K7 was a sweet stop on my way through New Mexico. It was clear this property is tended with care, and the thoughtful details in a "budget" room were well received and noticed. The space was clean, the property well maintained, and I felt safe and secure in the space. The on site pizza was an added bonus. All around, I am happy with this stay and would happily return if ever passing through.

Well kept property. The room and the bathroom are both spacious with clean rooms, linens and all necessary toiletries in the room. The breakfast was kept in the room which included a cereal box, fruit, milk, juice per person. Overall it was a good stay.

Sometimes you find gems along the way. This was a great value nice hotel to stay. We got in late they had an automatic key. What a nice convenience. Had to leave early but place was very clean and comfortable.

Absolute best inn I have ever stayed in for any price. Huge room and bath was as large as the room. Absolutey immaculate. Obviously well managed and the sweet lady(maybe owner) in the office was the greatest.

Wonderful staff. So professional and friendly. Gravel and sand road and we were caught in a windstorm which covered our car rather badly. Not really a B and B, however staff brought cereal package, pastry and milk and juice for use in the morning. Very clean room. Overall a 9/10, and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, quiet; exactly the peaceful break I needed from Vegas. I liked that next day's breakfast was already in the room for me when I checked in, not sure if they always do that but it was super convenient for me, let me sleep in & feel relaxed. In-room coffee, fridge & mic were just what I wanted, too. Just perfect for my needs. Thank you!

This was our 2nd time staying herewith our kids and it was just as pleasant as the first time. Patty was on vacation but her lovely daughter-in-law helped us on our way. Such a lovely friendly family Close to national parks and an amazing area to lodge.

It was the most well kept motel I've ever stayed in. Most places it's obvious that there are repairs that need to be done. The simple accommodations were clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well kept. Only slight disappointment in the description that states a continental breakfast...a couple breakfast items are left each day. But I can also see how this approach allows them to control cost. Great place!

We got here late because of our flight, but the owner accommodated us anyway. The room was clean and the a/c worked great. The toilet was giving us some trouble flushing sometimes. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental, in our table and in our fridge waiting for us. We would stay again.

Patty was delightful to work with. We had roaches, crickets and silverfish in our rooms. Breakfast was a bowl of cereal, a cup of milk, a few donuts and a piece of fruit left in our room. Ice was not available. This was an average place - if you just need a bed and shower with no frills, and can slay a few critters - your needs will be met.

Just a one nighter .... been without a residencefor a bit now. Camping on BLM land. Nice place tobstay to clean up and relax. Best prices in town .... no matter whats happening in the area.

Lady greeted us during check in was super sweet Next day’s continental breakfast is prepared in the room(Muffin, donettes, cereal, milk, apple, banana) They have pizza pub with the hotel, I wish I could have tried it. They close at 8pm for dine in, 8:30pm for to go. I arrived too late though

Everything was fantastic! The pan in the bottom of the shower was bouncy rather than firm, and this made showering awkward, especially for my disabled husband. However, everything else was amazing. The owner snd all the workers were awesome! We appreciated being able to stay there!

Pahrump feels in the middle of nowhere, but Las Vegas is only an hour away. My room has all the room I need. There is a small mini-fridge and microwave, and in-room coffee. A continental breakfast of packaged food is in the room (cereal, muffins, a banana, and juice and milk in the fridge). There's a pizza and burgers restaurant on site. If one wants more, 5 miles down the road are many dining choices. My room is clean, quiet, and I feel safe. If the weather is right, it's a good place to sit just outside the door. It's a nice view of the south side of Mt Charleston. There's no wifi, but my phone has it (T-Mobile). The TV works well with enough channels.

My stay was 2 nights. Staff was pleasant to converse with. Pizza is wonderful. Not a large selection of brew to go with. Been here before. Rooms are clean and confortable. The usual cintinetal breakfast awaits you in your room. No room service. Coffee is good.might have to check in by going to the pizza shop.. but its ok. I will be going back . Just a nuce little get away.

Perfectly adequate motel. I liked driving right up to my door. However, staff was surly AND they say it's a b&b. It's not. Raisin bran and a banana and donettes don't count.

We were warmly welcomed and Patty sent a message right after our online reservation to inquire of our arrival times. A continental breakfast awaited us in the room. The location was perfect for our trip to Death Valley and the rooms were extraordinarily comfortable and clean We would surely recommend staying here!
