Place clean, spacious room, great customer service, friendly staff, the bed was less than desirable, felt like I had a metal bar in my side/back throughout the night, and the beds were extremely squeaky.

My friends and I stayed there for four days. Robin gave excellent customer service. She was very welcoming!!! The bed was a little lumpy. The hot buffet breakfast's were delicious. A lot of choices. Our stay was VERY GOOD!!!!

Well wrong door number on key envelope upon checking in. Found that out when trying to open up a door that was not my room. I had to go back down to the front desk to get rectified. Had to endure noise above my head with children running back and forth as well as kids running up and down the hallway. This was just not the best getaway at this particular hotel this time.

We came here for a football game @ Redski.. err...Commanders stadium. SOLID PICK! Traffic in the area SUCKS this is less than 10 minutes away. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants (COPPER CANYON GRILL - A MUST STOP). Excellent breakfast buffet, and HUGE, comfortable rooms! Sam was friendly and efficient w/check-in!

Stay wasnt terrible. But cleanliness is subpar to say the least. The bathroom has long hairs on the walls. The air conditioner needs conditioning asap as it sounded like it was ready to blow up at any minute. It was uncomfortable to sleep woth it. The room was nice though other then cleanliness. Staff was nice.

We stayed here for a concert at commanders field. It was convenient to the stadium (not walkable but very close). The staff were very nice on check in despite being very busy! The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is also very close to lots of dining options and shopping. Would definitely stay here again

The front desk has helpful and very friendly, the property was very clean and up to date. M friend said she could hear the traffic at night from the close interstate but I had a room on the other side and slept just fine

We had a wonderful stay Robyn and the whole staff provided exceptional service. I will let family and friends know to stay here on there next visit. The only thing is the rooms need a ventilation no circulation for the bathroom or sleeping room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!!

Love the hotel cleanliness and safety.Breakfast was beyond pleasant.In the other hand I really was disappointed with the way I was checking in.My concierge was Alton he had an attitude for some reason like he didn’t want to be there.I understand was 4 of July and they were under staff.But if you are a front desk you should be at least friendly.And have the basic manners .Check out lady was great.I definitely will recommend anyone to stay here.

Another great stay at this hotel! Great location to food and shopping. The breakfast was amazing, not just a bunch of carbs. The staff was courteous and professional. The only problem I had was, I was charged a pet fee when I didn't have a pet for this stay. I'm awaiting my refund.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful. We were able to upgrade our room when we got there. It is in close proximity to the game we were attending at Fed Ex Field. The only downfall was the noise levels from other rooms could be easily heard. Not much sound proofing of walls.

When I called to request an early check-in, as one of the guests was coming in from another state, I was told that if I wanted to guarantee that we were able to check in early, we would have to pay a $25 fee upon arrival. We agreed, but when we checked in, we were told that that is not a policy by the woman who checked us in. I spoke with a man when I called. You should be consistent on that policy as a staff, or it looks kind of sketchy.

The staff was friendly and professional. They were very helpful as evident in the way the desk clerk sent housekeeping to show me how to operate the windows shades.
Their breakfast is a hit: hot! delicious and plentiful!
