We stayed 3 days before our cruise and 4 days after. The friendliest hotel I have been! Melina, Jacinto, Laura and Sergio at front desk were beyond words. From recommending beauty salon to restaurants and tours to take. Amin and Mohammed at the door always greeting you with a big smile. This is the only hotel I will come back in Barcelona they were just AWSOME. Adding breakfast is a la carte and simply WONDERFUL!

We loved the location, quiet area and convenient to most attractions. Breakfast was Excellent! Staff was helpful and friendly. We heard they are renovating the hotel so will be even better and we were happy with what we had.

Great place to stay- within close walking distance right in the city. Lovely staff and easy check-in. We had a beautiful double room located on the corner of building so had great large windows. Definitely would stay again.

Fantastic location on quiet street walkable to so many places and in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. We loved the bar and lounge area and used it often. The bartenders were great, especially Junior. The restaurant food was decent but pricey. We had dinner once for convenience but preferred to go to the excellent restaurants nearby.

This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location. The staff is friendly and responsive. The room was comfortable and clean. The only English speaking tv channels are news focused.

The customer service was very nice I forgot her name is a small beautiful dark hair lady. She was very nice. They did an effort to get the room as soon as possible for us to be able to get it. Around property is very nice a lot of stores.walking distance to the bus to the airport that was a plus we save $100 taking the bus to this hotel from airport. Rooftop is very close don’t miss it is two free entry and good food.Room was nice and big .

The staff is great. We were taken care of. The problem with elevators not working and having to use the stairs to reach our room on the 5th floor was not fun.

Great location and a very nice hotel. Air conditioning in the room worked very well and breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. The only negative that I can think of is that one of the two elevators went out of service while we were there.

Really beautiful hotel in a great location. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The waiter in the restaurant ignored me for 10 minutes and when I got up to leave he moved to serve me. Left anyway. Was a spider in my bed, he was about the size of a dime. The edging on the shower door kept coming off, thus, lots of water ended up on the bathroom floor. The inside of the bathroom door was all marked up and missing the door handle. I guess you pay for the really excellent pool, the small clean gym and the fantastic location. Cheers.
