Our room was canceled after we communicated with them that we would be running late and then they tried to charge us $300 for a room for the night with one bed after we had already reserved a room.

The sink stopper was broken. We were happy to see a refridgerator, but did discotil the morning it was not working although it was on. The front desk person was less rhan friendly, however she did fix rhe sink issue.

Basic accommodation. Good value. It's like a nicer Motel 6. Nothing fancy, but clean and in good repair. I had the last room at one end of the first floor. It was surprisingly quiet. Everything worked as it should and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was excellent. The room clean. The in room coffee was good. We rented an accessible room and that is what we received. The room was clean but dated. Needed the bed to be higher to aid in transfer of my spouse from the bed to the wheelchair. There was no place in the room for me to sit comfortably. Could use a space in the bathroom for personal items. Hotel was in a good location for where we went each day.

We needed a hotel, didn't plan in advance so we didn't have much to chose from. Definitely pleasantly surprised. Nothing fancy but was very clean. Front desk was very nice. Location was perfect, easy access to 25. The only negatives were - WiFi issues, couldn't connect in our room, had to walk to the lobby to connect. The beds were hot.

This was just an average hotel. Very old, brown and dated. The area around the hotel itself was desolate but it appeared to be a new developing community. When we arrived guys were our front smoking pot and tailgating in the parking lot. The bed was uncomfortable. Parking was a plus due to the fact that it was literally right out in front. We had pets so the fee was doable considering other hotels. I think if the hotel had a refreshed look it would score higher in my opinion. It has potential seeing that some of the little details you can tell they care for the building. It’s an OK last minute stay.

I liked the price and the last time I was here it was quite nice. However, this time I was disappointed. The staff was nice but the room was musty when we got in but I thought maybe the carpet was cleaned so I didn't complain but that night the neighbor was having a grand time at 3:00 pm and literally was banging against our wall, no sleep that night. Then in the morning the shower was leaking and when I mentioned it, the next day it was the same. The following evening I went to do some push-ups on the floor and when my face was near the carpet I realized that it smelled like urine so that was it. We won't be returning.

Our room was on the first floor, much too close to the front deck and common areas. Heard doors opening and closing all the time. Could not open our curtains as all in the parking lot and sidewalk could look in to our room if we did..The shower head was a detachable hand held but if you needed to wash your hair it would only point toward the shower curtain and the shower are was not enclosed at all. just flush with the shower floor so all of the water ran out onto the bathroom floor. We had to lay towels on the down so we wouldn't slip. I guess maybe it was a handicapped room

The room is like a studio apartment, perfect for a long-term stay or short term solo on a budget. Kitchenette with cooktop and full size refrigerator, and comfortable, clean space. Launderette is great and not expensive!

A lot of guests don’t pick up the dog poop and hotel workers can’t always get out there! Room was spacious and bathroom was big! Bed was comfortable also

The overpowering smell of cigarettes and weed smoke in hallways and elevator was too much. Other guests were allowed to bring pets and excessive barking from dogs all through the night and day hours caused us to leave a day early and book a night elsewhere. This should NOT be considered a hotel, its more of a temporary living place for people with no permanent residence. Its also next to the highway so you hear the vehicles noises 24/7. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Front desk and staff are very friendly and helpful. Made us feel right at home. Appreciate the full-size refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave with light, and bottle opener on side of cabinet (it's the little things)! Great options in the hotel store and the business center is awesome. Really appreciate the facilities and the value for the price.
