Very nice room and lot of options in the hotel.

This is a great wee hotel with private parking comfortable beds and a really nice breakfast included. I did experience some noise from the function going on at nighttime but it finished up around 12.30am and I got to sleep ok afterwards. I had a nice view of the river and was able to check in early which was really helpful.

From check in to check out - 1st class service, food and entertainment. Rooms are excellent - a bath perfect - breakfast and evening meals superb. All the facilities were spot on.

Great modern rooms, good showers and the best breakfast going

We had a very pleasant stay at the New Inn Hotel over a weekend. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The apartment is located separately from the main building, and was very quiet. Plenty of parking and able to park right outside the apartment. The reception staff were somewhat lacking, not unpleasant but not particularly welcoming or cared if we had a good stay on check-out. However all the other staff were very nice, especially in the bar area. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Ellon itself is a lovely town and a good base for the surrounding area. All in all, I would recommend the New Inn for a short stay.

We were not in the hotel. We’were put into a self catering house at the rear of the hotel which we were not expecting. However it was clean and tidy just not in the hotel.

A lovely stay, food in dining room was excellent. Breakfast was very good though on Sunday when they brought out breakfast it was a bit cold, said we had ordered it. ( we had ordered Saturday but told we didn’t need to order in advance at weekends so hadn’t ordered Sundays Sleep was ok Thursday, Friday but Saturday I never slept until 2am due to being above the bar, and people outside waiting for transport after pub had closed.

I liked everything about the Hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, easy parking and the breakfast was superb. I was very pleasantly surprised as I didn’t expect such quality in a small town. Highly recommended and will be happy to stay there when next in the area. My thanks to the staff. Peter.

Stayed several times over the years Staff excellent, very pleasant atmosphere and great breakfast. If you like an evening meal definitely worth a visit to the restaurant.

Hotel was first class, small disturbance at the Barr and the manager was on it like a flash and was sorted before anyone new, great staff all round a will definitely be back.
