Breakfast!!! Courteous and friendly staff!

Great room. Great stay! Would definitely stay again! We usually we get the hotels breakfast but this hotel is steps away from a cracker barrel which was definitely a plus when we slept in past hotel breakfast times

Every time I travel from Florida to Tennessee I always choose this hotel love since the first time, I have stayed multiple times and I highly recommend it

Great hotel. Friendly but too expensive to charge $75 for a small dog who spent the time inside a crate.

Check in staff were wonderful! Room was clean, updated, and comfortable with as was the bathroom. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the helpfulness of every staff member I encountered or observed.

The traffic noise from the highway was so loud I could not sleep the entire night.

We have stayed two different times at the Hampton Inn in Morristown, TN I-81 and both times we loved our stay. Clean room, delicious breakfast, great amenities and simply a wonderful home away from home. The hotel staff from check in to breakfast are absolutely fantastic. We will book and stay again.

Our room 323 was for the most part was very clean. The base of the toilet may or may not have had some crusty yellow that had not been addressed by cleaning staff. The road noise was loud. We used the white noise app on the phone to drown it out. No major issues during our stay. Front desk folks were fine.

The room was pristine clean, not a speck of dirt, dust, hair, cosmetics, etc. , anywhere.

Needs better lighting in the room.

Little wear and tear , bathroom sink fixture loose. But otherwise wife chilled out in chaise lounge chair.

Close to I81 in Morristown, TN easy on and off the highway. Comfortable bedding. Family dining within walking distance to hotel👍

I liked the layout of the king room. The chaise with the tray table was a nice feature and gave a good option to laying on the bed to watch TV. Great feature. I really liked the walk-in shower with the glass doors. NICE!! The front desk person was super nice as I asked for a room at the end of a hall or some place with not a lot of noise and they were very accomidating!!! What I didn't like: With the bed facing the windows (liked) the AC vent, which couldn't be directional adjusted, blew air directly in my face when it cut on (not good)!! The toilet in the bathroom was very low (a toddler could get on it on their own), which made it difficult for an older adult such as myself. I want a grown-up toilet, or at the very least, a small grab bar for assistance when getting up from the low toilets. I do not need a handicapped restroom however.

Our stay was perfect for our quick trip. The kids loved the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. Everything was nice and all we could ask for.

Been on the road for a while now and this is by far the cleanest and best facility I've seen. The bathroom is nicer than the one we have in our home, with beautiful tile floors large shower enclosure and spacious bathroom. If you're into cleanliness I would highly recommend.

Stink bugs in our room on several occasions. Totally unacceptable.

Reserved a handicap room that pictures showed grab bars at toilet and shower with a tub bench and when checked in i was told it was handicap accessible but once in room it was not. I was traveling with my mother who is in a wheelchair and the lady at check in knew that, i told her. After my mother had already laid in bed, she had a long day of traveling , is when i realized it wasnt accesible. I went down and spoke to the desk person and she said " it is hearing accesible and it was the fault of the 3rd party". Please, please never use 3rd party if you need an accesible handicap room. Made our 1 night stay very challenging and exhausting for the caregiver(me).

Was there for an out of town baseball tournament with my son. Very friendly staff clean rooms would definitely stay again.

Very nice place to stay on our way back to Maryland. Clean, easy access, and Cracker Barrel next door.

None of the staff wore masks which indicated to us that they’re not taking Covid-19 cleaning and our safety seriously. Staff was friendly otherwise.

Room was large and everything was very clean. The room was located right at the elevator. I am a poor sleeper and was concerned. However, the hotel was super quiet, with neither inside or outside noise being an issue. The incredibly comfortable bed also helped. The breakfast was about what I expected, and was good. Would most definitely stay here again.
