They said they have parking they don't. We stayed on the first floor facing the street if you don,t mind the noise is ok but if you have problems falling at sleep change rooms, you can hear EVERYHING! It is clean and nice but way to over price Labor day monday morning I don't know why they were using a trimmer and a blower at 4AM COMMON!!!

No parking is available even thought it is offered, the room number and code was given to me wrong three times, only parts of the room had electricity, no hot water, curtain rod was broken, extremely loud in the mornings, and the service is extremely poor.

This little family owned hotel was perfect for visiting Rincon . Walk out the door and you are right at the center of town across from the main Plaza. Cute roof top balcony BYOB ;) . The location is perfect and very convenient to bars and restaurants all walking distance. It’s nothing fancy but it’s very comfortable and clean. After hours it quiets down for a quiet sleep . I would say it was a pleasant experience and I loved the little coffee kiosk right outside the front door. You spend most of your time at the beach so no need for a pool here and if you need to exercise, walk on the beach and watch the amazing sunset !!

No customer communication what so ever. Property states Hotel, not Hotel. Upon arrival, no access to property, called phone number in front of building and left multiple messages. No one from this establishment even had the courtesy to return our phone calls. We were forced to seek other accommodations. In the 7 days we were there Expedia couldn’t even reach anyone. They left messages as well.

The hotel's location in the Town plaza was convenient allowing you to have no need for a car rental if desired. Very friendly family run business. Front desk staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will go back and highly recommend.

Excellent location. We had the family room. It was spacious. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Only draw back is you are in the central plaza so it’s noisy at night but that is part of the experience in PR!

There is not parking available. You have to find a spot on the street and it is difficult to do so. The area is very loud with music and people and you can hear the noise in the room until early morning hours. The “garden view” is closed windows looking over an alley. The door did not lock. The knob was broke. There is no hot water. The toiletries were used, as in the soap etc. I went back to the front desk and said we were not going to stay and needed a refund. The manager would not refund the night and has refused to answer Expedia’s emails and phone calls requesting the refund on our behalf. I have never written a bad review and am overall not picky. Booking online is always a risk. I accept that. But this experience was something I have never encountered and just wanted a refund because we had to go find another hotel and pay there as well.

The hotel was full to capacity so we ended up getting the room in front of the shared kitchen so when we opened the door anyone in the kitchen could see straight into the bed. The only window facing the yard which was sealed with plastic for the AC unit so we 0 view it was a handicap accessible room. The room needed updating. It felt like I was sleeping in a box with a bathroom. On a positive note the bed was hard but very comfortable and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The location was PERFECT across the street from the plaza and walking distance to everything. We just left our car parked and enjoy the town. There is plenty of public parking so no worries there. In reality if all you need is a place to rest your head I recommend this place 👍👍👍
