My reservation which I had made a month in advance was canceled on the day of My stay. Apparently it was overbooked. I had to find another hotel last minute at a higher cost

Nice and quiet and secure Anthony was great he kept in by text to make our stay great it was our anniversary. You really did everything you could, and that I asked him to do what the great employee or manager.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times before and this was by far the most disappointing experience. There was a foul smell that came out of the bathroom faucet every time the water was running, the toilet ran constantly, the shades in the room did not work, and the hot water in the shower did not get hot for the majority of my stay. Then when I asked for a late check out (normal check out is at 11am) all they could offer as an extension was Noon which was just the cap on a very bad experience. When I told the front desk person how disappointing my stay was, he said that he would let the manager know and have her contact me. It's been several days, and I am still waiting. As a frequent guest of the hotel, a Hilton honors member, and a former employee of the Hilton organization, I am very disappointed at the lack of service and accommodation that I received.

3.5/5 Service was good and check-in/out was expedient. However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves some to be desired- found multiple hair strands on 4 towels, and there was some foreign stains on the corner of the comforter, and mold/algae around the mirror sink. Requested toiletries and a toothbrush, and it's probably the worst thing I have ever used- made gums bleed so much that I just ended up buying one from a drugstore instead. I like that there's a chill lounge area in the lobby with seating and some table games scattered throughout (giant Jenga blocks!). Parking garage is adjacent to the hotel (separate charge) and convenient enough. Overall was a decent stay for a few nights- bed and pillows were comfortable, and room was spacious. Did expect more from a '4-star' hotel though.

Is convieniently located next to the Rahway station with connections to Manhatten. Close to NJ. Parking is next door. In-house cleaning staff forgot to replace amenities like towels, tissues, coffee cups etc...which was very disappointing. I will rate this hotel a 3 and 1/2 start not a 4 star by any means.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Watt and would certainly do it again next time I find myself in Rahway. I booked this on a whim having some additional time before catching a flight, the neighbourhood looked to be artsy with great food options. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Fridays and Saturdays featured live Jazz in the lounge (I didn’t catch the bands name but they were great). The hotel lobby features some beautiful artwork and is a warm vibe with amber lighting, wood and leather. The staff at the Watt were welcoming at check in, that was my limited interaction with the exception of a bartender who was nice. I would have liked to have a fridge in the room but didn’t ask for one, maybe it’s an option just not available on check in.

Staff at front desk not very friendly. Room had no mini fridge or microwave. Would wake up at night hot due to the thermostat changing on its own from ac to heat. Ac wasnt very good the room never got cold it stayed around 75. Not very many options for dining near by. The shower leans so the doors open while you are showering and once the floors get wet it gets very slippery. The beds are very used just rolling around at night sleeping feels like the bed is going to break.

We stayed overnight for an event in a nearby town. The parking deck was convenient enough for the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly. My only complaint was the view of the air conditioner units. Would be nice to see a better view.

This hotel was very nice but the big downside is there is no parking available. There is a lot around the corner, but the deck was large and it was a huge bummer lugging all my stuff around. I called the front desk to inquire about parking, and they directed me, but made no offer to take my bags upfront while I parked the car so far away.

I was good with my stay room was good clean loved the bathroom. The roof top was closed I was bummed out I really wanted to enjoy time up there since the weather was good. I had to pay for parking I was not happy about this. That information should be bolded in the description on Expedia other than this our stay was good.

This place was so far beyond what I expected - I LOVED IT! Everything from the lounge area, bar to the room & even the view was amazing! I will definitely be making this our getaway place!

We used to like to stay here on out way to NYC, as the hotel used to be quiet and conveniently located at the train station. But the last visit was really disappointing due to very loud neighbors playing techno music with low bass vibrating our room until midnight (despite attempts by hotel personnel to calm them down).

The hotel is nice but no fridge or microwave in the room. I requested a fridge and no shelves were in it. The lighting in the room sucked and even though i adjusted the heat the room was still freezing cold and I guess it was one of those "smart" thermostats so it kept lighting up if you moved whole sleeping which was annoying and it auto adjusted the temperature as well. And you have to pay for parking. I wouldn't stay again.
