No towels in room. Cold and heater was loud and barely worked. None of the windows locked.

Surroundings was a little sketchy. Bed was comfortable the room smelled like a smoking room. Nice kitchen and bathroom
Cobb webs were in the corners

Only stayed one night. many dining options just a short distance away. Park right outside the room.

Only thing was the hot water wasnt working but the room was clean bed was soft and access to.town was ideal
Great little inn

Short staff. Room not ready. They got it ready but had to wait. Older property look like it was being upgraded. Cigarette butts ( lots ) in parking lot in front of room. Richard and staff very helpful.

The room seemed like it was under construction. The entry door was ajar when I got to the room. It felt like I was entering a crime scene.

Check in was good staff was very welcoming. Room was ver small carpets were filthy toilet paper sat on edge of tub cause holder was broke. Only 1 light bulb in a 3 light fixture in bathroom. Only other lighting in the room was a lamp on end table and only 1 bulb. Only one curtain panel on window and was hung wrong side out. I was tired after driving all day and just crashed but was up and out early. Would NOT stay here again. Dont know why Hotels .com even lists these type of properties. Think they need to check them out occasionally. Spent 24 nights on the road this was by far the worst room I had the whole trip.

We arrived and checkin went smoothly. They were very nice and pleasant to work with. We got to our room and the door wouodnt open. Went back to the frint desk and they put us in a different room.
The carpets were nasty, there was mold on the walls where it looked like there was a floor and they never cleaned it up. The internet and tv never did work, the shower was rusty and dirty looking. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. All night long it smelled like cigarette smoke in our room from other guest standing outside our door smoking.

Friendly staff

We traveled for 7 hours on motorcycles only to arrive and our 3 rooms we had booked was sold to someone else, will never stay at a Roadway Inn.
2.6
The guy at the front desk was friendly & easy to contact if necessary. Worth the money
2.6
A lot of stores were close to the hotel
2.6
The rooms were overbooked and we were denied our room when we got there to check in. The staff couldn’t help because they said we booked through a third party (Expedia). And would not help. I also purchased the insurance. What a scam!
2.6
There was no towels or soap! No shower curtain. Light switch by door was not working!
2.6
The only positive aspect of this place is its proximity to a couple of food options within walking distance.
The room I was given was incredibly small, with horrible paint and wall decor. The closet was about 15 inches wide, the fridge didn't work, and there was no internet access due to the room's location (#32).
The staff consisted of one person handling both check-ins and cleaning. The coffee was stone cold, indicating it had been sitting for hours.
I was surprising to see the owner and her daughter arrive at check-out in a brand-new imported car while their business is literally falling apart. Figures where the money is going?
Not cheap for what it was, honestly.
2.6
Over priced for such a bad room. First off, no trash can in the room, 2nd no shampoo or conditioner to us in shower. 3rd no fan and it took half of the night for the old A/C unit mounted super high by the bathroom to cool the room. The bed was majorly wore out, broke down. No blinds in the main window and no screen if you wanted to open and not get bugs inside. Stains on the carpet in many places. I will not stay in place again!
2.6
Carpets were stained, room had a very pungent odor and the whole place just needed updated
2.6
I got there late in the evening and the front desk staff person was so friendly and helpful.
He explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this hotel!
2.6
Worst one be far
2.6
There were no towels, washcloths until we asked for them. The parking lot has huge potholes and alley garbage. Somehow we understood that there was a breakfast available - not so. Go to McDonald's next door. That's fine, except don't advertise that you have continental breakfast when you don't.
2.6
No hand soap in the bathroom! Really! No soap to wash your hands after you use the bathroom? That’s unacceptable. Went to check out, needed a receipt the next morning around 9am. No one at the office and I was told there won’t be until 10am.

I booked on Expedia, and when I arrived the receptionist informed me that there would be an extra $40 per night fee for my pets. This was NOT advertised on their listing. I complained, and the lady cancelled my reservation but did not inform Expedia properly, so I got charged $90 for a room I never stayed in and Expedia has not responded in over 2 weeks now. Besides all this, the hotel was the sketchiest and dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen, which is saying a lot because I usually stay at cheap and dumpy two-star hotels to save money. But this one was a step beyond. AND their pictures make it look clean and beautiful. False advertising.
2.6
It is old but clean and cheap.
2.6
When a person pays $100 a night, you expect the room to have the basics. Room was missing toilet paper, but had the addition of a black widow! Just a little WY wildlife.
2.6
You get what you pay for. Room was clean despite some stains and discoloration on bedding. Looking at vehicles it is obviously a choice of workers in the area (company pickups). It is surrounded by more upscale higher priced hotels, but again while my son traveling with me commented looks like a good place to buy meth, you get what you pay for.
2.6
Crack head location!
2.6
dirty.
2.6
When we checked in we wanted to pay for it with a different card then was on file and instead they put it on the card we reserved it with and then they put a hold on our card so we had no extra money then when we checked out they put another hold on our card and charged our other card also so we had no gas money to get home and it has caused us overdraft charges
2.6
I was informed the day of my stay that they would not be able to house me, I was in the town I needed to be for the state track meet which is a huge event, so after I was informed that they did not have a room for me, it took me one hour and a really helpful clerk at the Courtyard hotel, to find a room. The costs involved for my family for the inconvenience was triple what I would have had to pay if the Roadway inn would have been able to house us.
2.6
The condition of the hotel room was terrible. The room was musty & moldy smelling. The floor was dirty, drawers missing & in disrepair. The TV did not work; the internet did not work. There were black bugs in the room & on the bed in the morning. Complaints to management were not addressed. Checked out in the morning but management would not refund the charges for the remaining 2 nights reserved. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Avoid staying here.
2.6
The location is very easy, right off the highway. The hotel is very old and in need of much renovation. the room was clean, but smelled really badly. The TVs don’t work right, even though they are brand new, and nobody could tell us how to run them properly. Lots of good nearby. Staff was very friendly and tried to be lots of help to us.
2.6
Low end motel - 1/2 a star at most, you get what you get and anyone that books a stay with this hotel should know what they are not getting. Upon check in, no towels in room, broken beds/ box springs that I ultimately was wrongfully charged for, no communication between office and housekeeping as to length of stay. Dresser drawers that would not stay closed creating hazardous walkways to and from the bathroom. Etc
2.6
Well when we got there to check in he had to check if they even had 2 eooms even though we had a reservation weeks in advance. Thwn are rooms were a long way away from each other. One room was clean with no towels or toliet paper other room was not really clean water damage around the bass boards, no tv remote, and toliet ran, no lighting in the bedroom area lamp waa broke and ther were playing cards stuck in a picture. Also who every was in charge was chexking one of the rooms to see if we were still there a day before we were supposes to check.out. As well as our keys were shut off 4 hours before check out time. All in all was not a good experience at all would not recommended this place to anyone

Property was dirty. Found linens ( towel and odd cloth) in the bed between sheets. Window was open, outside temp was 26 degrees. Toilet handle was broke. Worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on.
2.6
There were no full-size towels in the bathroom only a hand towel and a washcloth. No soap, no shampoo, no bathmat. The heater was off when we arrived, and it took more than four hours for the room to warm up. Had to sleep in my coat and sweatpants, however, the manager was responsive and polite
2.6
This room looked like the cleaning was unfinished before we were given the key. Very dirty, very bad smell.
2.6
Don’t Go Here! Unsafe, disrespectful, unprofessional. While checking in another newly checked in guest had to report that their TV was stolen. My room smelled of strong cheep perfume to the point that I was unable to breathe. There was hair on the bed near pillows (see photo). The office employee was never in the office so each time someone needed something I had to call a number and wait 15-20 minutes for another person to call her and then for the staff to walk over with her boyfriend from one of the motel rooms. So, when I tried to leave it took a substantial amount of time to get the staff to come over. The manager over the phone told me the refund policy is that any refund can be issues as long as I checked out within 30 minutes. I tried but the staff was not in the office so it was impossible. Manager told me to call the next day to discuss the refund, however when I called several times she was refused answer the phone or the reply to her text message or even to Hotels.com regarding the issue. This was one of the worst experiences with a motel one could have, had to pay for this and another room somewhere else. Don’t trust, don’t go here.
2.6
My room had no towels, or hot water, the remote for the TV fid not work, and the deadbolt fid not latch properly.
Atleast, the bed was comfortable.
