Very helpful receptionist who accommodated our need for twin beds by offering a 2nd bedroom FOC as there had been confusion at booking stage. They let us leave the car after checkout so we could go sightseeing.

Great location
Great service upon reception
However advertises a laundry option that is no longer available

We paid £74 for a double (room only) and thought this was very good value. Very close to the town centre and castle. We parked in car park, but this is limited. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for the Mika concert,so this was a good location to the castle .staff were friendly enough but the room was disappointing .Hole cut in net curtains for the window lock ,floors uneven ,tap on sink was loose .stained bath and only 2 small pods of milk. an overall musty/spicy smell which was off putting .

Amazing value for money. Great for family stay as separate area for children which meant we all got a bit of space. Also perfect location (5 minutes from Warwick Castle). Would definitely recommend

Stayed for a short break in Warwick and had a very spacious room with a large bathroom. Staff very helpful and space to park too. Easy walk into Warwick for all the attractions.

Room was clean and comfortable.
Very convenient, close amenities.
One negativity…. Room was on ground floor right outside traffic lights on main road , and route to hospital sirens going pass the window what seemed like every 5 minutes.

The Castle Limes worked well for us, because we were traveling by train, and it is an easy walk from the station. Warwick is a hill town, and it was great that there was a terrific pub and good restaurants near the hotel, so we didn't have to walk up the hill for drinks and dinner. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was friendly. Do not, however, take the breakfast option--too much money for not much at all. 0therwise, we were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel is in a convenient location for local shops, the railway station, and for walking into Warwick. The room was comfortable and warm. There is parking in a small car park. We booked through Hotels com and got a good deal.

Stayed here for a couple of days on the way back home. The hotel is in a great location, just on the edge of the town. Managed to get free parking too.
The room was spacious & the bed was comfy.

Amazing place with very friendly people, but being next to a main road meant that it was quite loud with traffic

The hotel was easy to find and very limited parking. The reception and check in was very simple and no hassle. Room was simple clean warm and comfortable. Tea and Coffee in the room.
For my one night business trip it was perfect.

The staff were friendly for the most part, the lady making breakfast was good. The others tended to make you feel like you were imposing on them.
The mattresses are extremely cheap/thin and could do with a refresh. The bathroom was only just ok. The bedroom faced out onto a very busy/noisy road with near constant cars.
Given the positive prior reviews I was very let down. I won’t be returning.

Hotel was well placed for exploring Warwick.
It is really only a B & B Hotel, as no lounge, Bar or meal facilities & no evidence of the Family that are supposed to run it!, a bit uncomfortable that there appears not to be any staff resident in the building at night.

I would like to give this hotel 4.5 Stars. It is an inexpensive hotel in a superb location. Perfect for visitors travelling by rail and walking the town. At the reception is a photo of it c. 1900. From that picture and the layout I would say it is a coaching hotel from the early nineteenth century. It is laid out as a reverse L with a wide arch on the long side through which coaches and horses would pass to what might have been the stables. Just at the arch is the entry to Reception. The rooms are generous but basic and probably always were. Breakfast is good. The couple who run it now are nice, though check-in time is a bit late and it is hard to drop off bags if you arrive ahead of the check-in time.
The location is perfect for people arriving by rail - a short distance from the station and easy walking distance to the famous castle and the very interesting historic town centre, including the medieval Lord Leycester Hospital (actually a guild hall) as well as the interesting restaurants on the main streets. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and I assure you that what you get is well worth the moderate price.

Friendly & welcoming staff, large bedrooms, clean & spacious. Only thing I’d say is that the radiator in our bathroom was very rusty so definitely needs replacing (room 6).

We ended up leaving and driving home. The room we were allocated was very dirty, grubby with an awful bed.
We would never stay here again.
I DO NOT KNOW how this place has 9.0 on the Hottels.com web site rating. Staff were lovely and very efficient.

Tub dirty. Soap too small and no way to get extra

We (my hubby, kid and me) booked executive double room which should be able to sleep 3. Upon arrival, the reception lady told us we have to pay extra £15 as the room could only occupy 2 people whereas £15 must be paid for the kid. We had no choice but to pay as it’s too late to find another accommodation.
The room was smelly, like public toilets. We had to buy air refresher in order to stay there.
The window couldn’t be closed properly and the traffic outside was really noisy.
After all, the room is spacious and water pressure for the shower is great.
However, we would never visit or recommend it to any of our friends.

We had a comfortable two-night stay while visiting the Warwick Folk Festival. We arrived at about 6:00 p.m. to find the door locked and had to call a number to get someone to let us in and allocate a room. The reception area was closed at that time. Our room was comfortable, and the bathroom had clearly ad a recent makeover, and was well-appointed, clean and sparkling! We ordered breakfast, and were a little surprised that the full English only came with toast and coffee - the fruit juice and cereals were only for the Continental breakfast. However, the breakfast was fine, and the coffee was good. There is very little parking available at the hotel, but you can park across the road outside the One-Stop and various takeaways for 2 hours during the day from 9 - 5, which suited us, as we were using our car for the rest of the day.

Stay was ok. Thought the staff quite rude as there was a mix up at breakfast. Maybe it was the language barrier ? Won’t stay again.

Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Receptionist always extremely helpful and polite. Always use this hotel when going to Warwick races. If you want to guarantee a parking space you have to get here early.

Over all it is a wonderful place to stay in the center of Warwick. However, the front door was locked at the time when the reception was supposed to be open, and a phone number was posted. Since I didn't have a phone that works in the UK, I had to ask someone to call the number for me in order to check in.
