First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich.
Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. They took us to a beach which was so tiny and busy and we preferred going back to the tiny pool on the boat rather than staying. At night all ships stop and you realise you are surrounded by over 12 boats and hear their party music and all that… We imagined a more quiet experience.
The other thing is the boat itself. Condition isn’t great, the rooms are not really clean (dirty bedsheets etc), some things are just broken, missing blind on the bathroom door prevented privacy, we had empty soap containers, etc…
The staff often evacuates the rubbish from the kitchen through the hall and the floor gets really messy, even when your bags are there (we were told to take the bags out of the room two hours prior we disembarked).
We booked two connecting rooms and payed over 700 USD. We felt this is an extreme overcharge for what we got.
I would look for other alternatives.

The staffs were really kind and passionate. Especially Nancy Hoa helped me manage my schedule. The view was nice, and the programs were unique.

Alisa cruise was a wonderful experience! The staff was kind snd very fun, while halong bay was a beautiful. The food on board was very good. I had a great help from Nancy to coordinate everything between booking and the car for pick up, and our guide Thuy was very nice and insightful. A must try experience.

First, there are 2 cruises: Luxury which can be compared to coach class on an airline and Premier which is like business class. The Alisa vessels use a lot of dark wood in the interior so they are not as bright as regular cruuse vessels. The food was good but be very aware that they are very time regimented and stick to their time schedule for meals and all activities. Matresses were quite stiff compared to Anerican-based cruise ships. Otherwise, we had a good time on our 2 night cruise (most of the passengers are there only for 1 night and we were the only Americans on that sailing...as well as opting for the 2 night package).

Overal clean and nice cruise. Staff was very nice. Activigiy were very short but organized. Good experience overall.

Excellent Cruise! 5 Stars. Staff were professional, cruise rooms were clean. Nancy and Anna were nice to work with via contact information provided. Highly Recommended!

Overall quite good cruise. There was a group of chinese tourist on our boat and so most of the instruction was given by their tour guide in chinese, including spring roll class and tour of the cave, hence we did not understand most of the tour and events on the boat unfortunately and was not able to enjoy it to be best we could like the last time I did the tour with a different company where all the passenger was English speaking. Also, it didn't go to the fishing village where the local people are, as I don't recall seeing that. The activity is a little bit lacking, but if you like relax with nothing much to do then this is the right cruise. Otherwise it would have been a nice 2d1n event. The Rep that helped with the booking, Nancy, was great though and she speaks English and responded super fast, making sure we are booked on the car and the cruise.

It was really a special experience of the trip to Halong bay in the rain.
Ms.Nancy Hoa a staff kindly take care for us from 6:00 am so early in the morning
because we much worried for heavy rain.
In the rain, we met the special beauty of the Halong, some different experience.
Thanks to all the staffs.

Took the 2D1N trip on Alisa and loved the activities planned out. Food served was delicious as well. Service was impeccable! We had run into some trouble with our room but Anna followed up with us continuously to ensure we were given the utmost care and arrangements were made immediately so that we will be able to enjoy our stay fully on Alisa cruise! Also, we would like to thank both James, Alex and their crew for making us feel so welcomed and making our anniversary so much more special :)

Great communication and service throughout the experience. We were picked up at our hotel and rode in a comfortable bus to and from the port. The ship was well-appointed and comfortable. We had a couple of small problems with our room that were solved quickly. Staff was professional and knowledgeable as well as fun and energetic. We have already recommended this cruise company to several friends.

It’s really amazing to stay in Alisa Cruise. Nice staff, nice food, nice service, and also with a lot of activities.

The customer service of the cruise staff was exemplary. A larger range of activities would have been nice. However, the 2 night cruise was perfect in terms of time on the bay. One night would not have been enough. The food was also very good.

Halong Bay is an experience not to miss. Alisa Cruises offered a small and compact ship offering all expected amenities
The food on board was stunning and the staff very inclusive and friendly
The cabins were basic with very hard beds
The on cruise excursions were well thought out and enjoyable although it reminded me why we don’t go on cruises. All a little bit too organised
Felt there was too much hanging around waiting to get on board and coach back to Hanoi. Slightly annoying having half hour toilet break each way at a local superstore trying to force local products on you.
Overall very enjoyable and would recommend although the boat we were on wasn’t the one built in 2017 as advertised

Our overnight stay with Alisa Cruise was lovely! Our tour guide Robert was nice and helpful in answering all our questions with regard to the cruise or the history behind Halong Bay. The crew was a friendly bunch! The ship was stunning and the view of Halong Bay from our room's balcony as we cruised around was simply breathtaking! There were many activities for us to take part in, e.g the cave visit and the kayaking was incredible. However, due to the packed structure of the cruise's programme, there wasn't much time for us to relax in our own rooms and fully enjoy the whole cruise experience. Nevertheless, it truly was a one-of-a-kind experience in one of the most beautiful sites on Earth!

Getting to the cruise point was abit difficult as there was no clear directions. However the cruise itself was lovely.
The food for both lunch and dinner was amazing. However breakfast was quite average. The only let down was that the air conditioning in my room was not working.

A lovely time on boat with Alisa Cruise ! Everything was great especially the food and people on boat. All are very friendly and good young looking people. Our room was on the 2nd deck so we got a big view which was really pleasant to me for my morning favorite morning coffe time . Itinerary would be perfect if can extend longer but over all very pleasant stay.

Perfect and Alisa must be on top qualified boat of 5 star in Halong Bay. We were very satisfied and happy with all. Very beautiful boat and excellent food and cabin

We enjoyed the trip and cruise very much. Alisa is nicer than 5 star hotels in all over Vietnam. Staff worked hard and honest. Food tasted very good and attractive itinerary. We love Alisa very much and thank you Mr. Kenny Lee for your kind support.

We were recommended this cruise through some of our friends and felt happy to enjoy our great on this lovely boat. Everything was smoothly and exceeded our expectation. The Alisa is the best cruise in Halong Bay and we felt proud of experiencing our time there. The cabin was spotless, comfortable. Staff was polite, friendly and hard working. Food were excellent. We must come back and strong recommend Alisa Cruise to all our friends

How happy we were with Alisa Cruise during our early summer vacation after Chinese new year. Our room was medium size but still have enough space for our need. It 's quite clean and neat so we had a good sleep.
Breakfast & Dinner were really good and really impressed with the cooking class demonstration

No doubt this cruise will be perfect for couple like us. We made our choice after digging some research about this cruise. Since we traveled for our special anniversary we got pretty good extra offer including free transfer to the airport after our trip plus cake + flowers in our room were a special surprise. We were truly impressed with their professionalism and kind heart to give us such a beautiful room and most importantly beautiful moment and experience ever .

Alisa 2 Cruise was excellent and I would highly recommend the premium class tour. For our 2 night stay we had booked a ocean view cabin with balcony and the facilities, cleaness and service were perfect.
However on the second day we were transfered to a day boat which took us out for 8 hours to a more quiet bay. Unfortunately this boat didn't live up to the standards of Alisa2 premium cruise. It was an older style boat, there weren't enough lounge chairs for all passengers and the food was by far of a lesser quality than on the main ship.
Due to this downgraded experience we didn't enjoy our otherwise excellent experience with Alisa2 cruise as much.
They should be careful to keep the whole trip to the same standard.

We had a wonderful trip and just love the cabin and friendly staff. Tour guide is very informative and smart. Impressed with all of the meal especially the dinner buffet.

Very comfortable room and the food was good as well. Unfortunately, there are too many boats out in the bay, the air is polluted with diesel fumes.

Everything exactly as described, Limousine Shuttle was good value from Hanoi. Halong Bay is stunning. Alisa Cruise offers really good value for money..food is of huge proportions and just keeps coming. Remember all drinks are charged for and it is the normal as all other cruise trip all over the world. Should not claim about the slow or unstable Internet because they can only use the mobile signal Internet in stead of cable network. We strongly recommend Alisa Cruise and it is real 5 star boat.
4.6
The cruise was unforgettable and we were very satisfied from beginning to the end. Our guide, cruise manager and chef... were friendly and very helpful. Everything ran smoothly, from the second the tour guide collected us from our hotel, the journey was very relaxing, the food was delicious. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. Alisa is a new boat and it 's the nicest 5 star boat in Halong Bay among hundred of cruise boats there.
4.6
We got an excellent journey and every detail of the trip was well-planned and comfortable. The boat is brand-new and is being the nicest boat in Halong Bay. The food is more than excellent. The cabin is clean and beautifully decorated. Staff could not be better. The cruise manager could play the guitar and sang for us too. Strong recommend.
4.6
We booked this cruise as it had really good reviews and we loved the pictures of the cruise ship very much. The picked up by one of their luxury limousine vans which looked like the business class cabin in a plane. It was a very comfortable 3h30minutes drive to Halong bay.
The boat was probably the best boat in Halong bay we could see (there are loads of them). It looked much better than most of the other luxury cruises and had an outside balcony area in every room. With modern and elegant interior, it certainly looked like a 5 star hotel. The cabin we stayed was very clean and beautiful with Jacuzzi bath. Food and the drinks were excellent... Very friendly and helpful staff.
