Greeted politely at check in. Room was not quite ready but clerk offered to store our luggage. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and steam room.

Did not get the room i book for , book a room with a separate room, plus a queen bed , and a kitchen, because of having a dog , only certain room are available , no where in there web site , they said only certain room are available ,,, still charge me for the price of the suit ,, and what the invoice said .. the reason I needed a separate bedroom is that my husband snoring keep me awake all night ,, no second bed ,it was a coach ,that was not conformable at all , that my husband has to sleep on the same bed then me ,, so for 4 night I didn't sleep.. my husband is not a complainer , he said will never stay there again ,,, the kitchen was a joke, i have to go buys dish clothes, utensils, bowls,

Beautiful hotel. Very large, spacious room, with nice sitting area. The room was immaculate and well appointed. The breakfast was very good and Olena, the hostess on top of everything.

Great place to stay in FSJ. Nice to have the Denny's restaurant attached to the hotel as well. Only issue is the hot tub as been out of service for a long time now. Was a bit disappointing since it was a 5 night stay. Otherwise great hotel

Dirty men’s underwear in the parking lot, stinky room I had to be moved, other room had dirty walls, freezing cold, and the little store they have is HIGHWAY ROBBERY 4 dollars for small bags of chips big bags are 20 dollars absolutely disgusting

Pillow cases were like sleeping on paper bags. Complained and nothing was done. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst pillows I have ever experienced

As someone staying in Fort St.John for work, I would not recommend staying here. First of all, personally, I do not care for pool or gym as I am already exhausted after work. I only need a very good internet connection to be able to video call my family. However this hotel does not provide a decent connectivity. Annoyingly, it would pop up terms of service every once in a while and have to press on 'continue' to go on with internet. I accidentally had to use all my data in 1 night because I forgot to click on 'continue'. I've been to other Best Western, and their internet is so convenient and fast, so I thought its the same for all Best Western, and unfortunately, that is not the case. However, I did like that there was housekeeping everyday and they managed to keep my room clean my whole stay.

We had a great time at this Best Western / the room was clean, staff were friendly, the location was ideal for us as my son lives a quick 10 minute walk away. The included breakfast was excellent- you got scrambled eggs, sausages, pan fried potatoes, French Toast or pancakes as your main dishes - there is also cereal, yogurt, quick oats, three types of toast and an assortment of spreads available. Traffic noise was evident of your room faces the entrance, but we no problems with mouse within the hotel. All that is missing for me was a pool but there is a hot tub!

They had unfit firesafety alarms and then the agreed to pay the damage deposit and charged more then five times I want my funds returned and want to make a complaint about the way we were treated my mother is a elder with a cracked knee cap and the had herterrified and the the manager is no specialist when it comes to incident he went on his own judgement and speaking down to me I'll one he was better then us because we are indigenous . I would never write a complaint unless my life was put in danger,on top of that the manager said we could book our stay longer due to smoke damaga and I book on Expedia and they had room plenty

Stated for a few nights for a work trip recently. Check in was easy, rooms were big and clean, had free breakfast and hot tub. Just off the highway so it was quiter than expected. Already booked in for our next 2 trips to FSJ.
