They refused to give me a room as they had no confirmation. I showed them my confirmation and credit card transaction. Had me waiting for around 45 mins. In the end I booked somewhere else and left.

The hot water wouldn't last very long it had a heating unit you might get 30 to 45 seconds of hot water then cold water for two to three minutes. Had lots of problems with the wifi not connecting. Food in restaurant was good but very small portions. You need to inform house keeping directly to clean your room or they wouldn't.

Our room 1311 was the worse, room has Cockroach, water heater not working, aircon was dripping water which was situated over my bed and the room smells not so nice. I did tell the front desk about it only the time we check out. We transferred to another hotel after metro park!

I liked that it was near a major street (salinas drive). It made it easy to use as a reference point. Lots of areas of interest that are easy to get to, specially Sugbo Mercado in IT Park. Some things that I didnt like:The streets heading to the hotel at night is really dark. I understand theres not much you can do about it, because thats on the city to fix. That being said, its not a very welcoming walk, when youre walking at night. For some reason, I had a hard time accessing the hotels wi-fi. it kept cutting off. The first password I got didnt work When I called for assistance, the lady sent an employee to come up and enter it for me. The employee did write down the password for me, but I dont know why it couldnt have been given through the phone. The drain in the bathroom stunk. I think it was just the sewage gas backing up. It did go away once water went down the drain.Id still recommend this place, but give caution as well.

Reasonable price, you are paying for what it is. Staff are friendly and courteous. Food is price right deliciously cook proportionate to human consumption meaning lesser waste. I would recommend thiis Hotel to my friends who might need to stay in Cebu city on limited stay.

I had an issue with my first reservation- I booked the wrong date. I asked Expedia and the hotel if I can change the date for a paid reservation to an early one and spoke with May from the hotel on the phone. I would understand if they couldn’t. I was declined so I booked another reservation instead and made sure of the date instead. Then, I tried again, this time physically to the reception whether I can still try. I was tryng to hang by the thinnest string of hope because maybe the hotel can do something about it. It was May again that i spoke with. She called someone from the online department. Then she handed the phone to me. And a lady, without introducing herself, I even did the greeting, reprimanded me. I just landed from Davao and had been awake for 24 hrs, exhausted and here came a lady reprimanding for being too presistent. I apologized if there was a mistake and explained I was just really asking if they could do again because I did not have any money left at all. She was educating me but her tone was condescending and teally rude; she kept verbally colliding with me and was not allowing to talk insisting that I couldn’t understand their system. I shut up and let her talk and it seemed to me that they did not want to let their customers talk. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I asked May, the rep, who the lady I just spoke with was, and she said it was Aen/Yen something, I was frustrated and feeling scolded. Awn/Yen was among the owners as per May.

Close to I.T Park but inconveniently located down an poorly surfaced alley. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Place has a nice pool but they do not supply towels to dry off with. You dont quite get what you pay for.
