Pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the room was.

Some bugs in room

Staff was friendly, our room was clean. The air was cold. The shower was probably my favorite. Great one night stay.

Quick overnight trip with family

You could still smell that the carpet was new. Beds was super comfy.

While popular with few truck drivers, a better and bigger space to maneuver trucks will be helpful.

The gentleman in the front desk was very nice and helpful, when we got to the room the bath tub was not cleaned, had mold and hair in it. The door was not shutting right, and the coffee maker downstairs was not working . Not very happy with the service.

After a deep search they did find our reservation. Somehow it had been cancelled. The clerk was able to still get us a room for the days we needed. It was clean and well lit. Everyone was nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was we could hear the person above us walk around all morning.

Had been overbooked so long line of people at checkin. Clerk explaining they didn’t have any rooms even though the customer had paid and had confirmation. My room key wouldn’t work so had to keep coming back to the main desk into this chaos. Took an hour to get into my room after I had the first key.

3 days without clean bathroom and floor

I thought this looked like a great hotel, but there were a couple of big problems. I am a light sleeper and with no curtains to cover the window and block out all of the city lights, that was a negative. Also the choice of only a sheet or a sheet and a big, heavy comforter, made sleeping very difficult. Third. the A/C unit made a loud rumble every time it kicked in. I was curious why I needed to be on the 3rd floor near the end of the hallway, even though I checked in before 6pm. To top it off, the bathroom sink drain was clogged up. The room was clean and comfortable with nice features, but it was not a good room for me.

The refrigerator ran really loud. Exiting the property was a challenge as it was next to a major 6 lane highway.

Enjoyed my stay: very comfortable

Horrible! We brought a car trailer with our $100,000+ race car on it. They demanded us to park in a unlit, unsafe grass side lot that was completely out of sight of the hotel. There were only 5 cars parked in the entire parking lot and we planned on leaving at 7am the next morning. Surely, they could’ve spared a couple extra spots to accommodate us. NOPE! We ended up having to find another hotel to stay at, after having driven 11+ hours to get here. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Totally unacceptable customer service.

The room was not to clean. When i first walk in i saw 2 dead cockroachs on the floor. The stove top was misssing a handle to use the timer so could not even cook. There were no pots and pans to use only had plates and cups. The last thing was the bathtub had no stopper so could not even take a bath just a shower.

Only thing it didn’t have was a swimming pool..
but other than that it was a good stay.

I booked this hotel because I was passing through. The room has amenities for it to be an extended stay hotel. Both front desk employees were friendly and helpful.

Honestly the rooms felt more like studio apartments. They were great, spacious, and super clean. 10/10 would recomend

Property is clean, the added touches of the toiletries and makeup removal was nice. Great toiletries and perfect lighting. Hardwood floors were nice and added to the cleanliness of the room. Staff was very kind, he came around the counter to open the door for me. Truly a great stay.

New property was really clean and everything was great. Great price for a clean room, good bed. Shower was 7/10.

Mobility room booked was on the far side of the building from the elevator. We had to push My 70 year old handicapped brother who is on crutches in an office chair the entire way. The mattresses slid around on the platform, nearly causing him to fall. One of our other rooms had someone’s clothes in the closet and the air in the room was not blowing cold (103 degrees outside). Staff quickly moved our party out of that room and into another.

There was no room available when we arrived and had to look for another room

The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything! The room was perfect for my kids and I! The fact that they have a kitchenette is perfect when you are staying on a budget! Will definitely be going there again!!!!

Staff were rude. Especially the gentleman that helped me when I checked in. I called before I checked if they can provide play pen or some sort of crib since I have a 7 months old baby. He refused and adamant that they do not have one. When I checked in, we came to find out, they do have play pen. It added so much stress on my drive to the hotel.

Newly renovated room was near perfect. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was still "under renovation" we were told at check in. And the pool was not available. There was no breakfast. The beds were supposed to be 2 queen, and were actually 2 double. There was a breaker box in the room, which was good because none of the lights worked reliably. Every time we would leave the hotel we were asked if we were checking out.

Initial contact with staff was great. The guy that did the paperwork was super nice and helpful. The room was missing knobs for stove controls, limited towels and the closet doors were hanging off and dangerous for toddlers to be around. The heater would make it super hot, then would wait until it got super cold before kicking back on to repeat the process. The email I received from booking the room indicated check out time was “noon”. I received an angry knock on the door at 11:20 from the desk person telling me check out was at 11. I opened the door and showed her the email which indicated “noon”. She told me she would notify the front desk from what the email said. (She was the front desk). I meet at this location to transfer my child back and forth with her mom from central Texas. I use check out times as a meeting time. If there is some type of misunderstanding between the site and Expedia’s emails then that should be addressed.
