Its location is fantastic, walking distance from food, entertainment and public transport. It does take some time if coming from the airport. It is very nationalistic, and my air-con just blew the air around without cooling it much.

The picture they use in their advertisement must be from the first day they opened thirty years ago? The place was dirty and shabby and worn out and due to the late hour of our arrival we decided we would stay and get an upgrade in the morning, also it was Christmas and all the other hotels were at maximum capacity and charging double rates due to the holiday. We were given a closet sized room that stunk of mold and the elevator was right next to the room. After going out in the morning and finding that every hotel was booked and there were still bus loads of people coming and going we realized we were screwed unless we wanted to pay double or triple our expected budget. We asked this hotel for an upgrade and were told that "due to the holiday" yadda yadda yadda, that it would be difficult but after a little negotiation a number was agreed to and we paid and additional amount of 45 ringlet? for the two days stay. We were shown a room with an actual window, You know like the picture in the add but only thirty years older? It was bigger and had a window was the only thing I can say was an improvement as there was an airplane turbo fan outside the window that roared 24/7. We stayed only because trying to find another room elsewhere would have cost us double or triple our budgeted stay. To say it was a good stay in KL would be an exaggeration. To be honest I have done a lot of traveling and have NEVER had such a bad experience in my 65 years. I will never go to KL again.

Very convenient location. Takes 0 minute from the Sunway Pyramid. Mini mart on the ground floor. Many restaurants around. Friendly staffs. Value for money.

Cleanliness is a big issue and housekeeping is zero even for 3 nights stay. Must inform for cleaning which is understandable but not always have personnel at counter to informed. Early check in is chargeable even with multiple rooms available, with such rate, we should have more service. Free breakfast is unclear reason and has to resort to settle on own. At night, air con off by itself as well as tap start run full blast with no reasons at all. Room was not clean with bad odour and felt breathless and paralysed during sleeping due to supernatural reason. Overall an extremely horrifying stay and will not return again due to the supernatural reasons and cleanliness. For the brave only.

Just opposite of Sunway Pyramid, that's the selling point. There are lots of things you can do at Sunway Pyramid and Lagoon, and vicinity, not excluding food varieties

Really close to sunway pyramid, like REALLY CLOSE The room I stayed in had stained walls, boo on the previous tenants who dirtied it up :( Stained walls aren't easy to clean I had a single room, so it wall small and compact, the toilet was almost the same size as thee bedroom tho, so it was a comfortable shower space Vinyl floor, not cold to the touch even with the AC on, so you don't need indoor footwear Check in was a bit slow, the staff was having some casual chit chat very loudly until the reception had to shush them, which was very responsible of him :) All in all, it was nice :)

Best location - Only the location getting the higher credit for this hotel. Overall the hotel's facility are so so, the hotel towel and hotel pillow case are not hygiene. The staff are not really friendly and never allow customer for early check in or extend the check out hour although for a regular customer.

Location is near sunway pyramid. But it is very difficult to get the parking there. The light that in the room is out of service. It bring a lot of uncomfortable to us. Don’t too much expect for the free breakfast. The breakfast is locate in the downstairs to eat the mamak shop. The breakfast budget is only WITHIN RM5! For my own review. For the rest you may find it out more.

Receptionist on duty @3rd Aug 630pm should polish up on her customer service skills. Surrounding area is good with a lot of eateries and mall just opposite. There are better hotels (artisan eco hotel) than GM in that area.

Breakfast is included. Breakfast is catered by the restaurant (non-aircondition or coffee shop) next door. Because it is a fully operating restaurant, the food is quite good. The restaurant opens 24hours. Sunway Pyramid is just across the road. Nearby there’s Red Box (Karaoke), Parkson (Shopping), 7 Eleven (convenience store)

The staff during check-in is friendly and helpful. The room and facilities overall are quite new and okay just that the lift has broken down a few times during our 2-night stay there. So we have the trauma of using it, ending up we have been climbing up and down using stairs for the past 2-day there. The location is strategic as it's walking distance to Sunway Pyramid, bus station, BRT station. The only cons is that it's hard to get a parking space. Hope the hotel can provide some reserved parking lots for their guests next time.

The bathroom no hangers for clothing. Pillows too soft. Should provide two more. Bedsheets and blanket not too clean. Parking problem. Air conditioner needs servicing.
