This hotel only speaks Japanese, yet they were very helpful to me during my stay and still accepted the luggage transfer via Yamoto, and stored my luggage on day of check out too. This hotel provides breakfast, which is mainly rice, curry, and some other strange items, although packaged sweet bread rolls are available. The room was a good size but the bed was very hard and the pillow wasn’t very comfortable. The bathroom is a little strange - a prefabricated thing with the sink taps operating the shower too. The shower was still surprisingly forceful, which was great to wash away the sweat from very humid Nagoya. The only bad thing about the hotel room was the noise the toilet made when flushed - so noisy that I wouldn’t flush it during the night to avoid waking up neighbouring rooms. The rooms have very poor soundproofing, so I could hear the coughing and snoring from the men in neighbouring rooms. This hotel is used by a lot of Japanese business men, rather than tourists.

The location of this hotel was ideal for me because Nagoya Station was within several-minute-walk distance. I found restaurants where I enjoyed Nagoya-Meshi, e.g. Nikomi Udon, etc. The quality of their free breakfast of Japanese style was impressive.

Easy access from Nagoya Station, 5min walk. Restaurants, mainly Korean, hotel. Room was clean and spacious for one. Room amenities were good. All in working condition. Hotel adopts eco cleaning which is good to know. Main gripe is thin wall. Not for light sleepers, I could hear snoring from next door which kept me up. Simple breakfast provided but very crowded.

The room is comfortable. Hot and cool water dispenser provided at the lobby level. Washing machine and Dryer are also at the lobby area. We were able to leave our luggages at the lobby when we arrived before the check-in time.

Service quality is terrible. I had a booking trouble with Expedia. The hotel did not respond its negotiations and we waste money and time due to their rude service. I think the hotel does not have English speakers and they cannot understand what Expedia mentioned.

The location is petty good, very close to JR Nagoya station. Even though the receptionist couldn't speak English, she tried her best to answer my enquiries. She is very professional and helpful!! The only bad thing is the room is very small. I can only place my luggage underneath the bed.
