This quaint little villa is perfectly located to everything you want to see in Galilee. Beautiful sea view. Many restaurants and stores. Relaxing veranda. Spacious rooms.

Wonderful property, wonderful host and a great stay. This is our favorite stay in Israel so far. We would have stayed longer but had plans at the Dead Sea. The property is converted school and is cozy, well equipped, well thought out and with lots of little details that make it special (...even hugging pillows). A great view of the sea, it is calm, quiet and only a few minutes walk to the downtown and restaurants and shopping. Even free parking right by the guesthouse! By far the best value we have found in Israel in over two weeks! The hostess, Anat, is amazing. Super communication, easy check-in and she is passionate about great guest comfort and service. You will love Villa Alliance!

The room was as pictured--quite attractive and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is excellent--short walk from the waterfront. There is free parking behind the hotel. The rooms say they have a balcony, but really it is a patio that is shared by all the rooms. Each one has a small table and chairs out front. We could not get the TV to work (it just said "no signal" in Hebrew). We also connected to the WiFi, but could not get internet. Because it was late at night, we did not call the hotel owner (there is no front desk, and she does not live at the hotel). It wasn't a big deal, but a bit disappointing. Also, we rented the "honeymoon suite" which includes an Nespresso machine, but there were no pods. It seemed unreasonable to ask guests to bring their own. I texted the owner, but she did not respond. Overall, it was very good value for the price, and I would stay there again, but I would check on the TV and internet when I checked in.

Loved sunrises & breathtaking views from their deck, one block from the Sea of Galilee, stairs across the street go straight down to the river, where you can walk to tons of restaurants and shopping. Owners met us for check in, friendly and helpful. Loved sunrises

The view from the balcony is beautiful. Anat is accommodating and helpful. The room was clean, with French overtones. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. Bring your own blow dryer.

The harass you at checkin and don’t take your credit card. They were knocking on my cousins door at all hours and when she didn’t answer they just opened the door to walk in and never explained what they needed.

Excellent location from which to explore the Sea of Galilee. Property is exactly as pictured. Room was spacious with excellent jacuzzi. Beautiful view of the Sea (wish I was there right now!) Great places to eat within walking distance. Made our last night in Israel very special. Thank you Anat...you're a wonderful host!

Very nice people, excellent location, nice and quiet neighborhood but also very close and in walking distance to the most important and interesting sites in Tiberias.The service is excellent but not flamboyant and bothersome and not arrogant and wasteful.You get exactly what you need, neither more nor less.The best choice in the area.

10 mins walk down to waterfront. View from the hotel. No breakfast. Self-service check-out. Free parking lot behind the building. Lovely villa with clean room. Utensils provided.Only issue is that the floor may be flooded while shower.

Terrible stay. This is NOT a hotel - its more like an Airbnb, at least if you stay there from Friday through Sunday. On Saturday, I assume because of the Sabbath, they did NOT clean our room or give us clean towels. After showering on Saturday morning, we threw our towels on the ground and actually used them as mats on the bathroom floor because water had spilled from the shower. We were horrified when we got back to the room on Saturday night after being out all day to find no clean towels. I contacted the owners to ask them to bring some, but they said that they were out of town and that they couldnt get us towels till Sunday morning. Since we were leaving early on Sunday morning, we had to share a hand towel to dry ourselves with. To boot, the wifi did not reach the room we were staying in, which meant that I had to go and sit out at night for a few hours each night outside the office to use wifi. The owner sent his daughter to fix it on Friday night, but she couldnt. We were without wifi again all day Saturday and Sunday morning before we checked out. If you care about having wifi in your room, dont stay here. If you want clean towels and your room cleaned on Saturday, dont stay here. I dont know if they clean the rooms and give you clean towels on other days or if they simply dont clean or change them till the guests leave. Either way, we were very, very disappointed and cannot recommend this place.

The location is good as we can see the stunning sunrise on the terrace of the villa. The room is very good. The carpark behind the villa is very convenient. I followed the instruction given by Expedia and sent a message via whatsapp to the owner of the Villa one day before I arrived. I got no response. On the day I drove to the villa, I sent a message again. I still got no response. I arrived at the villa at the check-in time (3:00pm). No one was in the villa. I suddenly got a whatsapp message from the management of the villa, not the owner, and asked me when I would get to the villa. I was there waiting for around 20 minutes and somebody came to do the check-in for us. I've lived there for 2 nights. Nobody cleaned the room at all. When I came back to the villa the second night and found the towels were not changed. I went to the reception room and nobody was there. The villa and the room are very good, but not the service.

We stayed at Villa Alliance for one night and it was absolutely ideal. The check-in was very quick and easy, and the staff wonderfully friendly. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious and all round really nice to be in. You also have a lovely terrace overlooking the Sea of Galillee, and the location is right in the centre of Tiberias and a couple of hundred metres from the sea. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Galilee.
