The room is very wide and it has good air conditioning. The bathroom is also clean. Staffs are so kind. You can find a shopping center and some delicious restaurants around this b&b. I stayed here very comfortably. Thank you so much!

The building is under renovation. No actual front desk the woman who checked me in left me a bunch of keys and opened the garage. But was convenient to the ferry terminal which was way I stayed there. Room is basic but clean.

This was a great place to stay! Super friendly family all greeted us! Super clean and comfortable. Very helpful with information if placed to eat and drink. Close walking distance to the train. I would stay here again!

Nice, New B&B, but to enter the property there is about 24 steps. No one around for breakfast, guests expected to help themselves. The only mirror is the small bathroom one.

The owners are very nice and willing to help on all your needs. Location is excellent especially to take the ferry to Messia. You do have to press the bell to get the owner. The bell is on the left before the first gate up the stairs.

Streets next to the hotel are not clean, but it’s hard to say that somebody will stay at Villa San Giovanni for vacation… The place is right and friendly

Wonderful hosts and a nice room. We had a great breakfast and on time for our schedule. They made us a reservation at a great local restaurant for dinner. We would highly recommend .

This is a small b & b. The rooms were very modern and nicely decorated. The room was off a small communal/sitting/breakfast area. The people we encountered were very friendly and tried hard to please. The young women who was doing housekeeping in the morning was very sweet and tried hard to give us travel hints even though we couldn't understand Italian...we did communicate. Br,eakfast was very basic but adequate. This is located very near to the ferry to Sicily We were only there briefly and did not explore area but we did walk to a good restaurant. This might be a more commercial area because it was quite quiet at night.
