Hotel personnel were nice and helpful. Rooms are very small. The area is noisy but is a good location.

Very cool room, great decor and a most excellent shower! I loved the neighborhood and just wandering around. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in Madrid!

I didn’t think it could be this good. Great Hotel to know Madrid. Loved it.

Great location, nice staff. The bathroom was very small and the breakfast was not good which was in another small place
6.0 / 10.0
Good location, friendly staff. Main problem was the smell in the room. I tried to open the window (which went out to the internal yard) but the stench coming from the yard was even worse.

Location was really excellent, almost all touristic areas walking distance. Also close to transportation. The windows don’t really sound insulated and street is active. Staff isn’t bad, but not really friendly. Room was clean, small but enough space.

Reasonable price. The location is near points of interest at old town less than 0.5 mile from Gran Via street. The front Desk Clerks are friendly and provide excellent assistance. I personally thank Javier and Katerina for their efforts.

We stay here for 4 nights. Staff was very helpful, provide information, took care our luggages. Hotel located near Gran via station and shopping street. Look safe.
What was we don't like is it was noisy at night since it located in hangout area. You could hear drunker shout something.

I was surprised to find the room did not have a window. There was a skylight, but I was surprised there was no outside view. The room also had a slanted ceiling, which meant I could not stand fully upright in about 1/3 of the room.

Location super good, lot of restaurants and stores. Chueca is an inclusive area… a lot of night club around this place .
The hotel is ok - pillows uncomfortable, bathroom very small (but is ok), small room, you hear the noice from exterior and your neighbors… however after long walks you are so tired that this situation is no relevant.
Service overall super attentive!!!

Convenient location and walking distance to a lot! Rooms and hotel are clean. A little tight (especially the washroom) but manageable. The one complaint is the amount of noise on the street at all hours of the night all the way to 5am making it difficult to sleep. We asked to be moved to an inner room not facing the street but the person wasn’t very helpful so we didn’t sleep well at all the entire time we were there.

We stayed here for two nights, on our way to south Spain in train. The positive thing is, that the hotel is placed very centrally and is affordable. We found the bed not very comfortable and had to ask for an extra blanket, since we froze a bit the first night (start of February, 4 degrees Celcius). The bed felt therefore a bit spartan. The bathroom is small but works okay. However, getting hot water from the tap was only possible at full force... very strange. When we asked for an extra blanket the second night, we got one delivered at the room, which was very nice. The staff are friendly and are will-informed about what is going on in Madrid. But due to the bad bed and the not so good bathroom, we can't give it a high rating. Also, remember to bring ear-plugs, because the street is a bit noisy.

Single male here, stayed for 3 nights. Location, location, location. Very nice hotel. It has everything you need to recharge at night and repeat next day. Modern style. Stayed in the Jamaica room all the way in the attic. Everything works even the retractable roof-window with sunroof! Damn that is fancy. Walk to gran via and metro stations to get anywhere. Hard to beat this hotel price-quality ratio. A , I rented a bicycle and left it outside with a lock, nothing happened to it.

It is a great location, the rooms are clean and odorless. Just the bathroom and sink are a little bit small. Overall, it is worthy to stay in this hotel.

The room smells really awful and old. It’s was an attic room. Bathroom is really small it likes an airplane bathroom except it has a shower.
Very expensive for the type of room you get. I paid close to $500 a night that was really a ripped off.

At good location but rooms too small it is clean and friendly staff

Super location but a really small room. Neat and tidy though.
6.0 / 10.0
Location was great: close to very busy parts of town, so can be lots of fun. Also right next to the "Grand Via" metro station, to explore other areas if needed.
Hotel room itself is basically just a bed, which surprised me: tiny bathroom (like you would have in an RV), WiFi was extremely slow (so I had to use my phone data plan to get some work done), no desk (didn't pay attention to the pictures enough).
For the same price, I think there are better options in the area (during that trip, I also stayed at a hotel about 15 minutes walk from there that was much better even though the star rating was the same)

The place is convenient to all the attractions, very clean, the staffs were very helpful especially Juan Carlos....very accomodating and gives advices on where to go and caters all your needs.

Well this is a really good place to spend some days in Madrid, upon our arrival at the hotel Juan Carlos at front desk welcomed us with a friendly smile.
The Guyana room was spacious, clean and well designed, I personally loved the ceiling window and the confortable bed.
This is a good place to stay, clean and safe, I would stay at this hotel in our next visit to Madrid.
2.0 / 10.0
-Fridge is not working, no cold water
-AC is not adjustable (even when you adjust it it won’t change) , either will freeze your room or you should turn it off
-Wifi signal is very poor, barely connects, very slow too.
-The room we had has no window to the outside world, very depressing specially with the dark color paint they used to paint the rooms and the hallway.
-The advantage is the location and cleanliness.
6.0 / 10.0
Wi-Fi is very bad.

Everything was very good. Service, location, amenities and the staff. Luis at the reception was really helpful and professional.

Interesting, each room with a different motif. Excellent shower, though very small. Very friendly staff, and great location.
2.0 / 10.0
There is always a sanitary bad odor into rooms. I experienced this on both of my rooms on each of my two stays one week apart.
8.0 / 10.0
Stayed at JC rooms during the last few days of our Spain vacation. The Hotel is well located with easy access to the Gran Via and many attractions and eateries. The Staff was fantastic and strived to please the customer needs. The rooms were adequate and fine for a few days stay but the space was challenging for us and our luggage. The bathroom was incredibly small but functional and the shower was very nice with plenty of hot water. Would stay back if traveling light due to its location, wonderful Staff and value.
