We always love staying here. It’s the best kept secret place to stay in Nashville. This is like our 4 th time staying there. it’s close to everything and parking is free. The rooms are clean and it’s an easy in and out off the highway. It’s comfortable and quiet. They now have an outdoor patio area which is cool.

Will never stay there again, and you really want to look at other places also. The HVAC never cooled the bedroom because there is NO HVAC IN THE BEDROOM! The fan provided is a joke. We drove into town 90 minutes early to only be told we couldn't check in to a ready unit without paying $50.00 extra to get in early. They know nothing about hospitality. We are in the biz and would NEVER deny someone early check in on a ready to go unit. They are just a big corporation trying to make every dollar they can.

Had all the amenities and comforts of a one room condo or apartment, walking distance to everything. The wood floor creaked a bit. They only surprise was having to go up two flights of stairs and there was aTV in the living area but not one in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable.

Property is in a good location. Walkable to Broadway, but quiet at night. Free parking is a plus. No elevator. We stayed on the first floor and the noise from the unit above us was VERY loud. They were not being noisy, just walking around. There is virtually no insulation between the floor above and the ceiling. Dishwasher worked well. Washer and dryer worked well and was nice to have. Cooking utensils were old and worn. The entire property could use a refresh. We had an issue with the wifi but it was fixed on our second day. The BBQ joint around the corner is EXCELLENT. We would probably stay again, but on the top floor.

Great room/apartment type unit. Separate bedroom and bathroom from kitchen/living room area. Terrific location and easy few block walk to Broadway and lots of restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Nashville.

Pros: price & location. 5 minute walk to broadway Cons: both my husband & I are leaving with sore backs. The mattress was way too soft. Our suite had a weird, strong, musty smell. No AC in the bedroom so room was hot at night.

The entire building smells like mildew, including the beds… When booking on Expedia, it looks as though all of the rooms are exactly the same. Ours did not have an operational washer and dryer in it, but that wasn’t specified, the washer and dryer just were not listed in the ad as they were with the other ones. so we just randomly clicked a unit to book without realizing we wouldn’t have that function. It’s a nice short walk to Broadway but at night the area becomes a little bit sketchy. A homeless man walked right into our building behind someone and we happen to be opening our door and he came right inside our unit and wouldn’t leave until we gave him beer.

We had a great stay and said we would definitely go back. It’s in perfect walking distance to everything, easy to get to and get in and out of. Was stocked with anything we would need to do a load of Landry which was a plus. The place is just super cute. It’s like a mini condo

Overall this was a great property, not too far from downtown and close to great restaurants. The free parking was also a huge plus! It was just myself and husband on this trip, but this would be a great property if you come with small kids. There was a pack n' play on site which I hugely appreciated even though our kids were not with us this time. It also had a washer/dryer and a kitchen with everything needed to cook actual meals so you don't have to eat out as much. The only "not so great" is the bed was not super comfortable and the garbage trucks came twice during our 5 day stay at like 3 in the morning and were super loud. That obviously can't be changed, so if you have lite sleepers with you or kiddos, you may want to use a white noise machine or something else to hopefully drown out the noise!

This property could be a 5 star, but the main entrance lock was failing and I was locked out of the property SEVERAL times. The overseas customer service was ZERO help. The floors in the apartment need to be mopped, the couch was soiled, the clothes dryer didn’t work, and the safe was broken too. The hall color was a horrible green. The bedroom didn’t have AC!!! You have to crank up the AC in the family room and then use a fan to blow the cooler air into the bedroom. If these things were fixed, it would be 5 stars. But as is, 3 stars.

We enjoyed our four days and three nights. The one bedroom was perfect for the two of us. We loved the invisibility without actual staff which gave us autonomy. The kitchen, washer/drier were good to have. Only an A/C unit in the living room, rather than in the bedroom also was our only real objection. We sat outside on the patio every day. Martin's BBQ is next-door, and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance. Terrific place to stay and reasonable. We highly recommend!

Great location in downtown Nashville. The place was very comfortable and CLEAN! Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be that we arrived at 2:30pm and we still couldn’t get into the place although it appeared to be ready and the parking lot is extremely tight for suvs.

The staff at Black Swan SoBro Guest House were great. When the kitchen sink began to leak they came and fixed it quickly. They were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean and very nice. It was very close and walkable to many restaurants, Broadway Street, and interesting attractions.

such a cute little room! air conditioner was in the living room area so it got hot in the bedroom it would be nice for a fan of some sort. there was also lack of mirrors besides the bathroom so an extra would have been great. my boyfriend proposed in the room so it will forever be my favorite place ◡̈

The property is walking distance to everything, with a very affordable price. The only thing that need to be disclosed is there is no elevator so if not on the first floor be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs

The place was great, but the parking lot should be labeled that no over sized vehicles allowed. Parking lot is too small for too many big pickup trucks. Instructions for the coffee maker would have been very helpful

We had no idea that there were no elevators on the property! We were placed on the 3rd floor (2 women traveling together) & I am in my 60’s & recently had a knee replaced! Thank goodness for my niece (we were celebrating her college graduation)! Details about the property should be disclosed on their website! It was a great location for us & the room/apt was “nice enough” Could “use” more lighting in bedroom & living area (overhead) I would stay there again but would request the lower floor

My daughter and I were in town for CMA Fest. Loved the accommodations. Perfect location. Unfortunately, the washer and the safe were not working, that is why I didn't give you 5 stars on all levels. Loved the kitchen, we were able to breakfast in all 4 days. You should advertise the Dollar King General as a place to get groceries. Only a few blocks away and it had everything we needed.Way better than a $24 Uber round trip to a big grocery chain store.

Communication/response was terrible. Surprise $200 property fee added after confirming reservation - additional to the taxes and fees of $100 for a 2 night stay - no explanation of what that is for when inquired. Black mold on shower curtain - dirty dishes in cupboards - multiple plates and cutlery.. A deep clean is required - grimy kitchen floor around stove.. Bed was comfortable, sheets clean - good location. Nice washer/drier

The room was clean and within walking of Broadway St. and The Amphitheater which was wonderful. But, the website wasn’t very clear. We weren’t aware that we were going to be in an apartment on the third floor of a building with no elevator.
