling alone.

Check in was (nice person) efficient. Didn’t really use the bathroom….toilet seat was not securely attached, no toiletries & was obviously not cleaned after the previous occupants. Didn’t really explore the neighborhood or Albany.

front desk staff very friendly and accomodating. had tv issues so he was happy to switch our room and was very apologetic about it, which it wasn't a bother for us. surrounding area a little sketchy but the property was great! very well lit and they have cameras which made us feel more safe and comfortable. rooms were nice size and clean with microwave, which you never find these in rooms any more, and a fridge. would definitely stay here again!! thank you for a great stay!!

When i checked in, they greeted me very friendly. Very nice staff! The room was very clean, it had a very nice clean smell to it. Air conditioner was amazing during my stay! Would definitely stay here again!

No wifi which after a week traveling was very frustrating. And especially cause we chose it and it stayed it had wifi. Then the tv didn’t work cause it needed to update and couldn’t connect to the wifi. The lovely man at the desk came to try fix it and then transferred us to another room which was very lovely. He was amazing but it was all quite trusting and a little disappointing. No discount of anything was offered and we were only told after we had paid. Had we know. We would have probably booked somewhere else.

Stayed for one night during an event I was attending over the weekend. Stayed in a King room. Bed was nice and comfy, recently remodeled room with lots of ammenities. Large fridge, microwave, desk, decent bathroom. Some dated furniture with scratched headboard and dresser. Internet was down the entire time, the neighbors were super noisy after 11pm. Someone was lighting fireworks off in the parking lot after 11pm.

Unfortunately my toddler is covered in bed bugs bites a long with my dog who was scratching terribly through the night and I couldn't figure out why until my 2 year old started getting welds all over her all throughout the day. They started on her arms after we woke up before we had even had a chance to go outside. I had her her in and out of her car seat all day before i realized they were probably now in her carseat. She had over 100 bites all over her body. I live 4 hours away and currently sitting at a laundry mat at 1030pm with all of my bedding and clothing I went to the hotel with. Trying to kill them off before I go home. My daughter is suffering. I called the front desk to let them know.i would appreciate a refund to recoup the expenses and stress my self and my toddler are dealing with now

My daughter and I felt unsafe at this property. There wasn't enough parking in front of our room, so we had to park halfway around the hotel to have a space. We saw drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. Other guests would stare at us while we were outside and made us feel unsafe. The room has been somewhat updated, so I can tell they're trying, but most of the furniture is still really beat up and scraped all over the walls, etc. It looked much nicer in photos. Stains on blankets and mattress cover. Area is rundown and unsafe feeling. We will not be back.
