Check-in was not pleasant. Front desk worker was quite rude. We had already paid for the room via hotels.com but the hotel charged us again on-site. Worker said it wasn’t his problem that we already paid via hotels.com and double-charged us anyway. His supervisor stepped in and apologized and fixed the situation. It wasn’t great. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice hotel, but the room was very small. Our room, I don't remember what our room number was, had an awesome view of the capitol. We were celebrating our 10,000 day anniversary since we started dating :) We ate at Naples 15 which was delicious and was just a quick walk around the block. Eno Vino, located on the top floor of the hotel, was a nice stop for fancy drinks. We had the terrace to ourselves and it was a beautiful night! When we arrived to our room, the curtains were open with the sun beating in and it was almost 80 degrees in there! We had to leave and let it cool down with the curtains closed because it was too hot to be in the room. When we returned later, it was comfortable. Valet was pricey. We parked in the ramp at the end of the block and saved $10.

Valet was amazing and super friendly and helpful for two girls who never have done that service before. The gentleman who check us in was so outgoing friendly and let’s not forget cute. Super helpful as well and told us all we needed to know. Room was super clean and very nice and cozy. Bathroom was my favorite lighting was good. The restaurant on 9th floor are with outside seating was amazing and enjoyed it so very much. Food was delicious as well.

We were going to a concert at the Kohl's Center. This hotel was close so we booked it! The staff were great! Valet staff the BEST!! Our rooms were very neat, clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent hotel!!

Rooms and bathrooms very nicely appointed. Lobby bar also very nice and well attended. Pleasant, friendly staff. Star of the show is Eno Vino, with amazing food, drinks, and 10th floor views.

The location is the best point for this hotel, the room smelled weird (like bathroom odor) all over, the key card was pretty faulty, and it was hard to get inside the room the first time, you gotta be patient and try many times, same happened at the elevator.

My wife and I were staying in room 827 last Saturday night (6 October 2023). After 8:00 PM we started hearing noises through the ceiling or wall. The noises lasted for short periods of time, varying intensity, up to 3 noises/minute each lasting 2 to 3 seconds. They sounded like heavy chairs being moved across a wood floor. I called the desk twice to complain (once around 8:30 PM, the second after 10:00 PM). On the first call they said they would contact the room next door to us and said I should call again later if the noise didn't stop, on the second they offered to send up some earplugs (I wasn't interested). The next day (Sunday morning) we went upstairs and saw the situation. On the ninth floor, nearly above our 8th-floor room, there is a bar with 20 or 30 barstools, used by people to sit at tables, placed on a vinyl floor. That situation is similar to what we found in the bar on the10th floor. I moved a barstool on the 10th floor and heard the same sound I heard the night before. When we checked out on Sunday morning, I suggested management try 1 of 2 possible remedies: 1) put a carpet on the floor for the chairs to slide on, or 2) put rubber or plastic covers on the bottoms of the bar-stool legs. On the 10th floor there is carpet on the dining-area floor, and the chairs on that carpet slid noiselessly when I moved them. Carpet might work for the larger barstools as well. Those stools were loud when moved on vinyl, even when no extra weight was placed on them.

I loved having a dog-friendly hotel in this location. The staff and other guests were very welcoming to them which I appreciated. My only disappointment was the lack of green space in the area for them. We made it work as we were visiting a family member near James Madison Park.

Very nice room and amenities. The staff kindly moved us to a room with a lovely view, after initially putting us in a room with views of AC compressors. And the hotel gym is great. I would stay here again!

As soon as we walked in the staff was very nice and helpful. Great first impression! Then we got to our room and it was very clean and nice. Great location and everything was pretty walkable!
