The spa was down, the pool was dirty. The breakfast was the worst because food was not there. We had to ask like 3 times for them to replenish.

Overall it was a good experience. The elevator was concerning. It was always beeping and the emergency phone was always a busy signal very loudly. The hot tub was not only out of service but looked like a swamp.

We stayed in a king bedroom suite and it was very clean. The cleaning staff was very good and made sure to change out towels and linens daily. There was a minor leak in the main lobby but overall our stay was amazing.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, breakfast was quite good. Great jumping off point for our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, and also to take in a Rockies game. Only issue was that our room on the top floor did not have good Wifi reception, and I had to bring my laptop to the lobby, where the reception was fine. They also had two computers in the lobby that were available for use. Would stay here again.

Ppace is super nice and clean. Breakfast was great too. But the power went out during the trip for over 3 hours and were told nothing to a compensation. Even a sorry that it happened would have sufficed.

Was charged a pet fee even though i have a service animal. Showed his id and was ok at desk. Then later charged along with a "damage" fee with no photos or proof of damage This place us a RIPP OFF! Check your card after leaving, they take money out with out authorization or proof of amy "damage"

There was dirt on the mattress sheet, but we were so tired, we didn’t want to wait to have it changed. So we slept on the flat sheet. The bed was not comfortable. But other than that, very clean. Typical breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating!

Hotel was very comfortable and our room was clean. The breakfast area could use some cleaning in between, i.e. wiping down the tables after someone was sitting there. Other than that, our stay was comfortable and I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

The hotel was very clean. It has easy access to highway 36. My husband and I was disappointed on the pool being so cold, the front desk told us it was heated and the water was warm. My husband was also disappointed in the breakfast. They were out of a lot of items. There was no cinnamon rolls and the pans that did have food in them were almost empty. The person working never did refill the pans. Overall, it is a very nice hotel.

Rooms are always good but this time the mattresses on both beds were so sunken it made for a terrible nights sleep. My last night there I heard loud music all night and couldn’t sleep good and then had to get up and drive 10 hours.

My bathroom didnt work during my stay. I tried speaking with the front desk in the evening, and they were no help. I tried again in the morning and was told there was no maintenance available that day. I had no restroom during my stay.

Poor condition of the rooms, room seemed in ready for guests. Check in was not smooth at all. Limited amenities, Would not stay again.

Stay was great! The hold on my credit card was not great as I was not aware of it and then it went from $50 the first day to $106.24 the 2nd day. Took forever for my bank to lift the hold so kind of put me in a spot as I did not have a lot of money as it was for my trip.
