This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in a very long time. The young lady who checked us in was very nice and very accommodating. We had an issue come up while in route to our destination but the lady who check us in assisted us in mediating the issue. Thank you. The only issue was that our room wasn’t serviced and we had to go down and get clean wash cloths. Will stay here on our next visit.

Nice check in experience. Comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast; the only drawback was that the self serve espresso machine wasn't working. We made do with regular coffee in the morning.

We booked a Standard Room, 2 queen beds, non-smoking (Shower only) and this room does not exist. Showers are only in the King Suites. We were upgraded at no charge to the King Suite, but the website needs to be corrected. We were told no Double Queen Bed rooms have a shower -- they all have a tub.

Tv didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Went downstairs and sat at the front desk for 10 minutes until someone finally came to the desk. She said they couldn’t do anything for me. Never staying here again!!

I stay here all the time and i rarely have an issue and i always enjoy my stay but the room i had this time not so much. I saw burn holes on the soap dish and coffee tray and also a large burn hole on the couch and it was also stained up plus food or something stuck to the table and a small roach that was alive first thing when we entered the room. I told the front desk but did not recieve much back.

Not as nice as other hotels in this brand we’ve stayed at, is a little more run-down feeling in the rooms. Bed was comfortable, ac is noisy, found a missed dirty washcloth on top of the shower rod.

Place was a rip off! Terrible room bed was hard and uncomfortable restroom look awful room look really old and they tried painting over it to hide all the ugliness. Would never stay there again

I was completely blown away with the vast amount of breakfast options! The reviews weren’t kidding about the variety! I’ll definitely come back to stay here again and again. The staff was super nice and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The room was very dirty we found two cockroach and its possible there is more.The bathroom was also dirty the bathtub had hair and a bunch of dirt and the floor was sticky. Also the coffee maker was dirty as well like they didnt clean it after the last guest left.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was always available when needed. This hotel had free breakfast which was very nice. The breakfast was a full breakfast , eggs, toast, sausage, pastry, cereal , potatoes ,waffles and more. Room was clean. Kitchen was not stocked will utilities if you wanted to cook. Mattress was very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again .

The hotel was nice, elevator is past due on inspection and kinda in rough shape. The room was a little warm when I entered but cooled down fast.. love the walk in shower! My king bed was like sleeping in a marble slab. Hard as a rock with thin pillows. Room had a full kitchen ( I didn’t use but nice to have that option) The breakfast was nice

I got to the hotel about five minutes after booking it on Expedia, and I had absolutely no trouble checking in. The desk clerk was efficient and friendly. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The room was clean, and the A/C worked perfectly (without making noise). I would definitely stay here again!
