It was ok rooms were dirty and outdated. They over charged my bank account 5000 dollars and were rude and unhelpful with the issue.. I would not recommend unfortunately definitely not worth all the money they charge

Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful spot on the beach. The staff went above and beyond- attentive and super friendly. The food in the restaurants was delicious and high quality! The all inclusive was well worth the price. Manager sent us a bottle of champagne upon arrival ! I can't say enough nice things!!!

Beautiful Beach

Excellent food and staff. The hotel outside is beautiful but the rooms are terrible!! Old and small beds, the shower has no shower head so you cant wash your hair good.

First and foremost, the food is OUTSTANDING !! Our favorite was the filet at Sea Breeze, but you can’t go wrong at any of the restaurants here !! The hotel is dated but we didn’t spend enough time in our room to care much and we are pretty easy to please. The majority of the staff was happy and pleasant and some even greeted us by name after a few days. There’s a sidewalk behind all the hotels that connects so you can walk in the morning, get some Dunkin, açaí bowls, ice cream, etc. The hotel is in a great spot at night. Tons of nightlife and shopping and we walked and people watched every night after dinner. I give this hotel 10/10!

Rooms are outdated and need fixing. Very clean hotel. The Hotel is very close to shops, restaurants and night clubs. Felt very safe. even though the hotel have one of the best beaches in the island, most of the beach in front of the hotel is full of seaweed and sea snot that feels very uncomfortable, though there is a small part of the beach hotel with a good extension of sand that is great to swim and have fun. Food is amazing, especially at Da-vinci's restaurant and the service is impeccable at the restaurants. Not so fun of the grill because of the customer service, but the view from the grill to the sea is amazing. Look for Julieth at the Sea Breeze or Corals restaurants or for Ramon at Da-Vinci's or Agave's restaurants, their amazing customer service will make your stay unbelievably great. Jhonnatan is the manager of the night restaurants and is also amazing with the service. Check with Expedia before the trip to make sure what they're promising you is really what you're getting. I got in my booking a room with view to the ocean and a double bed, but when I got there I was assigned a King bed and a sofa with a standard room with resort view. Even though the hotel fixed it the best way possible I ended up with not so good ocean view room, next to the parking lot and lost most of my first day in paradise fixing the issue. They blame Expedia because that's what they asked for and since I had the app I showed them my booking with the right information.

Kept having issues did not have the type of rooms we paid for had to make two changes and was without a room for entire day then had other issues outlets stopped working
Did not know you could t get any bottled drinks with all inclusive
Beach is all mucky Some staff was great others were mean and one asked me for money to reserve a hit then he left and you can’t do it that way you have to book on line so they had to give us free umbrellas so one thing after another
Would never go back and I e been to Aruba 35 times already

The staff was very friendly. Something was wrong with our air conditioning and they fixed it right away. The only part I did not like was that they would only give you 2 beach towels. Otherwise I would definitely go back.

Great restaurants, beautiful beach. Room a little meh. The noise from the nightclub next door was insane

We had a beautiful family vacation here at Holiday Inn and we all loved the resort, food and amenities. Our kids loved the kids club as well.

Had to pay extra $30-$40 per day for rent of umbrellas

Our Anniversary would not have been as special if we didn’t have Don checking us in. He was our GO TO person! Assisted with all our needs or directed us to who can!! Made the experience much more enjoyable! Thank you!!!

To start— the staff at this property are amazing, especially the bartenders ! I will say the hotel room's smell so moldy and musty it’s disgusting. There is no air conditioning in any area of the property minus the few restaurants and in your room. The cleaning staff is slow and doesn’t clean your room until 4 or 5 pm. There are only 4 restaurants on the property and 2 of them alternate days being open. We visited this property for our honeymoon and requested a king bed, we were given 2 double beds and told we could move to another room on Wednesday for a king bed. No compensation for the resort screw up, they did nothing. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

When we arrived our room was not ready which was to be expected because it was before check in time. The staff was very nice and offered for us to change into our suits and shorts. When we went into the lobby bathroom it was beyond disgusting. Urine on the floor. I didnt even want to open my suitcase. Things got worse when we arrived to our room. The hallway smelled musty and moldy. In our room was no better. The bathroom had some mold in the corners of the shower. We decided that this hotel was not a right fit for our family and checked out after 1 night. I will say the manager was pleasant to deal with and understanding in our decision.

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn. The pools were clean, the staff was friendly and personable, the food was amazing. It’s easy to walk to the beach which was also clean!

For a Holiday Inn, this resort was clean and beautiful. The rooms were clean and actually nice. They put us on the side where there bar is loud and open all night. Even with the slider closed, it felt like I was at the Mamba club. Not what you want for vacation. When checking in, they did not have our 4th person listed and they were ready to charge me another whole all inclusive fee saying it was Expedia’s fault and it didn’t go through to them correctly. I had to bring up the Expedia reservation that was clearly correct. They fixed it but they were completely rude the entire time making me feel awful. I knew 3 other couples there that had bed mix ups and other mix ups and again they were so rude. What happen to the customer is always right and even if they aren’t, you fix it with a smile. Most the staff there was rude and not happy. I had one women cleaning the bathroom and told me I didn’t flush the toilet, I had tried to flush it 4 times and she heard me but was still completely put off and wouldn’t acknowledge me. I was looking at t- shirts at the shop near the pool and I unfolded a shirt to look at the size and the woman working there was so put our that I didn’t fold it correctly and was rude.

The hotel was good, beach was amazing… the only thing we didn’t like was that the club next door blasted music until 2 am ever night.
3.0
We booked a king bed and upon arrival we had 2 double beds. The lady at the front desk, whom was not nice, said “you picked a king bed option but that’s only a preferance not a guarantee.” So that was a bummer.
Rooms need updating. However, beds are comfortable and the area is great. Pools are very clean and the beach is only a hop, skip and jump away.
Overall we had a good time.
4.0
Rooms are getting old in need of updating. Restaurants have a limited menu and some are f the restaurant opens only 3 times per week. All inclusive menu may include additional changes regardless of paying for all inclusive.
2.0
Loved Aruba, however, we would not stay at this property again. The hotel rooms were pretty terrible, the beds are so small; full size beds at most. Housekeeping continuously failed to leave us enough clean towels daily, fill up body wash, etc.
Was not the type of "all-inclusive" we have done at other destinations. I would not choose to do All Inclusive again in Aruba.
Great beach and access to the beach from this hotel. Service was mid.

Great job
5.0
Pros: Food high-end, drinks amazing. Hotel updated and has a great beach.
Cons: have to pay for shade $30-40 a day. Have to sign for drinks and food every time you get something even if you all inclusive. No night life, everything is dead at 9pm.
2.5
Fabulous location
Rooms need a little updating
Food was excellent in all areas
Location was everything
