Staff are good But property is very old, not clean. No hygiene. I checkout one day early. Bad smell in rooms.

Nothing was promising 1. When we walkedbin to the room AC was not functioning, they have taken 4 hours to fix and it was not cooling properly 2. Shower was very bad and water was coming in only few 3. Complementary breakfast was not gret and very few options, no hygiene maintained. Not value for money,Over all experience it was loke guesthouse

Very nice hotel to stay in for holidays, especially your family and friends. Hotel staff was very cooperative, rooms were neat and clean. Value for money. Recommend for stay.

I wonder how this property is rates so highly!! Filthy, stained surfaces in the room, dirty bathroom. What can be worse than finding random packaging and barcode stickers by previous occupants on the bathroom door- clearly no attention has been given to cleaning. While the staff was courteous the property needs much attention. During the current pandemic times, unclean surrounds is the last thing anyone would want. Additionally, for 7K a night, the place is indeed a great thumbs down. Wouldn’t recommend.

The staff were very helpful. Paying for the internet in this day and age is ridiculous! The beach is far away and when you get there, there is not much to do! There is also nothing to do near to the hotel!

I ahould say this was my first experience of goa. I have been earlier with Stirling in dindi and i found sterling is very good brand. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Beach distance is walkable. Hotel facilities are pool ,spa, gym, play zone, bar restaurant, parking. I should thanks to dipanker , faiz basant, vishnu. Service is awesome.

Excellent staff service. Realy very good well maintained property. Food was delicious. Lot activity can be done in the resort. Walkable distance from beach. Good service by faiz, gulam, vishnu , Biren basant . Keep it up.

Our holidays was just excellent. It was my first vacation with sterling and all was as gone perfect. My friend told me about this hotel and staff behaviour. I will recommend this hotel to my other friends. Thanks to gulam and vishnu because these staff daily talk to us regarding our stay and make sure everything is done time. Hotel facilities are very good. I like this hotel because of staff behaviour.
