Comfortable, clean,

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It's on our way to Destin and after we have driven 9 hrs we are ready to stop and relax. The staff, rooms and breakfast have been perfect. That's the reason we have stayed 2 years in a row at this location.

I liked the three employees cared about their customers and doing their job. The place was very clean even though pets were allowed. No bugs or insects in the room. The breakfast was hot and had plenty for all their guests. We'll stay there again.

This Hampton Inn is our hotel of choice for our half way stop to visit family. Very clean, good beds, generous with towels. Gabby at the front desk is so nice and makes you feel right at home.

Our room was not cleaned on third day. Staff gave us sheets to do it ourselves No comp for the goof up.

Excellent hotel. Only bad thing is someone was knocking on our door at 3:00 in the morning. Wrong room! That is really no fault of anyone at the hotel, but…..yuk!

From the moment we checked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Every single person was friendly, professional, and made us feel like movie stars😊 The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how nice the breakfast was, great coffee, waffles, eggs. Finally, I appreciate the fact that they granted us late checkout since we had a late flight out. I will definitely stay here again when in town visiting family.

The entire guest services team at this hotel is above and beyond, by far the best I’ve experienced. I was with my 81 yr old grandmother who has a breathing condition and she moves slowly. We arrived after midnight or close to it, and we got checked in within a couple minutes. Mr. Helms and Mrs. Gabby were an absolute delight! They were very welcoming, engaging, accommodating, kind, and the type of people you just want to be around to soak up their energy because you can’t help but smile! I’m very blonde and lose everything, don’t have sense enough to get out of the rain, and of course, misplaced my key fob and everything else. Mrs. Alex helped me out and got it safely returned to me. She also offered wonderful recommendations and directions for anything I asked about, always with a smile and kindness. The breakfast staff were welcoming and kind and actually made sure the guests were taken care of, not like most places, where the guests are in their way and it’s refreshing to see it from all tiers of the guest services. I’ll venture out to speculate that there is very solid management over this property because good managers hire and retain people that are excellent at their jobs, and these guys all are exactly just that! We’ve stayed at Hampton Inns and Hilton properties all over this country and this one takes the cake in guest services for us! Karen and Kevin are bound to show up sooner or later, just remember: not my circus, not my monkeys!!!!

This is by far the BEST place to stay in Crestview, FL! The cleanliness only pales next to the awesome staff. Fantastic breakfast is a bonus. This is the only place my family will stay at. Thank you!

I would give 10 stars to the Hampton Inn Crestview, FL So clean, friendly people, very well taken care of. I am a picky pillow person and even their pillows are good! Big thirsty towels in the bathroom! We will be back!

Great location for traveling through Florida with plenty of dining options. Very clean hotel and rooms with extra comfy pillows. Great for a family stay, waffles were great.

We were in between selling one house and closing on our new one. The Hampton is one of the newer hotels in our hometown. We were there with our two cats for about 6 nights. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
